While Arthur, the landlord, was still celebrating for over 2 hours because of the overjoying news, the lady inside her room twitched her eyes and opened them in a sluggish manner.

She groaned as she felt a piercing pain in her body.

She widens her eyes in surprise as soon as she realizes something; not because she is in pain, but because she can finally feel the pain.

'Good Heavens! What happened to me?! I can finally feel my body!' She cried in delight inwardly, unable to stop the urge of her tears to fall down from her eyes.

She gathered her strength and lifted her arms. As soon as she saw it raised, she cried more.

'I can finally move my body.' She added as more tears continued to rush from her eyes.

Moments later, she mastered her body to lift, sitting down on her bed.

As she got a little excited, she tried to stand up. But since she still had a little energy recovered to grasp, she fell down on the floor.

A large thud echoed that a servant nearby heard that loud sound. She rushed to her room, opened it and was surprised by what she saw.

"Y-Young Lady! You r-really are able to stand! The Lord was right that you're going to be okay! Wait, I will help you stand up." She tried to approach the young lady, but only a palm faced her.

"N-no… I will do this myself… Call my family… This must be celebrated…" She ordered the servant.

The servant nodded in excitement before leaving the room to rush to her masters.

The lady inside still practiced her body's ability to move. Although it was sluggish, it was a feat for her since she was bedridden for almost 2 years.

If only she hadn't forced herself to breakthrough despite the pain, she wouldn't have suffered in those 2 years.

A few minutes later, a running sound came from near her room. And as the door violently opened, she saw her family shed tears of joy when they saw her walking, even she was sluggish.

"Mother… Father…"

Her parents rushed to her and embraced her when they finally approached.

A sniff came from her parents; her siblings were just behind, smiling while crying in bliss.

Inside the living room, books are piled in front of Lucas. It was just a basic book of cultivation, producing basic knowledge of the path.

While browsing every page, Lucas concluded what he had just read.

Although other information was similar to what the disciples earlier told him, there was still important information that he must know if he'll continue on this path.

There are stages in the first realm. As there are 7 stages, there are also 9 levels in every stage.

Starting from the Apprentice Spirit Realm, the next is the Warrior Spirit Realm. Next is the Master Spirit Realm, General, King, Emperor, and True Sovereign; all in ascending order.

As he continued to read, he also learned the similarities between this word and his previous one.

The Cultivation Base in this world is the capacity of refined Qi possessed by cultivators. Similar to the term "core level," it is also the measurement of every person's possession of mana in their body.

However, it doesn't stop there. There are still similarities to his world – the monster cores.

Monsters in this world and in his previous world have cores in their bodies. It is the storage pool of energy for the monsters. Although there is only limited energy from it, it is still a valuable item for practitioners like them, cultivators or mages, who use it to refine it to their own pool.

After reading some important knowledge about the cultivation world, Lucas sighed after closing the last book. He almost used up two hours of reading. And he was still unaware of the news.

Minutes later, the landlord rushed to the living room and announced the news to Lucas.

"Young Master! Please forgive me if I act this way, but I don't know how I can repay you!" Arthur kowtows in respect, hitting his forehead on the floor so hard that it even made a loud thud.

Lucas was surprised and even retracted a little from the loud thud. Why would he act this way?

"What happened?" Lucas asked, assisting Arthur to stand up and lift his head.

Arthur just sniffs and wipes his tears down. Cracking every word he says, he finally built the exact content he must say.

"M-My daughter… she can finally move…" Arthur cried as he didn't know how to react in front of Lucas.

Lucas, hearing it, just smiled before letting go of him.

"I see… so why are you crying? Let's go, I will see it for myself." Lucas said before leaving the room and going straight to the young lady's room.

Reaching there, he saw the crowd of Arthur's family. As soon Arthur saw it, he moved and created a way for Lucas.

Lucas just smiled and accepted his offer. He headed to the young lady who was being assisted by her mother.

"So she really can move now," Lucas uttered, attracting the attention of everyone.

The young lady gazed at him as he was unfamiliar with her. Even after the past 2 years of lying on her bed, she can at least remember every person inside their mansion. But this young man is unfamiliar with her.

"Who…" Before she could ask, Arthur, cut her and introduced Lucas to her.

"Pearl, this is Young Master Lucas! He helped you recover! Greet him!" Arthur introduced Lucas with joy. He even raised his tone in excitement.

'How did he heal me?!' She thought while pondering.

Even though it was strange for her to see her father act in this way. She could barely imagine how important this person was to him for him to act this way.

Pearl fixed her wrinkled clothes before helplessly bending a little. "Thank you, Young Master, for bestowing me this miracle. I can barely imagine the time you wasted trying to heal me." Pearl uttered. Although she can speak properly, there is still a hint of sluggishness in her voice.

Lucas smiled before assisting her to raise her head. "It's okay. I'm also happy to see you finally standing. Though I only came here for a trade of information from your father, I'm still happy to see you recover," he said.

Then he continued, "Let me see your status. Sit down on the bed."

Lucas assisted Pearl as she just nodded in agreement with him.

Finally, Lucas lifts his sleeve and checks Pearl's pulse. Although he can use his extraordinary eyes with magic, he can't act suspiciously in front of her family.

"I see… You're finally healed. Just take a rest to get a grasp of your returning motor." Lucas suggested as he finally let go of her.

Everyone was surprised by his words. Their daughter is finally recovering, and the two years of suffering have come to an end!

"Thank you, young master!" Pearl cried once again, but this time, it was in Lucas' arms.

Lucas didn't mind it and just patted her head. He smiled before facing her father.

"I think my part is finally done here. I also got to enjoy the books and gathered enough information I needed." He said.

"Please, young master, at least let us serve you a meal!"

"It doesn't sound bad. So I guess I'll be obliged to accept your offer." He smiled.

After a meal that the Lim family presented to him, Lucas was finally on his way out of the place. However, he was paused by Arthur, who was carrying a pouch with clanking items inside.

"Please accept this, Young Master. Although this may only appear to be just a change to you, please accept this selfish request of mine." Arthur offered a pouch of gold coins, containing exactly 100 coins.

Lucas just accepted it willingly. "Thank you too. Please take care of your daughter." He said.

"We will!"

"By the way, where can I buy cultivation techniques?" Lucas asked.

Even though it was another strange question from an expert, he just willfully answered his question.

"There is a shop in our city that sells techniques. However, they only have Spirit-rank techniques. If you are looking for more profound techniques, a neighboring city is to the east. It's called Saber City." Arthur replied.

Lucas just nods and responds, "Thank you once again. I'll be on my way." Lucas said before casting a spell to fly.

As soon as he started flying and disappearing from Arthur's field of view, he could only feel excitement rushing through his veins.

"He really flies! What a magnificent expert he is! He really must be in the General Spirit Realm!" Arthur cries in excitement after seeing Lucas fly away from his position.

Meanwhile, Lucas is about to reach Saber City in just 10 minutes.
