Chapter 3: Oh shit I am in Wuxia One Piece …

*Next Morning*

Jason woke up with a groan.

"That was not comfortable. Even if I slept like a baby, this branch doesn't feel comfortable. Beggars can't be choosers, sigh."

"Now let's go to the beach." 

....

"So which direction is the beach?"

Jason climbed the tree again and reached the top, then he started looking for the beach.

"Yes, finally, that way. Let's go to my camp, Mr. Food."

Jason grabbed the wolf and jumped down the tree.

*Splash*

Jason's leg blew up. Again.

"Not again. I need more control."

The pieces merged with Jason, and he continued his way toward the beach.

*After 1 hour*

"Yes, finally the beach. That was a long walk." 

"But where is my dear tent?"

"This is not the place I pitched the tent. Is this a different place?"

Jason started screaming and dancing around.

Jason was excited because he saw a building in the distance, and smoke could be seen coming from its chimney.

*Wolf POV*

"What the, who is making so much noise?" 

'I was in the middle of a project when someone was causing a ruckus outside. Isn't it enough that they banished me from the village to the opposite side of the island? One or two explosions every now and then is not that big of a deal. I don't have any problem with that; it's my stuff that is exploding. And now someone is making sounds and interrupting my projects.'

When Wolf opened his 'home' in annoyance for interrupting his project, he didn't think that his day would start like this.

There is a kid 10 years old jumping around screaming his lungs out in front of a dead wolf the size of an average tree.

"What's with this situation?!"

'This kid looks like 10 years old, is wearing rags, and is covered in dirt.'

"Hey, brat, are you OK? There is a dead wolf behind you."

The kid stopped what he was doing and stared at me.

"Who are you calling, brat, old man? And this wolf is my breakfast." 

'Kids these days don't have any respect.'

"Wha... Hey, brat, you should have respect for your elders. Is that how you talk to your elders?" 

'Why is that kid looking at me like that, confusion, disgust?'

"Huh..??? Are you some kind of elder of some sect? Isn't this the One Piece world? Am I in an alternate universe where Wuxia is part of Onepiece? That sucks." 

'What kind of gibberish is this kid speaking? Did he hit his head somewhere?'

"What the hell is a wuxia?" And how do you know about One Piece? And stop looking at me like I am some kind of worthless insect.

'He sighed in relief.'

"So you are not a sect leader?"

'What is with this kid? He is starting to annoy me.'

"What the hell does that even mean? This is my home and you are on my property. And I am older than you."

"Ooh ok, thank god."

"So why are you dancing and screaming in front of that dead wolf?"

'The kid was startled at my question and hesitated a bit. What could have happened? Some kind of trauma?'

I killed it and slept in a tree. This morning I was looking for my tent and I think I got lost again and ended up here. I thought I was on an uninhabited island and I would not meet any humans, so when I saw your building I was excited."

'Yep, he hit his head somewhere. And very very suspicious. This kid is hiding something.'

"I have so many questions, kid. Some of what you said doesn't even make sense, and how did a kid kill that giant wolf? "

"I punched it and strangled it."

'This kid has some mental problems.'

*Grrrooowwwwlll*

'I think this kid doesn't have any malicious intent towards me.'

'But he is dangerous and I should keep my guard up. Let's see if I can get any useful information from this kid.' 

"Sigh."

"Kid, you are hungry, right? I will cook the wolf. You should take a bath. You stink. There is a bathroom at the back of my house. Go this way. I think I have some of my old clothes in the storeroom. I will put them in front of the bathroom. After you bathe, put on the dress and come here."

'The kid smelled himself and made a face in disgust. Haha funny.' 

"Thank you, Mr."

And he ran away to the bathroom.

'I don't know his name, and because of his dirty appearance, I didn't get a good look at his face. He looked like he had bathed in mud and showered in leaves and sticks.' 

'I think he is strong if he is speaking the truth about killing this wolf. He survived a night in the forest, so he is not weak.'

'Maybe I can get an apprentice, but I need to know his motives. If he plans to use my knowledge and skills for himself, I should also do the same.'

'Kid, you shouldn't underestimate a scientist and former pirate. 

"Wafafafafa...." 

Wolf started laughing like a mad scientist.

*3rd person POV*

Jason suddenly felt some chills go down his spine.

"What was that? I feel like someone is plotting against me."

Jason shrugged his shoulders and resumed his bath.

Wolf started cleaning the dead wolf and skinning it. Then he started a fire and started grilling the wolf. 

*a few minutes later* 

"That smells incredible."

"Aah kid, you are back. How is the dress? Is it comfortable? And you look clean." 

'In front of me is a kid with messy blond hair, ruggedly handsome, with electric blue eyes, and a small scar on the corner of his lip. wearing a purple full-sleeve T-shirt and grey trousers.'

"Both the T-shirt and the trousers are a bit loose. I tightened the trousers using some rope I saw at the back of the house."

"It's enough for now. Now let's eat and talk about business."

Jason got confused and tilted his head.

"What business?"

"Let's talk about that after breakfast."

"So tell me, kid, what's your name?"

"Jason, my name is Nyx Jason."
