Vorjax set out a deal with the goblins, as their previous king, for free. However what made his mind to help was to know how did the people in the Temple know about magic. It wasn't surprising, since humans have long been ambitious about power and strength, yet to find out a long lost magic is surprising to say the least, not because of its deadly capabilities but because it has long been hidden in the world after the Kings.
It shouldn't take long for the people of this world to figure out that the Temple and the Royalty are in possession of such a dangerous secret, since humans are so ambitious, but Vorjax seem to overlooked the fact that there'll always be someone stronger than the other.
Considering that the Temple and its dogs can lead the world for thousands of years, then someone should have been managing it. The person behind the scenes.
Vorjax has long thought about someone who can probably be the mastermind of everything that has happened whether in history or the conspiracy of the false god, it's just that he didn't give much attention to pheasants who loves to act mysteriously.
Now that he found out about the source of the power from the Temple, he had a better understanding about those ants gnawing at the fame of "Destroyer of the Kings"
There's also someone who's hiding in the shadows behind all of this, and to think that person can go on for years, or thousands of years, even during the reign of the kings, they must be a person influential from before. And Vorjax, racking through his memory in search of such a man, remembered silver.
A very cunning man.
He remembered such a man who always wore a smirk, with a silver hair, who he always seem to be with before. He has a face that can't be remembered, it was blank but would always make Vorjax feel there's a piercing gaze attracted to him.
He would always wear a robe of a special fabric, with elegancy embedded on his bones, melodic, deep voice. He'd wear a cufflink which symbolizes the [blank].
A kind of man that's close to him, a king, and such a young 'me' could not even recognize a scheme, how immature. Yet Vorjax couldn't believe that such a man could do all these things without being noticed, neither his brothers.
Because such a man could only exist during his reign and before it, he would have to be the one in power of an annoying force the Kings never cared.
The reason why Vorjax or the other kings never cared nor killed the root of everything was, it was unnecessary and would ruin the natural order of the world. They were made as Kings to punish and to rule, but they can't act against the natural order. Besides, Law can manage it.
Vorjax' fox eyes glint naturally, he had learned many things, and he's interested in that silver man. To think he can create a huge conspiracy for thousands of years, interesting.

It's just, that if he could control such a big organization, it seems like there's more to the story. A lot of things were going wrong, yet they were still successful to accomplish what seemed to be impossible. Even though that silver haired man, who's currently on the run, is definitely not some simpleton, it's quite strange that he created a large scale conspiracy for unknown reasons. Such a cunning man should not have made a huge scheme just for power, it must have been directed to the kings. Maybe, he had motives for that.
Or maybe, that man wanted to stop the kings? What kind of plan did he have in mind? This matter is too complex, so Vorjax couldn't make any sense out of it.
But, whatever it was, Vorjax will get to the bottom of it soon. His curiosity would not let him rest until he gets the answers to that mystery.
Now, he must focus on doing his job, his main responsibility. Or else Law would cut off his life, daring to go AWOL for thousands of years.
Sighing, he muttered, Kings don't have it easy. Who would have thought he now shoulders the whole responsibility for the tampered history in the past thousand of years? And where's his brothers? Why is he alone in this situation, and this problem was made by some silver haired man from the past he doesn't even remember much!
"Humans never failed to annoy me," Vorjax thought. "It's time to destroy one of their sources, again."
What Vorjax didn't know, that the silver haired man he was just contemplating about a moment ago, was now daydreaming. He seem to reminisce about the past, where everything haven't even begun.
At that moment, there was nothing, no one left on that planet.
Nothing, except for one man.
He sat by himself under a lone tree. Looking towards the endless blue sky, surrounded by vast expanses of land, the only sound was that of the birds flying overhead, singing their songs that can be heard miles away. There were no mountains, nothing, only endless grass and flowers that were blooming with every day, yet none of it could compare to the beauty of the land and of the skies. Nothing compared to the purest air of the entire universe.
He was then, called by a beautiful man, just an inch shorter than him who said"Hey, do you know that your silver hair looks beautiful under the sun?"
"Now that you said it, how would I not know? Jax." He replied. "Sit down beside me."
Jax said, "Of course! We should be together, forever!" The man looked at the beautiful guy, with a promise.
"Yeah"
