Fang Yu sighed in relief when Fang Lin started rushing towards their location. Once he arrives, Fang Yu will have the back-up of Fang Lin, Xue’er, Bloodspear and Mina. But before that happens, she and Long Juo had to fight all the three of their opponents.
Fang Yu sized Long Juo who just as tense as her. She held a blue staff with both of her hands. The staff had a blue white crystal at its end, which was glowing with white light. The crystal was letting out a cold aura which can be felt even by Fang Yu. All in all, this staff seems to be highly suited for Long Juo.
But since Long Juo was now restricted at the First Stage, her weapon will most likely lose its efficiency.
While they were having a silent face-off with the three women, Fang Yu mulled over the stage where Long Juo should have been, the Mana Materialization Stage.
At that stage, the power of the practitioner lies on the percent and quality of mana that they can release. The grade of the law and the types of the spells were important too.
The levels in this stage depends on the percent of mana released. Every 10 percent amounts to one level. All in all, there must be ten levels to be reached to achieve the great circle in Mana Materialization.
Out of all the prerequisites in this stage, this was the easiest to accomplish. But this was not the only factor that dictates the power of the practitioner in that stage.
Just like the immortal cultivators, godly ascenders also have their own law grade, which follow the same nomenclature as the dao grades. The higher the law grade realized in the Mana Materialization Stage, the better the future will be for that practitioner.
If the Foundation Establishment Cultivators have different classes of Dao Pillars, the Mana Materialization Practitioners have what they call the synchronization rate.
The Dao Pillars depend on the amount of dao insights mixed with the pillar. The synchronization rate was all about how well-mixed the law insights were with the practitioner’s mana.
If only 1% of the law insights were integrated in the mana, the synchronization rate will be 1% and so on and so forth. Those who had 100% of their law insights integrated in their mana will be considered to be geniuses. Of course, it will be better if this law was of a high grade.
The people who succeeded in this can be counted with one hand. Only monstrous geniuses like Xiao Ya and Ling Tian were able to achieve this feat. Wang Hao had high hopes that Fang Yu and Fang Lin will achieve this too.
As for the spells, it depends on the law grade, synchronization rate, and level of the practitioner. Extremely powerful spells for Mana Materialization Stage usually requires at least 80-90% synchronization rate. Such spells will be hard to find.
While thinking of powerful spells, Fang Yu’s mind could not help but linger on her wife, Xue’er, whose power lies on spells. Even though Xue’er married Fang Lin already, Fang Yu still could not help but feel a little awkward.
Even though Fang Lin and Fang Yu were basically one, she knows that sometimes her or Fang Lin’s lover might not prefer the other body. In her case, Fang Yu was not sure if Xue’er prefers females too. If that was the case, Fang Yu and Fang Lin cannot offer Xue’er the fabled threesome event.
Fang Yu mentally slapped herself from thinking lewd things at the moment. She berated herself as she focused on her opponents.
As she felt the aura of the three women, she felt confused. It was because each one of them had the exactly identical aura!
It was as if each one of them were a copy of each other.
It was different compared to Fang Yu and Fang Lin’ case. They were parts of one body, while the women in front of her were like a body that suddenly tripled in number.
“They seem to be like clones....” Long Juo, aka captain obvious muttered. She gulped nervously as she continued. “If that was the case, more of them could be hiding in here!”
Fang Yu was thinking along that track too.
There were some techniques that will allow a practitioner to produce his/her clones. Clones produced that way will obviously limited. But the clones that she and Long Juo were facing today seem to be not just clones by an individual due to a technique.
They seem to be clones created artificially.
From what Fang Yu and Long Juo knew, artificial cloning relies on external methods not related to cultivation. As long as the cloning does not require a cultivation base to happen, the clones will be considered to be artificially produced.
One advantage of artificial cloning was that because it has no cultivation requirements, the clones can be mass-produced, and the only limit will be resources and skills.

Good thing creating artificial clones was way more difficult than the creating cultivation clones. As such, there were very few instances of artificial clones appearing.
But now, Fang Yu and Long Juo saw three of them appearing! Both of them realized that whoever was behind these clones must be a powerful person.
Fang Yu lightly shivered as she stared at the human spine whip held by their opponents. With the realization that they are clones, she imagined that those spines came from other unfortunate clones.
“Fang Yu! What do these clones want from you? And who the hell was that baby? Is she your secret daughter?”
“Shut up! It’s not like that!” If Fang Yu could blush right now, she would have done so. Fortunately(?), they were in danger now. She managed to suppress the flow of blood towards her cheeks as she brandished her sword.
Fang Yu then said to Long Juo,
“Let’s talk about that later. As of now, let’s defeat these three first.” Fang Yu did not bother telling Long Juo about the back-up. It was because their opponents may bail or use Tang Li as a shield if they realize that more of Fang Yu’s comrades will come.
“Swish! Swish! Swish!” It was the three women who started the offensive. Because all of them were at the First Stage, battles will mostly rely on fighting mastery and superior qi and mana.
Their whips slashed through the air, creating a defensive net that protected them. Fang Yu and Long Juo tried attacking, but their attacks were slapped away by the whips.
From time to time, these whips will leave the defensive net and strike towards Fang Yu and Long Juo.
With the power in each whip strike, the two of them had no choice but to either defend or dodge. Even if they tried to counter-attack at this point, they could not due to the defensive net set by the bone whips.
Fang Yu realized that to create such seamless offense and defense with just three whips required fine and extensive control of the whips. Such talent can only be produced from intense training.
“...” Long Juo was visibly frustrated by the situation. Right now, it was her and Fang Yu in the disadvantage. And from the looks of it, their opponents can sustain their form for a long time.
If they want to win, they have to do something now!
Just like Fang Lin, Fang Yu can use the essence of the ‘pig’ and ‘dog’ too. She can use those essences to break through the defense easily. But with their back-up arriving, why does Fang Yu need to do such thing? She had already formulated a way to easily defeat the three.
“Long Juo, hold my hands!” Fang Yu did not wait for Long Juo’s agreement as she started grasping her hands with her own. Long Juo could only let out a squeak of surprise as Fang Yu’s mana entered Fang Yu’s body.
Because they both possessed bodies with yin attributes, their manas did not have any rejection for each other. They freely mixed, producing an all-new powerful mana. This new mana was way more powerful compared to their original. The cold that it released was so great that the temperature dropped drastically upon its creation.
“Mmm!” Long Juo could not help but let out a moan as she felt Fang Yu’s mana wantonly exploring her body. Fang Yu just looked away awkwardly as she and Long Juo continued mixing their mana.
The new mana that they produced was the product of the yin essence mana between Fang Yu and Long Juo. Because both of them had yin bodies of high grade, the mixture of their mana can be theorized to be domineering.
If they want to maintain it, Fang Yu and Long Juo have to continue holding hands and circulating their mana. Long Juo tried to ignore the weird feeling inside her body as they continued producing more.
The intense cold brought by the new mana dramatically slowed down the three women. Their grips faltered as their bodies started shivering from the low temperature. Fang Yu and Long Juo felt nothing, since they were suited for the cold.
Once Fang Yu saw them weakening, she removed her grip on Long Juo’s hand. She started rushing towards the three of them, intending to cut them down.
But before she could even take a step, she felt a sharp pain on her right hand. She looked at her right hand, and she saw a needle sticking out of it.
Before she could even wonder what the needle was for, she felt herself turning drowsy. She then realized that there was something in the needle that was weakening her now! She tried using her mana, but she felt no change at all.
Even her physique as a Godly Divine Beast could not resist the needle. She tried accessing her storage for some antidotes, but it was too late already.
Darkness overtook her as she fell into a slumber.
