The after match of the 'challenge' Father had made me go through. I gently felt the scar that went over my left eye...

Honestly, I don't quite know how I should feel about it. Even so! I had finally gotten my freedom! Just like Winter I could spread my wings and get out of the influence of my father, away from Atlas, away from the constant expectations of people looking at me as a Schnee.

I had finally taken the first real step towards being Weiss Schnee an independent woman... huntress.

I looked at the five bodyguards and employees of my father I know were on the other side of the bullhead door... He had sent them to watch over me... until Beacon starts. Step at a time. It would do no good to forcefully rebel against him. It was already good I got the permission to apply to Beacon and leave to Vale three weeks early.

When he finally sees how capable I'm as a leader of my own team, maybe he will stop the constant worrying of something. I will find my own path to become leader of the SDC in future.

While thinking of the uncertain future an familiar pink haired girl appeared on my mind... I felt my cheeks heat up for a moment...

During the eventful weekend the silly girl had become something I could not clearly categorize among the people I know.

She was not like Winter... or the supposed friends she had made while living in Atlas.

For one I could honestly say I looked forward seeing the weird girl again. Just like Winter... yet not quite so. There was a weird feeling of restlessness for the knowledge I would see her again soon.

I wonder why Primrose is making such an face.

After buying the all included addition to my hotel stay the pink haired girl had an expression as if someone slapped her own face?

"Ah ha ha..." The pink eyed girl chuckled lightly while taking a red lollipop from her hoodie? pocket.

The pink haired girl showed a happy expression while eating the candy. The fact that she changed moods from one to another in seconds really makes one question what was going in her head.

It was kinda cute... No not cute.

I shook my head while thinking about the plan I had made for today. As thanks for the help Primrose had given me over the weekend I would allow her to show me around Vale. Yes, it was not like I wanted to just excuse to spend some time with the beautiful fairy like girl... A girl that made my heart leap from joy as she suddenly hugged me.

My gaze wandered to the soft looking pink lips. Pink eyes that seemed to shine from happiness while eating a cheap candy....

I shook my head...  What was I thinking?

The pink haired girl blinked at me for a moment before nodding and following me and the two employees up towards my suit.

First we are going to drop my stuff then... I hope Prim has made some plans to go after this? If not I have to use the plan I made just in case for situation like that.

"So Weiss how is Atlas?" Primrose spoke suddenly.

I turned my gaze to the girl in black skirts and red cape hoodie. The girl was currently crossing her legs while sitting with relaxed expression on. The colorful buildings flashed fast one by one behind her.

"The situation in Atlas has returned to normal. The common people for most part feel much more secure after the increased military patrols and promises of General Ironwood. Some people however still feel fear and resentment due to their loved ones dying and getting injured." There's always people that wish to see nothing, but the world burn. No matter the cost, such as the white fang scum.

"Well that much is to be expected... rather did the military uncover any knowledge about the people who attacked?" Primrose bit her lower lip gently while looking outside.

I felt like sighing. "If they have... they haven't made it public knowledge." I wonder if Winter knows?

"A shame..." The pink haired girl muttered while looking outside. "Hey look we are there." Prim pointed at a mall outside the window.

As we walked outside I raised my eyebrows a little. The mall was huge even when compared to the ones in Atlas... not that I frequented such places much even then. Is Prim going to buy something?

"Let's go to a cafe I like. They make good small breakfast too." At the pink haired girl's words I heard my own stomach make a shameful sound that made the other girl smile smugly...

I must have forgotten to eat due to the bullhead ride... shameful. I sent a sharp glare at the smug girl who only looked away while walking forward.

I followed the girl to an stylish cafe with some young adults laughing at a corner table and a young man working on a portable hard light screen.

The cafe had dark wood floor with sturdy black counter the atmosphere was as relaxing as the quiet music playing on the background. A smell of coffee drifted in the air.

"Come let's take something small to eat and drink. *yawn.* I need coffee..." Primrose muttered while pulling me towards the counter.

To my delight they had blueberry yogurt and surprisingly Primrose took it too... along with coffee just like me... what is this feeling?
