Chapter 136: Day 135

Day 135,

Managed to get a decent enough sleep so as to not be tired throughout today.  I’m not sure I’ll ever not feel dumb saying it, but that magic blanket is a wonderful thing.

Talked with Cass about the idea of pairing the older students with the younger ones and having them spend part of the day assisting/tutoring/teaching what they’ve learned to their junior peers.  With me and Cass supervising of course.  Play into that whole “learn by teaching” idea.  She wasn’t completely sold on it with it being even more a break from tradition and how she learned things, and suggested that we maybe do it for a few days next week and see how it goes.  Works for me.  We’ll tell the kids about it the day before market day.  Give them something to anticipate until they get back.
