"Father, I want her." As soon as the young teenager said this, everything, save for the equipment, had gone quiet. From their earlier conversation, these two Father-Daughter pair were important people. The head scientist, as the girl said, was really trying his best to not disappoint the man, and said girl, from what I can guess from what she herself had said and my own floating screen that showed my stats, was that what she did was not something anyone can just do.

 

"Uh...young miss... forgive me for speaking out of line, but since this Chimera is the first ever successful chimera created from seven, we must learn more from it! If you want a Chimera like that, it's would be best if we make you a more powerful one, maybe one made out of eight genetic compounds! But that's after we dissect and learn more from this one." The scientist desperately tried to convince the young teen, but I sure as hell wouldn't stand still after hearing that I would be just some guinea pig!

 

Petrification (C-)

• The user can transform matter and objects, including living beings, into stone.

In my anger, I unconsciously used an extra skill with Petrification, causing the head scientist to physically freeze in place as he slowly got petrified. However, despite my panic at the unexpected strength of my abilities, I immediately stopped, leaving half of the scientist's body from the legs petrified as I didn't want to cause too much fear that I'd get myself killed.

 

"She doesn't like that plan of yours, it seems." The teen commented with a tiny smirk, eyeing me with absolute interest.

 

The head scientist, who was visibly shaking as his colleagues tried to get the flakes of stone off of him, stuttered out a, "Ye-ye-yeah."

 

While rubbing his chin, the man stepped closer to the glass wall, an analyzing glint flashing by in his eyes. "I- She, seems to understand our language right off the bat, huh. Hmm..." The man began contemplating, and I, preparing for the worst, compared my current size to the size of the hole where the camera was sticking out of, hoping for a way out.

 

"C-rank, Hexa-rank magic, and sentience...." As the man contemplated, his daughter stepped towards the glass wall, eyes trained on me. I eyed her curiously, placing her as one of my only hope out of here safely. 

 

The girl, then, placed a hand against the glass wall, and suddenly,

 

Genevieve Kliere is trying to [Tame] you, do you [Accept] or [Deny(80%)] her taming?

 

I stared at the girl with mild disbelief, surprised by her scheme. One would think that being "tamed" would be a bad thing, but I always was a little different, so I didn't immediately deny her taming for the sole reason of weighing the pros and cons I could think off. Unfortunately, the girl's father wouldn't let me get that chance.

 

"The Chimera's too dangerous with it's high level of intelligence and six abilities. It's best that we just use it to create more powerful and more submissive chimeras. Quick, sedate it!" Knowing that the scientists wouldn't give me a chance, I quickly jumped towards my closest way out and hit [Accept].

"Oh? Would you look at that, I tamed her." At the girl, Genevieve's, my master's, words, the scientists who were scurrying around the place stopped, and the head scientist himself, who I assume was about to sedate me, froze as well.

 

The first one to regain their senses was my master- mistress? 'Mistress sounds better, honestly.' My Mistress's father put a steady hand on her shoulder, eyeing her with unreadable emotions. "Have you raised your [Beast Taming]'s rank, dear?" 

 

At her father's question, Genevieve smirked smugly. "No. But she was smart enough to choose me instead of getting dissected." She answered plainly, earning a snort from her father.

 

"Tamed beasts can still break free from being tamed, remember? You're still a D rank, dear." Her father seems to be really trying to get me dissected, but thankfully, my new mistress seems to be pretty adamant with keeping me.

 

"Since she was smart enough to lower herself to me, then she should be smart enough to know that we'll hunt her down if she ever did anything wrong." There, behind that sweet smile, was a sinister one, promising me just what she had just said, not like I was planning on doing anything at my current strength. Her father, though, was the problem.

 

After a long while, the man finally gave in to his daughter's whims. "All right, all right, you can have her. Jeoff!" With this, Genevieve's father went towards the head scientist and I finally get to live another day and opportunities to grow stronger. And speaking of Genevieve...

«Genevieve's POV»

 

As the glass walls put up for our protection was slowly being put away, I eyed my newly tamed beast with adoration. With smooth and slender purple scales, a hypnotizing pair of pink eyes, and overall intimidating form, my newest beast was definitely the most beautiful beast I have ever laid my eyes on. "Come." I ordered my beast, and without hesitation, slithered towards me with it's lengthy body around 2.5 meters, nearly as long as my height. However, despite having had no hesitation following my order, it was clear she was still wary, and despite other [Beast Tamers] saying a more submissive and not-so intelligent beast would be the best, I prefer her over the rest. 

 

"There is no need to worry, my sweet. You are now mine, and I take care of what is mine." With my reassurance, my beast didn't get any less wary of me, but I didn't mind it. I'm sure, with a pet like her, I will become the strongest [Beast Tamer].

 

Raising my arm towards her, I ordered, "Coil around me." This time, she hesitated, more likely because she was contemplating my order and considering her weight. However, with my father having put all his resources into raising my strength, I was close to becoming a C-rank, so I was stronger than I looked, and I tried to convey it through my eyes, seeing if my pet would understand. Fortunately, she did, and slowly, she gently started to coil herself around me starting from my left arm towards most of my upper torso and then to my head. I must look comical to others, but I was simply proud that, although I had underestimated my pet's weight, I was still able to carry her whole body and she was conscious enough to be gentle and slow for the first time.

 

*Hiss*

 

As my pet rested her head on mine, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to understand her. Unfortunately, my current [Beast Tame]'s rank was not high enough, but I will get there eventually. With my pet coiled around me, I gently caressed her head. "You need a name now, my sweet."

 

'Intimidating, serpentine, deadly, and draconic...shall we name you...' "Morgan Le Fay. What do you think of that, my sweet?" I asked my "little" pet, and to my delight, she purred!

 

"Fufufufu. I'll take good care of you, oh yes. I. will~." As I cooed at my newfound pet, I planned for our future.

«Timeskip|Morgan's POV»

 

{Love and Conquer}, after a few months of living here, I realized that this was the world I reincarnated(?) to. Genevieve Kliere, I was confused why the name was so familiar to me when I first heard, but it turns out that my mistress was one of the villainesses of the popular game, {Love and Conquer}. How I realized I was reincarnated to said game was the history and the familiar names. {Love and Conquer} wasn't simply popular because of it's beautiful visuals, enchanting music, and handsome men, but it was also because of how it leaps through the boundaries of a simple dating sim game and allows you to interact with nearly everything, something between the boundaries of Virtual Reality, an Open-World Game, and a Dating Sim. And along with that Freedom was lore/history!

 

{Love and Conquer} was a game set in the modern era, around 2050's, but with magic and beasts. This itself helped the game gain tension, as there wasn't much Dating Sims with the fantasy genre in the modern setting. Anyway, in the 1980's, a crack appeared in the sky and after that, the Goddess Malchite's voice was heard by all.

 

My children, I am Malchite, the Goddess of this world. I watched everything from the beginning, from your evolution, from your wars, your mistakes, your trials, and to now. After everything, I now deem you all ready for the next era. Be ready, my children, for the world shall change, and I will watch, if you successfully reign supreme once again, or if Humanity fails. Show me, my children, your resolve.

 

After her first ever interaction to the whole world, as she had said, Earth began to change. Animals began to evolve to be stronger, more dangerous, as did plants. Deep underground, new ores began to pop up, ones that can give mystical effects! And lastly, people were able to use magic and were given a system to check their own progress. 

 

[First Tribulation] is what this point of history was called, and a decade after that, after struggling against beasts and the new era, of broken countries, nations and cities, people began to go back on track afterwards. Most of the countries of the past were long gone, and new countries were established, as with nations. The country I was in now was Faraday, a country built from the ruins of America, and was also the location of most of the plot points. And like with America, Faraday was separated into states, but instead of 50, it was separated into 10 states, and the state I was in was called, Dyval, which was also where nearly everything will happen in the future.

 

In {Love and Conquer}, as the name states, there was a "Conquering" part. But what, would we be conquering? It was both the hearts of the male-leads and the college the Heroine and the male-leads go to, and companies and organizations that move the world.

 

Anyway, it has been a year now since my reincarnation, and now, the beginning of {Love and Conquer} was getting closer. 

 

Currently, after a year of being pampered and trained by my mistress, the heir to the largest Beast Taming Organization, I had grown stronger! But most importantly of all, after ranking up, I gained a rather important [Ability]

 

Size Change (C)

• Size of the user's body mass can be changed.
• Each rank allows the user to change their size by:
• Rank F | 2 Times
• Rank E | 4 Times
• Rank D | 6 Times
• Rank C | 9 Times

 

With this ability of mine, my current body, which was four meters long, can change into a much smaller form! Despite the description seemingly only saying that I could only enlarge my body, I could also actually become smaller! Abd since I could change into a much smaller size, I usually limit myself to being two meters in length, allowing me to comfortably coil around my mistress. And speaking of my mistress,

 

"Come, Morgan. Today is the first day of school. We must look more enchanting than usual!" My mistress was a narcissist, but she's a narcissist I would gladly follow to the ends of the earth for.
