Chapter Sixteen - Agent Roksoo: The Start of Actor Ygor and Singer Calvin

The four people at the back of the class were speechless. Only when the class ended did they start talking again.

Calvin started shaking his head and laughed. He placed his left hand on Yena's shoulder.

"Wow, you're really amazing." 

Ygor laughed along with Calvin. "You're on point."

Seoyeon just stared blankly at the ceiling. "..."

"...what just happened?" Yena asked.

Ygor stood up. "It's time to go home." He said and patted Yena on the back.

Calvin soon stopped laughing. "We just gotta prepare ourselves then, I guess."

"When are we having her class again?" Seoyeon asked.

Ygor looked at her. "Next week, so I guess we should just get along so we can perform better on stage."

With you and Yena? 

Seoyeon doesn't like those two. She's fine with Calvin, a quiet and not annoying person. However, the combination of the three is quite bad for her. 

She's definitely out of place.

"I see." She just said and started packing her stuff.

Yena was still sitting on her chair and talking to Calvin. It seems like they have no plans of going yet so Seoyeon wanted to take the chance and go out first.

But Ygor's full attention is on her. Since Yena and Calvin are blocking the way for him, he jumped up the table behind him.

"Going home?" He asked.

Seoyeon ignored him and started walking away. Ygor just happily followed after her.

"Fairy princess, what's your favorite color?"

"..."

"What's your favorite food, Fairy princess?"

"..."

"Does fairy princess like coffee?"

"..."

Seoyeon already planned to ignore him unless it's necessary to talk with him. Right now, she doesn't see that it is necessary.

"Fairy princess, we have to get along so we can perform our best on stage next week."

But his annoying voice and annoying nickname are annoying her very much. Her ears are tingling and she feels like punching him to make him stop.

They were at the entrance already and Ygor still hasn't stopped talking. Calvin and Yena arrived a few minutes after them.

This whole time that Yena and Seoyeon are in the same group, same line, same circle, and same space, they never talked to each other. They didn't even dare lock eyes.

Calvin noticed this cold atmosphere between the two but he never mentioned it. 

"You're very annoying and stupid." Seoyeon couldn't stop herself from saying something.

Ygor felt happy when she finally said something even though it was a negative comment.

"You finally talked, fairy princess." He said.

"Tsk. Stop talking to me and stop calling me that." She said and felt relieved when she saw her manager's car enter the front gate.

When she left, Ygor said, "How cute." 

Calvin looked at Ygor with strange eyes. "She calls you annoying and stupid and you find it cute?" He cannot believe him.

"Dude, are you a masochist?" He asked.

Ygor ignored him and kept on smiling. 

"Oppa, why do you call her fairy princess?" Yena asked out of curiosity.

Ygor looked at her. "Because she looks like one."

Yena frowned. "Have you seen a real one then?" Yena obviously thought it was impossible.

Ygor smiled and shrugged. "Maybe." He said.

"Oppa, the more I talk to you the weirder you get." 

Yena asked again. "Then why do you keep following her and hanging around her even though she's always mean to you?"

"Because she is a very interesting person." 

"Really? You were always rejected very easily, Oppa. She doesn't even sweat about it."

"Then must I also give up easily? After all, those rejections were for simple matters." He shrugged.

"Oppa, a normal person would feel offended and hurt if the person they just met rejects them even for simple matters. For example, if you invite that person to work together for a school activity and they just instantly reject you." Yena told him.

Calvin was just quiet at the side, Yena wasn't wrong anyway, well, except for the fact that she thought Ygor is a normal person.

Maybe dragons are naturally thick-faced?

"Oppa, you are super weird." 

Ygor laughed and poked her cheek. "I'm not weird, I'm just unique." He said.

The conversation ended as Yena's manager came to pick her up. She was deep in thought. She just still cannot understand why Ygor would always look at Seoyeon and why he likes her so much.

He's probably a diehard fanboy?

Calvin looked at Ygor. "You know it, don't you?" He asked.

"Hmm?"

"Yena and Seoyeon. You feel it too?" He asked again.

Ygor nodded. "Then why did you still pursue having Seoyeon be part of our group?"

"Exactly for that reason." Ygor said.

Calvin thought about it. "You plan on making their relationship good?"

"Yep!" 

"But why? What is the point?"

"I want to get closer to fairy princess, and Yena is my friend. If they get along, then won't it be easier to be friends with her?"

Calvin shrugged at him. 

I don't think it's a bad idea. However, it's very risky. They don't have a good relationship and then we have to perform all together next week. If there's a fight scene, they won't fight for real, right?

"I wonder what happened between them." 

When the driver came, they expected to be driven back to their home. But when the car stopped, they woke up and saw that they are in a fancy restaurant. 

"The president-nim only told me to drop you off here, I apologize if I cannot tell you for what reason." The driver told them when they asked him.

"I see, we'll get off here then. Thank you." Calvin said.

They walked inside looking confused. A few heads turned around to look at them, some knew who they were and some didn't.

"There you are!" They saw Jangmi walking down the stairs.

"Noona, where are we supposed to go?" Ygor asked.

"Come on, follow me."

They followed her to a VIP room upstairs. Inside was the president and a man they didn't know.

Minji greeted them with a hug as usual. 

"This is a good friend of mine, Park Woojin. Woojin, these are my nephews that I was talking about."

The man smiled at them and greeted them. "It's nice to finally meet you two. I am Park Woojin, a director." 

When they heard that he is a director, they immediately greeted him back politely. Minji had them all sit down, they ate dinner and chatted for a while.

"Ah, did you two know? Minji always bragged about the both of you in our circle." Woojin told them.

"I saw a lot of your training videos, I must say that I am very impressed. I thought Minji was just exaggerating when she told us that you two are as good as a five-year trainee even when you both just started a month ago." He laughed a little.

"Why would I exaggerate? You know I don't do those kinds of things." Minji told him.

Woojin raised both of his hands and laughed. "Right, right."

"I have watched all of your videos. The improvement from the first day to the latest day was massive. Are you sure you are only training every weekend?" He asked.

Ygor and Calvin nodded. "Then how did you improve so much?" He asked with curiosity.

The two of them awkwardly laughed. Ygor is a natural at learning things. Show him once, he'll do it perfectly. Because of this, Calvin felt a little pressured deep inside. So, he pursued and practiced at home when there was time.

He didn't want to be left behind.

"They were able to do it because they have a great aunt like me." Minji told him.

Woojin laughed loudly at this. "You're right! HAHAHA!"

When his laughter died down, he took a sip of water. "Anyway, because of that, I wanted to offer the two of you some work."

Ygor and Calvin gulped at what they just heard.

Are we finally going to act? sing?

"I have an upcoming movie, Agent Roksoo. I want you..." He pointed at Ygor.

"To act as the protagonist's best friend." Ygor's ear perked up. He felt so happy and wanted to celebrate already but cannot do it because he has to act politely.

Woojin cleared his throat. "Your character dies in the beginning." Then Ygor's happiness was cut short.

Calvin wanted to laugh but kept it inside.

"Don't get me wrong, it's just that you haven't debuted yet. I'm afraid that if I give you any major roles right now, it will be an issue that may ruin your image. Take this opportunity as a stepping stone to get recognition from people so when you officially debut, directors will not hesitate to reach out to you." He explained.

"You have a very great potential, so do your best if you accept the offer." He added.

Ygor understood everything clearly. He was touched by the concern of the director. He stood up and bowed.

"Thank you very much, director-nim! I gladly accept this opportunity." He said.

Woojin smiled at the polite young man in front of him.

He's got potential. His talent and skill are phenomenal. I only hope that when he officially debuts, he'll keep his feet on the ground.

"Good, I'm looking forward to working with you."

Then he pointed at Calvin. "For you, I want you to sing the soundtrack for when his character dies. I like your voice, I think it will suit a sad song well."

Without any hesitation, Calvin agreed. He didn't ask anything, he doesn't care about payments and such. All he wanted is to take this opportunity.

Woojin laughed at them. "Look at these kids, they didn't even know the full yet they already agreed."

Minji smiled. "They are very excited, and so am I."

When they got home, they received an email from Woojin. It was the summary of the story. He even left a message for them.

Agent Roksoo

Roksoo was an orphan adopted by a rich man who visited an orphanage one day. Roksoo was then taught and shaped to be an agent from a young age. Along with him was another kid that the rich man picked up on the streets.

They grew up and trained together until they finally became agents. On their 13th mission together, they failed. It was the first mission they ever failed. Not only that but there were also a lot of casualties.

Many lives were taken, including Baekhyeon, Roksoo's best friend and brother.

Baekhyeon's death ignited the fire inside Roksoo's heart. It was the start of Agent Roksoo's journey towards revenge against Vicente, the leader of the group they failed to subdue and the person who killed Baekhyeon.

Roksoo will form a new team who will accompany him in his mission. Because they are dealing with a big group, Roksoo will lose a lot of people. However, these people are experts in this field, therefore, Vicente will lose even more people.

In the end, Roksoo kills Vicente. His crimes will be announced to the public and all of his allies will be arrested.
