<3rd PoV>
A young man exited the room his sister was in. He was ready to leave the hospital so he once again entered the elevator. But before the elevator's doors could close someone held it. The doors once again opened and reveals a nurse in full outfit.
"Good Evening, Katei-san." She bowed a little when greeting the young man. The young man also bowed a little to return the greeting.
"The Director wants to see you right now." She handed a file case while telling what she needs to tell.
"Okay.." The young man took the file case and the nurse stopped holding the door and finally said her goodbyes. He did not care and changed his floor destination to the 7th floor.
When he arrived at the 7th floor, it was completely empty. No empty was understatement it was desolate without any living beings could be seen. The young man seemed to already got used to the emptiness and kept advancing forward the hallways of the 7th floor.
On the 7th floor there was only one room. The floor also only have one hallways leading forward to the only room. The door of the room is a normal wooden door without any difference than any normal houses wooden doors. On the door hanged a nameplate written 'Director's Room'. The young man didn't even knock on the door and immediately just went inside the room silently.
Inside the room was a middle-aged man with a full doctor's attire with the only difference is the golden rose pin on his coat. He is sitting on his desk with the only things on the desk are his computer and a nameplate that doesn't even has anything written on it.
"Ah, you're here, Katei-kun. As silent as usual." He said while chuckling. He seemed to already been used to the young man's vague presence everywhere.
"Good evening, Mugen-san" The young man greeted the Director with a low voice. The young man seemed to holding a neutral position towards him.
"You understood why I called you here." He pointed at the file case the nurse gave to him earlier. The young man nodded at him.
"Good. Now let me explain a little." The Director reached under his desk and clicked a button. Suddenly the walls flipped and revealed multiple boards filled with bounties and different maps.
"Today, my client requested for his head." He showed a bounty of a jacked teenager with a cocky smile. He looked like a spoiled rich kid type person.
"His name is Dorei Yoku." He revealed the name of the bounty's owner. The young man widened his eyes a little just by hearing the name of the target.
"Dorei family.." The young man felt a little anger when hearing the target's name this time. His anger was quickly noticed by the Director who also has an angry look on his face.
"Look, I know we both hate them. But let's not make it get in the way of our jobs." The Director quickly calmed them both down. The Director and the young man eventually regained their composure and continued their talk.
"The reward for his bounty was 300 million yen plus 100 million yen from the client." He explained the gain of this job this time.
"The target will enter the 'Golden Auction House' today at 02.00 A.M. Target will need to be executed immediately." He explained the info he got for this job. The young man only nodded at all his info.
"I see.. well I will head there now.." The young man immediately exited the room after hearing all the necessary info.
"Well good luck to you.. Be safe." The Director silently wished the young man luck.

'Dorei family..' He remembered about what they did to this world, to this country and most importantly his family. He hated them all with all his soul and finally he could use his hatred to kill them effectively.
'Let's prepare ourself..' He exited the hospital and went towards a certain part of the city. He lived in a city where survival of the fittest was the law and the government has already surrendered at trying to make law exist in this place. This city is the centre of the most dangerous and wanted criminals in the world.
He walked past the street that is mostly occupied with criminals staring at him with greedy looks. But he ignored all of them as he is near a certain place where causing any ruckus is prohibited, the Sicarius. The Sicarius is a place where a lot of criminals met and do their business. Sicarius is also famous for their secrecy and strong influence in the city.
"This is the place.." He stopped in front of the grand building of Sicarius. The Sicarius building was designed like a hotel with multiple floors and a lot of rooms with different purposes. He entered the building without much difficulty other than waiting in line a little as it's a little crowded.
The main lobby of the place was huge and it was made into a giant lawless casino. On the back of the lobby was a giant bar with dozens of bartenders behind it. The place is surprisingly pretty silent despite the crowds. The young man silently moved towards one of the least crowded elevators and entered it.
Inside the elevator there are two other person. One of them is elevator guard and the other was a teenager around 15 in age. The young man paid no heed to the teenager and said to the elevator guard.
"Floor 'Death'.." The elevator guard nodded and clicked the only button separated from the rest of the buttons. The elevator then slowly rised from the main lobby and not long after stopped.
"Floor 'Death' please enjoy your stay" The young man exited the elevator and instantly the elevator closed and went away. Then from the elevator he went right towards the first room. On top of the door was a plate written 'Case'. The young man then immediately entered the room without a pause.

<MC's PoV>
"Oh! Good evening, Katei-kun" A lady behind a counter greeted me as usual.

"Good evening, Mirai-san.." I greeted her back while approaching the counter. Behind her are special made lockers that stores the key to precious items.
"The usual?" She asked me and I nodded in confirmation. She understood her assignment and went to grab a key from one of the locker and went towards the back.
Not long after she came back while gesturing me to follow her. I nodded and followed her without much hesitation. She guided me towards a vault that I already remembered for. She entered the passcode and the vault opened.
We went inside the vault and were greeted by a sight that will make every normal person widened their eyes in shock. Inside the vault is not money or gold or even any riches. But inside the vault was a storage to.. weapons. Weapons that I bought and used for hunting the bounties for Mugen-san's client.
"Thank you, Mirai-san.." I thanked her and she only smiled and went out of the vault. I then focused back at what I'm originally going to do.. getting my weapons.
There are hundreds or maybe even thousands of weapons in here from a simple handgun to even a anti-aircraft plasma rifle. Each of them with their own respective ammos on their side. There are also hundreds upon hundreds of explosives and tracker devices. But for this mission I will do things simple.
I grabbed a special made suitcase big enough to fit a .50 Caliber sniper rifle with 3 rounds of magazine yet small enough to not bring any suspicion. Of course it's very heavy but the suitcase is designed to repel the signal of any metal detectors. The insides also fit a small wakizashi and a small normal handgun in there. I also grabbed a few EMP grenades and a few smoke and flash grenades.
When I think the preparations are enough I went out of the vault and see Mirai-san standing next to the vault door waiting.
"Done?" She asked for confirmation and I nodded. She then slammed the vault door shut once again locking it. I walked out of the backrooms and exited the room without saying any goodbyes to her.
Outside of the room is a giant window displaying the view outside. The moon is full and is shining brightly lighting up the clear night sky filled with little stars. The night is beautiful.
"..But this world has stained it.." I quietly said then made my way over to the elevator once again but this time going down. I then silently exited the 'Sicarius' and walked back home.

"I'm home.. again." I opened the locked door and went inside. The same house, the same roof that protected my head and the same place filled with happiness and grief. I sighed a little at the emptiness but didn't preach it further and went inside the room next to my bedroom.
I turned the lights on and it revealed a room filled with boards and different blueprints, maps, and building layouts. There is also an office desk and a chair where a mask was laid on top of the table. I searched around the room for the building layout of the 'Golden Auction House'. Not long after he found it. The layout itself was huge and is even bigger than the office desk He hanged the layout on the board and inspected each corner of it searching for an opportunity for a swift kill with escape routes.
After around 5 minutes of inspecting around to decide for the best possible route I finally found it and memorised it quickly. I then checked the time and nodded.
"I have time.." I went towards my room and searched for a special suit. After ransacking through my pile of clothes after a while I finally found it. A full black tuxedo suit with a custom made coat. I wore the suit and tidied the clothes. I then took the mask from the office desk. The mask is a simple full black cotton mask. I then grabbed my suitcase and once again went out but this time to claim a life..

"The night sure is beautiful.." I looked up to the sky and sighed. I've been working in a very harsh condition with minimal to no payments at all. Therefore I wanted to quit this job but the debt I had prevented this..
"Under this town nothing is truly beautiful." My work partner said to me.
"You don't need to be that pessimistic you know?" I said to him to which he only gave a little stare at me then said.
"No matter how optimistic you are in this lawless town the only true way to be happy is to be powerful.." He said then abruptly pausing at the end of his sentence.
"And the only way to be powerful.. is to be born powerful.." He said with a straight face. He and his partner actually used to be a police officers in this town. But because of fund cutting, harsh condition and the governments abandoning this town the polices were disbanded and they were left alone delivering justice to this lawless town filled with sins and despair.
But nothing truly always went exactly like everyone wanted and they ended up falling in debt to a powerful and influential family. They played their sense of justice like a doll and when they had enough they ripped and and burned them all into ashes.
"Oi! You two get ready! The Young Master will move in a moment!" Suddenly a voice shouting to us could be heard from inside the mansion. We understood the assignment and immediately got ready. But before we could go we heard a particular sound, a sound of salvation yet despair, the sound of a trumpet.
"Oi!!! Come here you two little shits!" We quickly regained our focus and quickly ran towards them.
'I have a bad feeling tonight..' I thought while running.
