Chapter 44: Chapter 38: Lord of heaven

Simon now had the decision to make, and he had a lot of time to think while he lay in bed with the original three. Rawr for her part, was also in her humanoid form hugging him from his left while Whiskers took his right as his own, Itsy decided his legs were hers as her spider half off the bed and her human half using his legs as a pillow. He did not whether it was on purpose or not but she was slowly inching up getting ever closer to his manhood.

Rawr... He understood what elegant beauty was when he looked at her. From her flowing silver hair to her pearly white skin to her slim but curvy physique to her pleasantly soft touch. It was such a dichotomy to her nature and actions that Simon could not help but be entranced by her sleeping form. 

It took an effort to look from her to the ceiling allowing his mind to function. He had checked off all he needed to do and now it was at a crossroads. On one hand, he could follow the path and finish whatever quest was assigned to him, or run home and have his dad deal with the church. There were pros and cons to both. He was not sure which would be better.

On one hand, if he used his dad he was pretty sure the church would get off his back. Two bad things that came to the top of his head were that his dad would know that he got both angels and a legendary. He shivered thinking of the consequences. The order would also know that he had taken two angels from them which he also knew was bad.

On the other, if he completed the quest and went on his merry way. His life would not turn over its head and he could continue as he had been doing. But that felt like he was pushing the problem for later. And they would think he was still part of the order and act as such which was another can of worms.

He tried to calm himself, but every time he made a decision something extremely crazy always happened. Thankfully, he now had people with whom he could share the burden, namely Rawr and Maria. He was not sure about Witch yet given how shy she was but there was still hope there.

But want never aligned with reality as he kept digging into that hole.

'Cannot sleep.'

A soft soothing voice entered his mind.

'Huh? Oh... yeah.'

'What is wrong? You had a very 'vigorous' day your body should be exhausted.'

'I feel like I could go on a fuckathon right now. I want to move but I feel like I should not.'

'Now why would that be, master?....hmmm... Oh! You bound me and... Witch so maybe you have gotten the 'heart of heaven' trait! That would make a lot of sense actually! You feel extremely 'holy' like it is almost overpowering your infernal aura!'

Maria sounded incredibly excited which felt very uncharacteristic for her.   

'What is 'heart of heaven'?'

'I really want to check your tamer ID to see if you have it! Please, master! Please have it!' Maria's jubilance reached a near-feverish pitch now.

'I really don't understand your excitement.'

'Is she ok? What in the world was happening? I feel like I am missing something major here. Shouldn't I get a notification or something if it is something that important?'

Simon was on the verge of jumping to his feet it was only because he did not want to make Rawr sad that he still tried to keep his cool.

'Your celestial plain...'*sniff*'...has yet to fully form...'*sniff*'...give it a few days you will get the notification once the trait truly becomes valid.' Witch had come back once more though she was still clearly distraught.

'How do you what is even happening? Maria seems unsure, and I am also finding it hard to believe that... another crazy thing happened... you know what I believe you so now what?'

'We celebrate! Then you tell us what you wish for us to do, O Holy King.' The last part from Maria was so sultry that Simon had to resist a shiver.

'No! like how does this change things for us.'

'Oh! nothing much.' Maria simply answered.

'What?!'
