"Hey, Yuuta-kun. Is it okay if you don't say anything about this incident to our parents?"
Under the partial sunlight shining through the clouds, a young couple consisting of a gorgeous girl and a tall and handsome youth could be seen sharing an intimate space.
Sayuri, being held in a protective hold by Yuuta, was still a little bashful, but she somehow collected herself.
The people who passed by were awed and praised the man carrying the girl boldly, but it didn't influence the two, as Sayuri asked in an unsure tone.
"And why do you want that?"
Yuuta asked without turning his gaze as he walked steadily uphill to the place where the group awaited them. He did have an idea, but first, he wanted to confirm before he gives his answer.
Sayuri hesitated a little at first since she already had created a whole lot of problems for him. But fortunately, Yuuta was considerate enough to know what she was feeling.
"You don't want this trip to end like this, right?"
Sayuri blinked in surprise as she saw Yuuta glancing down at her. She blushed slightly, being so close to his gaze, before she nodded meekly.
Yuuta sighed in defeat before he stated something which might concern her request.
"Sana might have already told our parents about the incident."
Yuuta sent the maid ahead of them since he knew he would be walking slowly but regrouping with the others; everyone must have interrogated the timid maid about every detail.
"Ah, don't worry about her. I told Sana not to say anything and wait for us to come first."
Nodding, Yuuta didn't speak any further as he finally saw the silhouettes of familiar people.
"Sayuri?! How did this…."
As Sayuri and Yuuta approached the others, Hajime began to ask question after question in a rush, with his mind being clouded with nothing but worries.
Yuuta gently put Sayuri on a bench before he backed away and went to drink something.
Mirai was also tense to the point she even started calling for an ambulance and such, from which Toshio stopped her. He was the only person beside Yuuta who was still as calm as ever.
Sayuri told them a fake story that she hurt herself because of a slippery path or something along those lines.
It took her almost ten minutes before the scene finally sobered up, and Hajime breathed somewhat in relief as he saw his daughter completely fine.
"You could have called for us."
Hajime spoke as Sayuri got her feet massaged by Chigusu with a pain relief gel. There was a slight red mark and swelling near the ankle. Other than that, she was completely fine.
"It wasn't much, and also, Yuuta-kun came not so long after. So don't worry anymore, dad."

Hajime looked still a little unsure about her situation when Toshio stepped forward to take the lead.
"Stop stressing so much, Hajime. If she is saying that she's okay, then let it be. Now Sayuri, you tell me. Do you want to go back or climb the rest on your father-in-law's back?"
Hajime panicked in an instant and flared at his friend with his gaze narrowed.
"She's my daughter. I will carry her to the top."
"No, masters. Let me carry Sayuri-sama. I am certain in my limbs not to let her get hurt and safely bring her to the hilltop."
Chifuyu also stood up as she said with a resolute expression since she felt it was her responsibility to aid her master in times of need. But her desire for duty was cut off in an instant.
"How could you say that when I am here…
This time Mirai stepped forward, who previously was acting like she had spent her energy worth ages. But now she spoke like her vigor of teenage had returned.
The banter started between everyone except for Sana, who was repacking everything. She knew there wasn't anything she could do in this situation, so she just chose to remain silent.
And also, Sana was the only person who sensed the annoyance building on Yuuta's expression; that's why her decision to stay away came rather fluently.
Sayuri was trying to stop them with a flushed face since it was her who was getting discussed so openly. She was fine enough to walk if someone supported her, but no one was ready to hear her at all.
"Hey. Climb up. "
Suddenly a masculine voice reached up to Sayuri before she instinctively held onto the two sturdy shoulders and got on Yuuta's back without even realizing what was happening to her.
All four adults turned their complaining gazes toward the person who stole their argument subject, a.k Sayuri.
But as their eyes fell on Yuuta's cold glare, all of the four gulped in fret since his eyes were anything but smiling.
Walking with steady steps, Yuuta hung his bag to his front and helped Sayuri adjust comfortably on his back.
As he crossed the four still-stunned adults, Yuuta spoke in a tone that was akin to an ice block. Complete cold and bone-freezing.
"At least be mindful of your age, sometimes…
