World: Alestra
Magic, an epitome of power, where one can use spells that bends any odds. It uses the nature's blue glowing glitters that are not visible to the eye, mana. In order to use a spell, one needs mana, while the latter needs chanting, magic circle, or simply just chant less which is difficult. There are no chant less spells, it is up to the user to be able to do so.
Stored mana is the energy stored inside the core of every living beings, and one can do a chant less spell by using it. However, everyone is born with a core that has holes, so the stored mana leaks, and closing it is a difficult task that mostly takes one's life time.
Even if one managed to cover their cores, recovering the lost mana still takes time, so it is expected for most to not focus on mastering it. The only advantage of stored mana is that it doesn't need to take time when using a spell.
On the other hand, mana nature is the energy that you take from surroundings. One will absorb a part to their core, and release it right away. Since it's a natural resource, it will recover it on its own in a short period of time.
As humans, one of the most prominent race in the method of magic, they've categorized every magic spells in different types. In terms of power, usefulness, and difficulty.
Rank one, are spells for beginners. Too weak to the point that it can only be used for everyday life, simple chores and such. Some are even useless that doesn't even need to exist.
Rank two, are spells that can use for combat. Easy to learn yet it can cause damage. Example is fireball, a ball of flame that can travel a few meters. Don't underestimate it though because it can even travel for kilometers or have a greater damage depending on the user, but that wouldn't be rank two anymore.
Rank three, are spells that are harder to learn, and only experienced magicians use it because of its difficulty. Example is teleportation, a spell that can bring you to another location in an instant.
Rank four, are spells that has complex names. Most are really meant for battle. Example is The bird of curses and life, the name can explain the details.

"So you do...whoosh, and say may the flames be with you bla bla..." Linel, father of the lovely little Amira, tried to explain something to her. Amira's thought to this is...
'...this is a waste of time.'
The reason why is because her father is trying to teach magic. Unfortunately, he is not good at it. Since Amira seems to be smarter than her age because she can read already, Linel first lent her a beginner magic book to know the basics, now they're on a grass field infront of their house. Amira was surprised she even read a book, since she usually find it a pain.
"Hah...this won't do..." Amira muttered as she turned around and started walking away.
"Amira, where are you going? I'm supposed to teach you magic." Her father asked. "...well, sorry papa but you don't know how to teach."
Hearing that, he became crestfallen. Fortunately, their young butler who have blue hair and grey eyes, wearing a monocle, is standby from behind to give an advise. "Hmmm, my lord. I may not be that good in terms of magic, but how about you hire a tutor for her?"
"...so you also think that I'm not good at teaching, Jean..."
"...should I search for one?"
"...if that's for the good, then fine..." Linel replied as he followed his daughter back, depressingly. However, Jean still knows that behind that heroic like face, is a crazy demon. He then thought. '...cant be helped that another poor soul will die, I'm the one who suggested this afterall.'
