“Let’s go!”

Richard said, and forty-five people behind him started to follow him outside the city.

It took an hour for a whole group to assemble, and after it did, Richard filled us with the Basics of the Mission.

In our group, there are forty-six people, including Richard, that is equivalent to the company. Except for Richard, there are two other Visciout, and one is at Initial Level while others at Mid Level.

As for the Barons, we have five Elite Barons and fifteen normal Boron’s which are in different stages, and the remaining twenty are all the Knights, in which seven are Elites while others are normal Warriors.

To sum it all, our group is one of the Strongest in the groups that are being sent out for hunt.

Each group had given fix area to protect and hunt, and our only job is kill any Orcs that enter our area and report if any we see anything abnormal.

Soon we got our of the city with other teams and started to move towards our destinations, for us to reach out to designated areas it would take at least two hours if we had cars, it would have taken a lot less, but unfortunately, we did not.

We entered the forest that is surrounding the city. We sped through it, with everyone here being superhuman, we had traveled quite speedily through the woods. After about two hours, we have reached the clearing.

On the way, we have not come across any Orcs, but that is normal; this area is too close to the city, and not many orcs would dare to venture here before, but from today is different.

The half-blood mercenary arrived yesterday, and that gave the Orcs quiet confidence. The scouts have noticed that the orcs had started moving into the forest steadily in a large number, and we will begin to feel their numbers by the afternoon.

“Those who do not have the power of Elite will hunt in teams, and if you come across any problem or found any abnormality, blow the whistle through the right node,” Richard instructed.

Everyone had allocated an eight-node whistle before leaving the city; this square whistle had eight nodes; each node played different sounds and conveyed different meanings.

We have already got familiar with the sound of the whistle and knew which node to blew in what circumstances.

“Commit this location to your memory, this is the place where we will set the camp,” Richard said finally after seeing everyone ready to hunt.

“Yes, sir.” Everyone said in unison in a low voice, “I wish all of you good luck.” Richard finally said, and everyone started to move. I also started to walk, many people offered to take me into their team, but I have politely rejected their offer.

I have too many secrets and having teammates could easily expose and not forget I am quite strong now, so even robust Baron Elite attacked me, I have quite a good chance of running away and blow the whistle.

So having teammates will be a hassle to me with barely any advantage, other Viscounts other are just useless, but viscounts are not going to ask me a Knight to be in their team, no matter how powerful I am.

“Lilith!”

I heard about ten minuits later. I left the camp, “Richard?” I asked, “I just wanted to give you this.” Richard said and quickly handed me three transparent bottles in which pink liquid could be seen.

“This is recovery medicine, after drinking it you can even recover from even grievous injuries,” Richard said.

I am quite surprised seeing him giving me sich medicine, as medicine of such power is quite rare and expensive, a single bottle of it costs five thousand gold coins and they would disappear as soon as they appear on the Shelf of any stores.

“Thank you!” I said while thinking if tonight I got a chance, I will thank him properly for this.

“Its nothing.” he said, waving his hand, “Be safe,” he added and disappeared just as he appeared.

I quickly put away the potions in my dem bag before I started walking again, hoping to come across any Grimm monsters.

I have thirteen soul strings and I want to test their power, I was hoping to kill an Elite Baron, though killing strong Elite Baron would be difficult, I hope to kill the weak elite baron.

I could do that, but I can’t say with surety, I will only be able to know that when I genuinely fight the Elite Baron.

Time passed, and a total of four hour had passed, but I have not come across a single Orc, though I am a little disappointed. I know something like this happens. The Orcs had started advancing a few hours ago and would take some time to reach this close to reaching this place.

Rustle!

I was thinking that when I heard the Rustling sound, hearing that I hid behind the trees and waited. The sound is faint, but I could clearly hear it and also concur that this not the lone being but the group of people.

Now the question is whether these people on my side or of the other side, to know that I have to wait.

Few minutes passed, and when I finally able to see the silhouette of the group. It is a group of Orcs; there are six Orcs in this group; three are Knight Orcs, while the other three Baron Orcs with Mid Level Baron as their leader.

Seeing the team coming closer to me, I let out an escatic smile. This is what I was waiting for a few hours; now, I will finally kill it.

Puch Puch Puch Puch…

Just as they entered my range, the bracelet in my right hand separated, and six knives flew through it, and the next moment, they stuck the Orcs.

Thud Thud Thud…

The Orcs fell one after another with each and everyone having an expression of Shock in their eyes. These orcs had died without knowing what killed them; the knives were just too fast; they came silently and killed them before they could notice something and used their defensive measure.

With my current power, this team was too weak; currently, only Peak Barons would notice my attack and would able to put some defensive measures, but just that, they will not able to block it.

After killing them, I removed all their stuff and put them into my backpack, before moving through the forest silently.

Soul power has many uses and one they conceal, I am using Soul Power to mute the sound of my walking, first, when I was quite bad at using the soul power I used to have a problem, but now with the 13 soul strings, I barely make any sound.

An hour passed by and I had not come across any group of Grimm monsters, the team I had killed seemed to be one’s who hurried to get the great hunt while others are still behind.

Some more time passed, and I was about to change the direction when I heard the faint voices, and there are seem to be lots of them.

I mind wanted me to walk away as I could hear more than ten different types of voices, but my curiosity and lust for battle got the best of me. I started to walk toward the sounds in extreme caution.
