Hannah snapped out of her daze and tried to get away from his hold, "Joon! What if your sister comes back? They might see us!"
Nice try though, Hannah. Obviously, Seo Joon was stronger than her as she remained in place.
"They have already left. There's no one else in here... it's just you and me.", Seo Joon didn't allow her to escape from his embrace. He cupped her face and stroked her cheek as he said, "It's a good thing that you're adorable. Otherwise, your unawareness will be quite annoying."
She furrowed her brows as she looked up at him, "What do you mean by that?! Are you saying that I'm ignorant?", she questioned. She didn't understand why he had made that comment. What was he trying to say?
To Hannah's surprise, Seo Joon just laughed at her reaction. Leaning in, he planted a sweet kiss on Hannah's cheek and it made her blush. "No, of course not. I didn't mean anything bad. But your acting earlier was.", he teased as he smiled.
She quickly brought her hands to her face to hide, she recalled how she acted earlier and even she cringed by the thought of it. That was too embarrassing! Now that Samantha and Daniel were no longer there, her heart throbbed because she remembered her very awkward statements from earlier.
"Do you think that they have noticed?", she bit her lip as she asked the man in front of her who was smiling like he had just heard the most ridiculous question.
"Oh babe, you are very cute. I don't think that they noticed at all…", he answered.
Raising her brows, she asked further, "Really?"
He slightly rolled his eyes, she's so gullible sometimes but Seo Joon found it adorable. "No, Han… I'm pretty sure that they already knew.", Seo Joon replied what he thought was the case. And as soon as he said those, Hannah's blush became even redder.
She thought about what she had said to Samantha earlier in the afternoon while they were having coffee. She didn't say anything about them and Seo Joon but somehow, Samantha seemed like she knew something. Fast-forwarding her memories to when Seo Joon arrived on the roof garden and she started to chatter like a nervous wreck, she realized that her attempt to make up a lie was very obvious.
"Oh God! I must have looked like a fool!", she covered her face with her hands once again but this time, Seo Joon stopped it.
He chuckled as he stopped her, "Don't worry about it."
Lifting her head, he lowered his and tilted it slightly before he leaned in to kiss her. But just before his soft lips would touch hers, Hannah placed her hand in between them stopping his kiss.
"No, you can't kiss me.", she said as she pouted. She was still feeling embarrassed because of what happened and though she knew that it wasn't Seo Joon's fault she still directed it at him anyway. "It's your fault!"
He also knew that she was just being childish at that moment to be playful so he just let her be. "Yes, it is my fault. I'm the one who should be punished.", he admitted without hesitation, making Hannah feel even more annoyed that she pouted some more.
He chuckled by the sight of it and his sound made Hannah's insides melt, it instantly made her feel better and so she laughed along with him. She had long realized that Seo Joon had always been someone who could make her feel better even though she's sometimes annoyed by him.
With her hand still in between their lips, Seo Joon leaned forward and kissed the palm of her hand instead. She curled her hand away and shyly, she tiptoed to give her boyfriend a quick kiss on the lips.
Hannah pulled back but Seo Joon stopped her and held her closer to continue the kiss. She was surprised a little but no longer hesitated as they locked lips while the sun was setting. Hooking her arms around his neck, Hannah returned her lover's kisses.
The sky was slowly turning slightly amber creating the perfect ambiance for the new couple who were steadily getting comfortable in each other's presence.
Pulling away gently, Hannah stared into Seo Joon's clear eyes.
She considered for a few seconds before she finally asked him seriously, "Shall we tell them about us already?"
He looked back at her and saw her earnest expression. He didn't have any problems with it at all, and now that Hannah seemed like she was ready for it, he felt happy. At least he no longer has to awkwardly pretend with her just like earlier, right?
Smiling, he replied to her as he wrapped his arms around her slender waist, "That would be nice.... I'd love that."
