Chapter 43: Chapter 37: A complete team

Simon might have overdone it... No... He definitely overdid it. He used an ability that is normally meant for battle for sex. Battle trance, an ability he inherited from Hiss had been turned into a 'sex trance'. He became so focused on fucking that he ignored all other avenues, including any form of self-preservation. They had barely managed to read a feeder zone before he was on her.

It was only by the blessing of Itsy, Whiskers, Maria, and Rawr that he was able to get out of it with no lasting repercussions. The latter two found them fucking surrounded by other monster girls as Itsy and Whiskers tried to fend off the gang from claiming for 'their turn' only to get walloped by a level 3 bonded juiced up Maria. Just to point out how 'in the zone' he was, Maria picked them up, shoved them in a rented room and went back to find the 'rare drops', came back, and waited for half a day before Simon's vitality finally gave out and he was knocked unconscious.

"Welcome to the family... Witch..." said Maria as both she and she were cleaning an unconscious Simon. Itsy and Whiskers were drained mentally from having to hold out for all the time it took Maria to find them and both of them were lounging in the spacious room.

"Oh... I guess that is my name now... huh..." Witch looked at the sleeping boy with an air of devotion.

"Don't worry, unlike his naming conventions, staying with him is the dream of monster girls." Maria softly said.

Witch only smiled as she patted her stomach. She did not know what compelled her master to bond her completely in a single go, which in itself would have been worrying if not for the fact she was already bound and she longer had to care about the order. 

Tears started rolling down her eyes. She was no longer a cog in a machine, she was recognized. Her value was such that her master had claimed her by force even to his detriment. Now she had the rest of eternity to make it up to him. And it all started by bringing him up to speed on what the order's real plan for him was.

"Do you feel it?" a soft voice broke her thoughts.

She looked at Maria as she dressed him in pajamas and laid him to bed, her eyes locked on the dark enchanter. Itsy rested at the foot of the bed while Whiskers used him as a pillow.

"The piece of him that beats in us," Maria said as she quietly took Witch out of the room, giving the three young ones space to rest.

Witch could feel it, there was a hollowness in her that was so familiar that she did not know she had it till it was taken away. She felt complete, like this was the reason she existed, to be bonded and serving a tamer, her tamer, instead of a faceless entity like the order.

"There is so much I want to tell you... Witch. So much that you will never understand. But for tonight will keep this Seraphim company while the little ones rest."

Witch had a small smile on her face as she had a thought and subsequently blurted out.

"We are really robbing the cradle, aren't we? We are centuries old while our master is barely even a tamer."

"Underestimate him at your own peril, he might be young, foolish, and a little peculiar at times but his power is undeniable. Who, outside of [heroes] could bind you in a single day?" Maria's words were admonishing but her tone was light.

'Can I hop in now?' said an eager voice in her head.

'Too much for tonight, let us wait till tomorrow.' 

'Grrrr! Fine! But you owe me!' as the voice disappeared leaving as fast as it came.

"No! No! The order has no idea what they are really dealing with. Simon is a [hero candidate] level 'greater human' if the order knew, he would have been shipped to the holy capital. You do not know how lucky we are that the branch in this location is so backwater."

Maria smiled at Witch to hide the fact that she was managing two conversations at once.

"Yes. The admins believe he is a newly ascended and use him as a 'stepping stone' to make the Sirenport temple a real force within the temple. If only they knew how badly they have mishandled this."

Witch was so wrapped in her own happiness that it took until that moment for it to click in her head.

"Wait... You are bonded too?!? But how is that possible?"

"If I were to tell you I was also a rogue angel for a very brief moment before I came into service, how would you react?"

"That... How? Those things show up in the holy directory."

"Who do you think is the head who managed that directory because of the lack of keepers?" 

"Don't they also check?!"

"Only once a week if they are feeling particularly 'pious'. Plenty of time to expunge some records."

"...You are scary..."

"If it saves my master. I will become a demon lord." There was conviction in Maria's tone, an unshakeable resolve in her melodic note.

Many things were churning in Witch's head but in the end, it settled on one thing.

"You have an ally in me!" Her normal diminutive tone was gone.

"No. I have a true sister in you." came the reply.
