Chapter 34: Chapter 33. Pluton Blueprints

A week has passed since Kuzan came to battle with Alex's crew. The crew members, mainly Robin, were very scared of him but slowly, she let go of her fear when she noticed the way he treated Alex.

The training was very harsh for the girls compared to anything that they had ever done previously. Kuzan didn't give them even a second to rest as he continued to attack them, no matter how tired they were.

For the girls, this week had become their nightmare as they were getting beaten up by Kuzan constantly who didn't even show any mercy on them.

Though the results were very satisfying as well since all of them improved by a large margin compared to before. Their Haki, devil fruit control and skills rapidly improved, reaching new heights.

Alex on the other hand kept himself busy during the week by practising his lightning powers. There were a lot of things that he wished to do with lightning powers so he needed to increase his proficiency over his devil fruit.

After the week has passed, Kuzan bid his farewell since he needed to head back to the Marine Headquarters. He was an admiral so his presence was always needed in that place as he could get summoned by the Celestial dragons anytime.

Though before he went away, Alex told him to take care of Daz who was now a captain in the Marines. He even instructed Kuzan to take Daz as his disciple so Daz could grow stronger quickly under the Admiral's guidance. Even though Kuzan was against it as it would waste a lot of his time which he could use to take some nap, he still agreed to fulfil Alex's order.

Wyper also spent the entire week fighting against Kuzan and improving at a very fast speed. He also managed to unlock both types of Haki and now, he was training his tribe on the training island.

There was another interesting thing that happened on the training island. Due to getting beaten up by the girls constantly and then getting healed by Kaya's power, the animals living on that island also began to grow stronger.

This was a very good thing for Alex as this meant that in the future, he can send powerful subordinates here as well to train themselves.

Right now, everyone was on the deck of the ship, curiously looking at the city that was some distance away from them. On the way, they even noticed some tracks on the sea whose work was explained by Alex.

"Are we getting a new ship here?" Robin curiously asked, glancing at Alex who was sitting on the figurehead of the ship.

"Yeah, we need a big ship now, especially now that we have more members." Alex nodded at her words. "I also want to make some upgrades in the new ship and as well as get some shipwrights for us. It would be very helpful for us in the future."

"Good idea. This way, we wouldn't have to use money all the time." Nami gave him a thumbs up with a smile on her face.

"We also need to do some shopping, girls," Kaya said in an excited tone, making everyone smile as they were already planning to do some shopping.

"Is there anyone that we need to look out for in this city? Someone with the same strength as Admiral Kuzan." Tashigi suddenly asked in a serious tone. The last week was enough for her to understand the difference between her and the people who were at the top of the food chain.

"Nah, there is no one in this city who will pose a threat to any of you." Alex casually replied to which she nodded. "Though there are some people that I want you to deal with, make sure that you won't kill them."

"Who are we dealing with this time?" Nojiko asked with a smile, wishing to take out her frustration on someone. She had gotten very tired from getting beaten up regularly in the last week, it was time to beat someone else.

"Those guys are members of CP-9 and working undercover in this city. I want you to beat them up badly and capture a guy named Blueno who runs a bar." Alex told them about the group who was lurking here for quite a long time to get those blueprints. "By the way, Robin, I want you to capture another guy named Spandam. He is the son of the guy who used the Buster Call in your hometown."

"Spandine son…..?" Robin mumbled with a surprised expression, remembering the man who initiated the Buster Call to destroy her hometown. "I'll capture him myself….." Saying that she glanced at the other girls who nodded at her, not caring much about that guy. "I'll also make sure to give him some life lessons."

"Go for it, Robin." Nami smiled at her and then began to give her a lot of ideas that Robin could use on that guy. Seeing that, the other girls also began to share their ideas with Robin who attentively listened to every one of them.

While the girls talked among themselves, the ship reached the shore of the city however since some water-ways and canals are used for transportation almost like roads, the ship kept sailing inside the city to reach the headquarters of Galley-La or more precisely dock 1 where those CP guys were present.

After some time, they reached the place and then docked their ship. Since the ship was in good condition, Alex didn't see any reason to let the ship get inspected by those shipwrights.

Everyone then came out of the ship and jumped onto the sidewalk. Some shipwrights did come to examine their ship, however, Alex rejected them all.

Alex then told them the real names of those CP-9 agents and then he also informed them about the identity that those agents had taken. After that, he separated from the group and began to head toward the opposite path, looking for that house.

"So, what are we gonna do first? Fight or go shopping?" Nojiko looked at the other girls with a small smile.

"Of course, we will go shopping first." Nami instantly replied with an excited smile. "Let's go everyone, we need to buy a lot of things."

"Mmm. Let's go." Tashigi and Robin nodded with a smile and walked together with her followed by Kaya kept turning back occasionally to look at Alex's disappearing figure.

"By the way, I think, we shouldn't fight straight up. Otherwise, it might affect Alex's reputation in the Marines. After all, both Alex and these CP-9 guys are related to the World Government…."

After walking for some time in the direction of the Northeast coast, he was finally able to see the giant house that stood all alone there.

The house has big gold letters reading "FRANKY HOUSE" in front and has large robotic-esque "arms" hanging off the sides. Just like the other houses that are present in Water 7, this was colourful too.

Using his Stealth skill, he entered the house and began to look for the captain of this gang. It didn't take him a lot of time to find the leader who was inside one of the rooms and was working on something.

Inside the room stood a tall man with brightly-coloured blue hair and blue star tattoos on his forearms. He was the leader of the Franky family, Franky, one of two apprentices of the legendary shipwright Tom.

Alex walked behind him and tapped on his shoulder causing Franky to turn back with a look of annoyance, however the moment he saw Alex, he was instantly hypnotized.

"Give me the blueprints of Pluton," Alex commanded him with a small smile.

Franky nodded his head and then began to remove his right arm from his body which was made of metals. From the metal arm, he took out a stack of papers which contained the blueprints of Pluton, he then handed those papers to Alex and then reattached his arm.

Alex sat on one of the empty chairs present in the room and then began to look through the blueprints. Since he had read a lot of books on machinery on the Moon, his Mechanical skill was right now at A-rank so he believed that he would be able to understand the basic mechanism behind Pluton.

After half an hour, he was done reading the blueprints and managed to understand a lot of things. The ship was just way ahead of its time and even made him wonder if the person who created it was a time traveller.

He was sure that not even Vegapunk would be able to create something like this, especially if you send him 800 years back in the past. It was just marvellous and very powerful for the current world.

Putting those blueprints inside the system storage, he walked toward Franky who was still hypnotized and then began to alter his mind of Franky so he wouldn't deny any of his orders.

Franky was someone that he needed in his empire so he could keep creating a lot of machinery for the empire. Alex wished to mass produce the Pluton however he was sure that Franky would never take part in the manufacture of those island-destroying ships because of his father figure Tom who doesn't want this ancient weapon to fall into the hands of anyone.

After he was done altering his mind, Alex removed the hypnosis from his mind. He then began to discuss certain things with him related to being a Cyborg as he was quite interested in it.

The discussion continued for an entire hour before Alex headed toward Enies Lobby to collect some good devil fruits for his future subordinates.

He has instructed Franky to inform his gang members that they were soon going to leave the city so they should prepare for the departure and get whatever they want from this city.

"Can you at least tell me why do you want to become his instructor all of a sudden? Sengoku asked with a frown on his face, looking at the Admiral who was sleeping on the couch.

"He got potential." Kuzan lazily replied and continued to sleep without caring about the irritated look that the Fleet Admiral was giving him.

"Then why don't you take some other Marine officers as your students as well?" Sengoku calmly asked, trying to hold himself from shouting.

"The other guys aren't worth my time….." Kuzan casually replied causing Garp to burst out laughing while Sengoku gritted his teeth in irritation.

Though before he could say anything, Akainu who was sitting beside Kuzan sudden spoke. "He is right. That guy has a lot of potential." It was quite rare for him to agree with Kuzan's ideas so Sengoku forcefully calmed himself. "The other officers don't have the potential to grow strong like Daz so it would be a waste of time to teach them. They can simply learn from the instructors that are present in the training camp.

"I would have taught him too but my salary is very low…." Kizaru, the third Admiral spoke in a lazy tone while shaking his head in disappointment. He then turned to look at the Fleet Admiral. "I work so hard all day, can't you raise my salary?"

"You work very hard….?" Sengoku asked calmly when he saw Kizaru nod his head affirmatively, he slammed the table in anger. "Then why don't you go out and capture some pirates in New World instead of staying here?"

"New World is scary……" Kizaru replied with an exaggerated expression and then closed his eyes much to the annoyance of the Fleet Admiral.

"Bwahahaha…..!!!"

"Shut Up, Garp!!"

"So, he is in Water 7, huh?" On the deck of a Marine Warship, a beautiful woman stood with a newspaper in her hands, looking at the news about the Flying Pirates ship which was seen at the port of Water 7. 

"It's been more than 10 years since we last saw each other, right?" She mumbled with a small smile. "I wonder how much you have changed in these years, my lovely little brother." She whispered with a strange glint in her eyes while caressing her left thigh on which she had a black spider tattoo.

The entire Warship was filled with women officers who were standing some distance away from her, doing their things.

"Set sail for Water 7. I want to reach they place as soon as possible….!"
