Chapter 176: Day 175

Day 175,

The “fever” part of Children’s Fever has finally hit.  Burning up if I have covers on, and freezing without them.

I thought I’d be doing a lot of reading in bed, but even that’s hard to concentrate on for long.  Mostly I’m just waking up, trying to get down whatever liquids Huan and Lin are providing for me, then closing my eyes and letting my mind drift in that state that’s not quite sleep but is close enough to give the illusion of rest.

Still, I asked Lin to make sure I get at least one entry in a day during my waking moments.
