Matthew's crying had stopped after a while, and his face turned completely dark. The young boy looked terrifying at the moment, he looked more like a monster than a human. Under his eyes, were dark circles, caused by the intense crying he had gone through, even Asvin was a little scared when he looked at him.

'This isn't good, he's still young, he shouldn't have this kind of expression at this age, then again, his entire family, no, his entire world, was destroyed yesterday! Only two little girls are left, along with him, the three survivors from Ronia village! Dammit!', thought Asvin, as he tried his best to smile at the young, monstrous looking boy.

"Ahm! Let us go now, I am a noble, have you heard of the Cavias family? Doesn't matter, the two little girls, Terria and Sonia, are at my home at the moment, they are being taken care of by my eldest sister!", said Asvin.

Only now, did Matthew's expression change, as he remembered that the two Manos sisters were alive and well. 'Good! Very good, if I can, I would like them to help me in murdering those bastards! And annihilating them completely!', thought Matthew, as a devilish smile rose on his face.

Asvin didn't know how to respond, and so, he just didn't. Instead, he ignored the creepy smile, as he said, "Okay, let us go now!". With that, the two of them made their way outside the hospital.

As they walked through the long hall, filled with people, both injured, and doctors. As well as some friends and relatives of the injured, or sick people. Asvin saw the shock and horror that was caused by the attack yesterday.

'Damn! From what father said, the Black Tower attacked more than 4 villages, three were close to our city, Coupitia, the one I saw of the three, was Ronia, it was left completely unguarded, they claimed that the guards went to fight some monsters on the mountain nearby, but, why did the other two villages, also, have no guards yesterday?', thought Asvin, as he continued walking with the young boy.

'Dammit! The Black Tower, how will Decatrium deal with them? Surely, they can't just stand around and watch? I know, that even the strongest person inside the kingdom, the King's Power, can't do much of anything when faced with the Dark Crow, but still...'.

Asvin didn't know what to think anymore, after all, what would he do, if he was in the same position?

'Dammit! We can't rely on the other two kingdoms, since we're not in good terms with them! Same is true for Valria, who wasn't attacked! As for the kingdoms of the other races, well, it's true they are working with us, but that's only in terms of profits and business, they would never help us in battle, even against a common enemy!'.

'It's not like I blame them, after all... Anyway! let me just focus on finishing everything with the three from Ronia village!', thought Asvin as he continued walking forward. He took a look around himself.

He was shocked to see people make way for him, yes, he was a noble, but he wasn't even wearing the symbol of the Cavias family at the moment. Still, in the next moment, he realized why the people made way for him and the young boy.

That was because, they were simply scared of the young boy beside him, who had been smiling like a maniac all this while. His expression was one that a demon might make, and his bloodlust was felt by everyone that was slightly more powerful than normal people.

Asvin was so engrossed in his thoughts, that he had failed to feel it, until now, his body shivered a little, even though he was a very strong individual, a person that could even battle Two-Star Black Tower Magicians, he still felt a little scared by this young boy.

'Isn't this, well, too much? I understand that his parents died, but, this is still... it's not like I know what to say at the moment, aside from Theresia and mother, I don't know if anyone can talk to this little boy here!', thought Asvin, as he decided to just ignore this expression.

And so, after about another two minutes or so, the two of them had made it outside the hospital. Outside, Matthew was a little shocked, his expression changed a little, he had been here twice, but still, this city was just too big.

Buildings reached two, to four floors in height, and there were many of them, multiple shops also existed here, along with many people walking around, from many races, be it black, white, or anything else.

Still, in the next second, his expression returned to one of pure savageness, as he quickly remembered last night again, those images just didn't want to leave him be, he couldn't think of anything but his parent's last moments with him.

His father, Ron, staying to fight that Magician, and his mother, Jena, staying to fight against those two Magicians, as well as his friend Fred, and the two little boys with him, burning alive.

Their screams just didn't want to leave him alone, and every time he heard them, his heart would hurt, but then, immediately, it would stop, and his smile would widen, as his bloodlust becomes worse.

This memory repeated over and over, even when he and Asvin entered the carriage, colored red, with a striking symbol, that belonged to the Cavias family, a yellow lion with blood on his hands.

Still, Matthew didn't react in the least, even though this was his first time entering a noble's carrige, something that should have made him stressed, and excited at the same time, instead, Matthew paid it no mind, and only thought about last night's events.

Asvin said to the servant holding the two horses rains, "To the Cavias manor, please!", and the servant replied with a normal, "Yes, lord!". The carriage started moving through the city.

As many people looked at the carriage that belonged to the Cavias family, there was a pair of two men watching them from the shadows, of a narrow place between two buildings.

Their entire existence was hidden, and not even Asvin could pick up on it. One of them looked to be in his thirties, and the other, only, in his early twenties. They both wore black clothing, but they weren't coats likethose worn by members of the Black Tower.

The older of the two said, "Sad, isn't it? Well, they only gave us more reason to want them dead, still, it's really sad to see it! Hah!", sighed the older of the two, as he looked at the red carriage make its way through the crowd of people.

The younger one beside him, replied, and said, "You're not thinking of making him a member, right, master? He's too young, yes, I know why, and yes, it seems he wants the same thing, but he's barely ten!".

The older man smiled, and said, "No! Not now, until he's of age, only then, will we test him, and see if he's serious about it or not, after all, the boss asked us to do it! And, you saw it too, right? How the One Power was floating around him, only our strongest Magician, is capable of doing the same when he reaches his peak! Even among the nobles, only the most talented can do the same, so his addition to us, would be very beneficial for sure!".

The young man beside him, looked at where Matthew had been moments ago, as he smiled, and said, "You're right, master! His addition to us, would be very good for our plan, still, it is a bit bad that we can't teach him from now, he will probably be taken to the orphanage, hah! That's truly a waste of his talent!".

The young man, as well as his master, both sighed. Then, they turned around, and disappeared into the shadows, as if they weren't there to begin with.

...

At the same time, the red carriage had finally made it to a big mansion, on a very empty land inside the city of Coupitia. This was the territory owned by house Cavias inside Coupitia city, they, of course, owned more than this, this was only the land they owned inside this city.

This was as well, their noble family's base, where the leader of the noble family called Cavias, resided. This person, was also, Asvin's father. A strong person, that had fought in the Monster War before, and was regarded as one of the 17 pillars of the kingdom of Decatrium.

The carriage continued, and went past the open gate (Which was opened to them by the guards stationed there, after they were informed by the servant controlling the horses, about the identity of the person inside it!).

After the carriage approached the entrance of the giant mansion, it finally stopped. Inside it, was Asvin, and Matthew. The young boy, who still had a devilish expression plastered on his face.

"Ahm! We're here, so, follow me, and please, stop with that expression, my father, well, he won't be adopting you if he sees you like this!", said Asvin, trying to calm down the young boy. Still, it was like he was talking to a brick wall, since the child continued the weird and creepy expression.

Asvin sighed, and then opened the door, as he got out of the red carriage. Matthew followed after him, and just like that, they were in front of the Cavias family's, main house.
