After several years of watching the two dragons learn how to chop trees did Elor give up and move to something more important. Writting sect cultivation arts and methods! Which sect didn't have any?

The only problem was which ones he should write down. He had as many as there were stars in the night sky because of the memories from the Crowned Divine. At the end it didn't really matter what kind of art one used as almost all of them had one thing in common. A higher goal of transcendence. Even if you only learned a simple fire spell for example, the path would lead you to Yang at the end. Learned a water spell? At the end would be Yin.

"Let's just write everything, 50 years should be enough I guess. After that I will send Johann out to scout for some disciples. The system didn't say I can't do that!"

Elor began to write down several arts which were in his mind who could be described as top-tier. If any top sect knew what he wrote within several years they would instantly try to steal everything. Not that they could though, it would just be a try.

After he wrote more than hundred scriptures he slowly pit his brush down. A little pause didn't make the cake bigger.

"Maybe I should ask those two eels. They probably know what's going on."

This makes us jump back to the present were Elor was sitting in his chair and almost chewing his soup.

"Very well, I didn't ask them and neither did I tell them that there is no sect at the moment. It's my fault...they just don't need to know that hehehehe. If they think that chopping wood is hard what will they say if they need learn an instrument hehehehe."

After having a good meal and some more dark fantasies did he began to write again. Slowly did the house he build for him get filled up. As soon as there was just enough room for one to walk around did he make his second pause.

"100 years...sure enough..nobody came. What about those two?" He spread his mind to pinpoint their location and was dumbfounded by what he saw.

"Do they identify as trees and not as eels? No they said they were dragons. What the hell is wrong with them!"

The picture he saw was two dragons cutting of their tales and sometimes shaking and then nodding to each other.

"Maybe that is the reason I was alone there? Let's ask them first before jumping to a conclusion." He scrolled the last art he wrote together and vanished from the spot. Appearing before two dragons with faces like maniacs.

"No no no! This felt more like loosing something than gaining! Somwthing isn't right with your achievment!" Jovanna was denouncing Johanns step into the Sage Arts with an ice cold gaze.

Her brother on the other hand just snorted. "What do you know?! You can't even discern my lifelines correctly while I move! This is just one of many trials I have before I achieve something you can only dream of!!"

"Something bigger? If you're talking about THAT part it will not be hard!"

When Elor appeared beside them and heard what they were talking about did his face change. What the hell did they talk about!

" You two..you better have an explanation for this! What does chopping trees have to do with trials, achieving something or being...bigger?!?!"

The two dragons instantly transformed into their humanoid form and kneeled. Johann was faster than his sister.

"Greetings Sect Master! I will report! After understanding that chopping wood isn't just plainly chopping wood I began to ponder over the true meaning of it! I know understand that it is cutting something without cutting. It is not destroying something but making something better! As wood can't talk I had the idea to test our theories on our bodies! Don't worry though! We both can already chop wood without it losing any lifeforce! I can even make it progress slowly but surerly!"

Johann was feeling smug inside after he shot those sentence like a machine gun. Take that sister! Jovanna on the other hand was churning inside! She may not thought of it but she helped out none the less!

Elor on the other hand was perplexed. Wasn't it just cutting wood? What the hell did he talk about?

That was the difference of someone knowing either how, what or why to do. Elor just knew how and what but didn't know the why. Johann on the other hand didn't know the how and what exactly but slowly understood the why.

"Care to explain in detail?" Elor couldn't sit idle when he heard it. Did he hit his head to hard or was there some truth in it? Did he oversee something?

"Yes, Sect Master! It's like this. After you showed me the...." Johann and sometimes Jovanna began to explain their utilisation of chopping wood into their attacks. Elor vanished from the spot after digesting everything they said. Left behind was just two dragons who didn't know if they were right or wrong.

"Do you think we said something wrong sister?" Johann couldn't understand why their sect master just left without beating them.

Jovanna didn't know either but she knew that it couldn't be something bad. "He smiled before he teleported away, I don't think it's something bad. I guess?"

The siblings began to study chopping wood again and hoped that they won't get the discipline treatment again. If they knew how helpful it was for Elor, they would be jumping around.

"I see...no wonder Sage Arts are way up high. It isn't that they are only used for mundane things but the crux lies in the simplicity of the activity! Chopping wood is regenerating and giving new life. Painting is mentaly broading your horizon and even array making. Fishing is meditating and feeling the rhytm of fate... How didn't I see this? I may have to re-write some books now.. well, I don't have any disciples yet and those two eels can first learn chopping wood before reading these books."

15more years passed by in which Elor build a library and stowed away all of the scriptures.

"Mhm, that seems good enough! Even the sect which the Crowned Divine cam from wasn't as protected and luxury as this!"

He was happy with his work! Protecting arrays which could defend from peak Ruling Divines. Paintings which calmed the mind within and on the higher levels he even made some temporal arrays which circled energy faster!

"Now that the foundation is laid I think its time to have Johann lookt at the library. Jovanna is struggeling with the Sage Art. Maybe I should let her choose from another one?na,chopping wood it is! Lets make this our sect motto!"

Elor wasn't wrong. He just didn't think about one tiny thing. Sage Arts were something which were peaking existence itself. If one doesn't live with the basic rule of one it was almost impossible to learn it. That was why Johann did find out about the why of chopping wood.

He may be a storm dragon but his element wasn't lightning like his sister, it was wood. Wood is almost a equal to life. Thunder may also harbor life but it's of a destruction kind.
