Chapter 188: Day 187

Day 187,

The mists are out this morning.  Hope Lin doesn’t get stuck out in them on my account.  

 

Any time I find my mind idle I start worrying about sleeping tonight.  Worrying that I’m going to find myself back in those Depths with a broken body, crawling in agony.  

 

Lin’s back.  Said she had to check on her elderly patient on the other side of the circuit yesterday.  

I talked to her and Maiko about the nature sprite visiting me the other night and about my fears of sleeping tonight.  

Going to try staying up all through the night until morning.  Keeping the details in this entry sparse since the writing normally helps me sleep.
