Chapter 66: Black card 1.66

"Laa la la la... la la... lala.." I was looking at the blue sky, cotton clouds so high above. A dog or cat I don't know, I can not see so maybe grimm?

"La la lalaaa.."

They all look the same to me. The clouds at least are free to go, no barriers are there to stop them, nothing can keep them here. "Laa la lalaa la la  lalala laa..." They're free, as free as one can be...

I was currently sitting on a wall swinging my legs while looking at the various bullheads ahead of me land and rise to air.

I stopped humming as I saw a private white bullhead with blue snowflake logo at the sides land down.

*Ring*

At the same time I got a message to my scroll.

'Sender: Weiss Schnee

I have just landed to Vale. I do hope you have made time to come greet me. I will be waiting for you at the front of Vale Central Bullhead Airport, as I said previously.

By yours truly, Weiss Schnee.'

Sounds like Weiss... I jumped from the wall and landed with small thud. It's funny how fearless aura can make a person.

I looked at the wall which was over three times my height. Just by reinforcing my body with aura I could easily shrug off fall like this without proper technique... With proper technique I wonder how high up a Huntsman could jump off without damage to his body?

Well not like I want to be shot off to forest from cannon or dropped from bullhead to test it... Although I have some hazy memory of the former happening... oh well.

I walked along the wall surrounding the bullhead landing place. As I walked the wall turned into buildings and from one of the windows I saw my own reflection.

Pink hair in a bun with a red bun stick inside it. I had won the hair stick from gacha this morning and well... I looked at the Red sharp stick with red dust crystals hanging fron red strings at the end of it.

The girl in reflection had an elaborated red cape hoodie that split from both sides showing the black skirt under it. The red hoodie had golden flowers and black frog knots in the middle keeping the hoodie together.

...

I may have gone little overboard with this... Not to mention the hoodie costed over 12,000 Lien...

This is all gachas fault... somehow.

I nodded while continuing to walk towards the entrance of the airplane Weiss was maybe already waiting.

As I walked I soon saw a familiar white haired girl in white and blue dress with snowflake decorations at the hems of it. The girl in question was impatiently walking back and forth while two man in black clothes were carrying a mountain on luggage beside her.

"Ohayo! Weiss!" I called out while waving my hand slightly in air.

The white haired girl turned towards me and I swear I saw a ghost of a smile on her lips before it turned into the usual stern expression.

"Good Morning Primrose. You are a little late, but I guess I can forgive you this time." Weiss looked me up and down.

"Your clothing seems to have changed a lot since the last time I saw you at least." Weiss seemed to be asking for an explanation in her gaze.

"Well just felt like it? Anyway this guys are?" I looked at the two stone faced bodyguards carrying Weiss's luggage with annoyance on my eyes. Go away so I can tease the young mistress, read the mood will ya.

"This are employees of SDC they will be attending to me along with several other people until Beacon starts in three weeks time." Weiss pointed at the two man who hadn't even blinked since I met them... cyborgs? Terminator? Secret SDC super soldiers whos blood is made from the tears of mistreated faunus laborers and body of dust mined by SDC... horrific. Can I get one? Preferably female one.

"Come Primrose we will first go to the hotel prepared for my stay, after which we are free for you to show me around." As Weiss Spoke I nodded.

"So which hotel are you staying at?" It would be fun to stay at the same hotel as Weiss maybe.

We had walked to an car one of the man's in black had prepared from somewhere? How?!

"The Hotel was named 'Royal Central Hotel of Vale' If I'm not mistaken, an adequate temporary resident. I'm sure." Weiss looked outside for a moment before answering me.

... Why does her hotel sound much more awesome than the 'Vale Hotel' I was staying at.

We were both sitting at the back of the black long vehicle side by side, while the two man in black were far ahead of us in front seats. The seats curved around in side ways shape of U.

This is not a normal car is it... dam rich people. At least they don't have minibar.. *Blob!* I slowly robotically turned my head to the white haired girl... She had opened a glass bottle of blue bubbling juice. The girl in question tilted her head at my blank stare while gently pressing a hidden cabinet door shut with mist spilling from inside it.

"Do you wish to drink too?"

I nodded as the white haired girl poured the bubbling blue liquid to an empty drink glass for me.

I took a sip of the drink tasting something similar to blueberries... it was good.

As I slowly drank the nostalgic taste of blueberry juice we stopped in front of a large building with long flight of stairs made from marble and green long mat stretching from inside the huge luxurious building. Above the stairs a golden letters spelled 'Royal Central Hotel of Vale'

One of the man in black opened the door and Weiss stepped out... me after couple of seconds.

As we walked inside I walked to the receptionist ignoring Weiss's questioning look.

"How may I help you?" A young woman in green business dress spoke to me.

"How much is the stay here for one night?" At my question the woman blinked her eyes for a moment.

"I'm sorry, but all of our rooms are reserved already..." I stopped the woman from speaking by lifting my open palm up.

"I don't want a room. A friend of mine has booked room here." I pointed at Weiss beside me who had a puzzled look on. Weiss pointed at herself as I pointed at her. "She is a Schnee, but who cares about that." Weiss gasped beside me. "So how much is the price for one night."

The young woman looked troubled at both of us.  Before operating the screen beside her. "I have confirmed Miss Schnee's room at suit fourty-six... as for the price." The woman looked at Weiss who rolled her eyes before nodding. "Miss Schnee has rented a King's room for duration of twenty-one days with the total price of 294,000 Lien, paid upfront."

Oh, It's not that expensive...

The frick is it not! I could live half an year within my hotel with that price.

"Good." I said simply while allowing Weiss to step forward.

*Cough!* "I wish to buy the all included addition to my stay."

I slowly turned backwards seeing Weiss lift a black card to air in slow motion.

Time seemed to be bugged as I heard the young woman voice leave slowly her lips one by one.

"Certainly... That... Would... Be... Two... Hundred... Seventy... Seven... Thousand... Lien... Miss... Schnee..." The woman closed her mouth slowly as I opened my mouth. The time went back to normal and Weiss swiped the black card with nonchalant ease like the years worth of staying on my hotel was nothing to her... Which it probably was.
