Chapter Forty one.
With Claire and Clara woke up, our conversation ended, and they came to sit down.
“Well, you guys better get ready for the graduation ceremony once we finish eating, do you remember where we are sitting?” I asked while taking a sip of my water.
“Yes, near the front, also James why are you awake so early? You never wake up before us.” Claire asked suspiciously.
My heart stopped.
Crap, I forgot I usually sleep in every day.
“Uh, I hardly got any sleep last night, so I have been up for a while, anyway.” I turned to Rose who was giggling slightly and hastily said. “Thanks for breakfast, I’ll let you guys go get dressed, ill go wait at the hall and talk to Gregory for a bit, alright meet you there.” I swiftly exited the student council office before turning back and staring at its door for a little. This was the last time I could do so anyways. A carriage was coming to pick us up after the graduation ceremony. And we already had everything waiting for us at the entrance of the school.
“The times have changed.” I sighed. I miss the time’s in which I could carelessly spent my day doing nothing but read and swing my wooden sword.
I wonder if ill ever come back to this place, maybe to teach? Ha, me teaching? You got to be joking…
As I laughed that crazy idea off, I decided to go and talk to Gregory, as it would be the last time I would see him for a while.
As I was walking through the endless halls which I had been through countless times, I was greeted by many people, all greeting me with a smile. Even though I had never done anything to warrant such respect.
After greeting what felt like the entire school body, I finally walked into the main school hall, this was the same hall that greeted the new first years and the returning students each year, and the same hall that said goodbye to the sixth years each year as well.
“I guess it’s my time now…” I whispered to myself, however to my surprise someone responded.
“Well, you have grown, you aren’t the little boy I remember, your father and grandfather would be proud of you James.”
It was Gregory. The man I respected most in this world, after losing Scott and Edward, he was the closest thing to a father figure to me. He was also someone who I trusted, even more than Rose, Claire and Clara.
“I guess so, however, I’m going to miss everybody,” I said.
Gregory patted me on the shoulder. “It’s the path you have chosen, however, remember that you always have a place to return, and remember to return, or those girls won’t ever forgive you if they hear that you died somewhere without saying goodbye.” He scruffed my hair up before smiling at me and walking away to talk to some of the other female teachers.
He was right, I have some place to return to, and I will return to it, even if I lose half my body doing so.
Because I have people who will be waiting for me to return. I can’t disregard their feelings.
But I have something to do, I need to find out about myself.
Why was I reincarnated? And who was that mysterious man who held the Aura I felt before getting reincarnated.
Was it a coincidence that I got stabbed by that creepy guy in my old life? Or was that all planned? Was I just some pawn in a chess game? Or was it checkers?
That mysterious man held all these answers…
As I sat pondering all these things in a daze, I came back to reality when I was tapped on the back.
I turned around to see Ralph with Violet and Sydney.
However before I greeted them, Ralph leaned to my ear. “How was last night?” he asked.
How was last night he asked? Well, it was… amazing.
I went slightly red. And instantly noticing this, Ralph’s eyes opened wide and he stared at me with the surprised. “did you actually do it?” face.
After I slowly nodded I put my head down in embarrassment before Ralph suddenly burst out into laughter.

“What is it? What is Ralph laughing about?” violet asked curiously.
“Haha, it’s nothing, James just told me something hilarious, it’s almost unbelievable.” Ralph responded while on the verge of tears.
Eventually, Ralph calmed down, and we all began to talk waiting for Claire, Rose, and Claire.
However it didn’t take long for them to appear and when they did, the aura of beauty filled the entire room.
They were three deadly flowers, one with rosy pink hair that made one become intoxicated just by looking at her, one with Silky white hair who had the aura of an angel who had fallen to earth, and one with smooth black hair which gave off a enticing and irresistible icy feeling.. The three princesses of the school all gathered in one spot.
And where was this spot? Well, it was around me…
How was I this fortunate? I grinned. I guess God was looking out for me.
After we all talked for a while, eventually everybody got in and sat down.
And so the graduation ceremony began.
After the principal’s long speech, she began to say names, and after one was called out, they would approach the front where the principal was standing to receive their graduation award.
“Sydney Gardner, please come forwards.” And in order, Claire, Violet, Ralph, and Clara were called up, each receiving tremendous applause while waving back at the crowd.
Next was Rose.
“Could Rose please come forwards.” After another massive applause everybody calmed down and Rose walked back with her charming smile.
Didn’t they find it odd that her second name wasn’t called out? Well, I guess everybody had gotten used to it. Her name was usually called out for different achievements anyways, most people probably at first thought of it as weird, yet nobody questioned it anymore.
“James Wrathead, please come forwards.” The principal called out once more.
I guess it was my turn.
However before I even got up from my seat, massive applause was already ringing through my ears, I almost went deaf.
All while I was walking up to the front to where the principal was standing with a smile on her face, I could feel the eyes of the entire student body on me. And to be honest I had never gotten used to this feeling. I never really liked all the attention, however I couldn’t just reject it, so I just rolled with it.
After Receiving my award, another round of applause rang out before I walked back to my seat.
A few more names were called out before the Principal began her final speech.
“To those who are staying on for another year, I am truly thankful, and to those who are about to start their journey into an unknown world, I bid you good luck, I know not what encounters you may have, however I know you will make the best decisions out of them, now can we have one more applause for our sixth years!”
*clap* *clap* *clap*
The claps rang through the ears of everybody for a solid minute before dying down.
I was turning deaf.
“That concludes the sixth year’s graduation ceremony, now Sixth year please head to the entrance of the school, I bid you good luck, and I hope to see some of you again in the future.”
And with those final words. We stood up together and our group along with the other sixth year’s walked out and through the enchanting and endless school which we had spent six years of our lives in.
After taking in everything for one last time, we eventually stopped at the main entrance of the school.
