"Where are you going?" Eren asked Lear as he was about to go out.
"I am going to pick Axel," Lear replied with a helpless look on his face. He was afraid of letting the guy just walk in, unaware of the situation. He was even thinking of just taking Axel somewhere outside to stay, and only return when Wilson calmed down.
"Didn't you hear? The time schedule has been changed, it's an hour later now. It seems they are about to check a few things with the participants before releasing them. You know, last day issues.." Eren said with a smile.
"I see." Lear nodded. "Anyway, I had a few things to do. I guess I will just do them first, before picking that guy up."
With that, Lear left the place.
Eren stood there waving his hand at him, and as soon as Lear vanished from his sight. His face changed colors, he seemed to be guilty about something.
"Well, you know how to do it after all," A laughter sounded in the room, as a hand came over his shoulder.
And, it belonged to a guy everyone was familiar with.
It was indeed Wilson.
He looked at the place where Lear had disappeared from and a smile emerged on his face.
Now, there was no one to save Axel.
….
"Finally here!" Axel looked at the entrance of the Academy and smiled.
He was finally back after a long tiring week.
He took a few minutes of walk from the Academy gates, and reached Max's residence quarter provided to him as a participant in the competition. This was the place where he, Wilson, August, and Kevin were crashing at for now. After all, the headmaster had thrown them out on the streets. And, even take away their quarters as a participant in the competition.
Axel was pretty depressed about the fact that they had lost the dummies. With the dummies gone, they would be losing a heavy amount of points. It was definitely above 50,000 for sure.
And, now all those tons of points are gone. There was nothing to do. It would really affect them, and their rankings a lot.
"Damn it! And, here I thought that we had the win in the bag.' Axel cursed as he reached the room.
And, as soon as he opened the door, he saw a fist heading towards him. And, before he knew what was going on, he was knocked out dead cold.
"Thud!"
His body slammed onto the floor. And, the last thing he knew was someone grabbing his feet, and cold bloodedly dragging him inside.
….
Lear had just come to the city square, when his eyes fell on the billboard which was showing the news flash in the early morning.
"The First event of the All Academy Competition had just ended today. The results are yet to be declared." The news anchor continued his commentary. But, that wasn't what attracted Lear's attention. It was one of the clips that had been shown.
It was from this morning, and he saw the student's being dropped near the Academy gates.
'Sh*t!' He immediately realized that he had been duped, and turned around dashing straight back towards the Academy.
….
"My face.." Axel groaned in pain, as he came back to his senses. He couldn't seem to open his right eye for some reason. It was hurting really bad.
"Uh!" Axel squinted his left eye when he felt a bright flash coming directly at his eyes. It took him a while to get adjusted to it. And, when he finally did, he found himself in a dark room tied up to a chair with a table in front of him.
There was a light bulb hanging down from the ceiling lighting up the table and the chair in the room.
"Shnk!"
A knife suddenly stabbed onto the surface of the table, it's blade was extremely sharp for a fruit knife. It seemed that someone had spent an entire night just sharpening the damn thing.
"Where am I?" Axel shouted towards the darkness, as a drop of sweat slid down the corner of cheeks.
He really had no idea what was going around. He was genuinely terrified now, he really was not prepared for this situation in the least. After all, this was the place he was least expecting to get ambushed at.
'Just who could it be?' Axel frowned when a shadow suddenly emerged from the darkness. He felt his heart rate increase looking at the shadow coming close, and when it finally came under the light, he froze.
"What the hell?!" He really had no words for him.
It was Wilson.
"What kind of messed up prank is this?!" He was obviously pissed. After all, he had lasted till the last date. He was expecting some praises, and a warm welcome. Not some kind of scary prank.
"Hurry up, and untie me!" His frown deepened when he saw Wilson just stand there glaring at him. "What's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?"
"Eren!" Wilson suddenly shouted, and Eren emerged from the shadows carrying a box along with him.
"What's going on?" Axel was confused as hell. He had no idea about this situation.
"Good!" Wilson smiled, and then brought out a camera and placed it on a stand right in front of the table. It seemed he was going to record the entire thing.
"Eren, what's going on?" Axel asked with a frown. But, the guy for some reason just turned his face away. It was as if he couldn't bear to see what was going to happen here.
"Let's start the show!" Wilson laughed as he opened the box, and placed a metal plate beside it.
"Wait! Isn't that my stuff?" Axel asked as his eyes widened in surprise.
"Oh, what did you call this thing again? Ugly-chan?" Wilson asked with a smile as he picked up action figure.
His words immediately caused Axel to frown, "Bro, it's Mio-chan...and don't touch my stu-"
"Snap!"
Axel's words stopped mid way, and his entire being once again froze. He couldn't comprehend just what had happened.
Wilson had just snapped Mio-chan's neck using his thumb.
"Your Mio-chan is too weak," Wilson shook his head with sigh, before tossing it into the metal tray.
"You..b*stard…" Axel's eyes immediately turned red in anger. He began to struggle on the chair, but couldn't just get out of it. He was too tired, and was riddled with injuries all over. This made him unable to break through the restraints.
"Oh..isn't this poster pretty cute?" Wilson smiled while showing it to Axel, and tearing it apart right in front of him.
"I will kill you!" Axel screamed, and continued to do until all his things were thrashed like that one by one.
In the end, he literally looked like a bull, who just needed a matador to perform a show.
"Calm down, let's watch the final show!" Wilson said with a smile, as a small thread of lightning emerged on his finger. He then looked towards the metal tray.
"N-No! Don't do it! I beg you, please!" Axel shook his head, the horror was clear on his face.
