Gran Tesoro is a massive ship with a metropolis built on it, described as the largest entertainment city in the world. It belonged to Gild Tesoro who controlled 20% of the wealth of the entire world.

It is acknowledged as an independent state by the World Government due to Tesoro's wealth, and they also classify it as a demilitarized zone.

A large portion of the Gran Tesoro is composed of gold, and its bow resembles a cruise ship, only much more massive in scale. The entire ship is ten kilometres long and a city is built inside it, with no roof covering it.

Inside one of the rooms that were on the ship, a large bathtub was filled with liquid gold and in the bathtub, the owner of this ship, Gran Tesoro was soaking in that liquid gold. Behind him stood a long purple-haired woman named Carina, the Songstress of this ship.

"Both Bill and Mad Treasure died all of a sudden without even completing the task that I had given them….." Gild spoke in an angry tone, thinking about the loss that he had suffered because of those two bastards. "With the pure gold, I could have brought those World Nobles on their knees but now…."

Carine didn't say anything, she just silently stood behind him and continued to listen to his words. Her eyes instinctively went to the left side where she noticed a portal appearing all of a sudden. Instead of informing Gild, she continued to look at the portal when suddenly a familiar figure walked out of it.

'Don't speak if you don't want to die.' Alex mentally commanded her using his lightning telepathy which astounded her greatly. He took out the sea-stone sword from the system storage and walked toward Gild using his stealth mode.

When he was behind Gild who was still ranting about the failure of those two pirates, Alex raised his sword and beheaded him with a swift strike.

Alex chuckled at her words and shook his head with an amused smile. "Except for a single girl, no one from my crew would take this job; however, I'm sure that even she would change her mind when she finds out that she would need to stay here all the time."

Carina giggled at his words while covering her mouth with her other hand. She has seen the cruel world and people since her childhood, she knew that nothing was free in this world, however since he wasn't planning to kill her, she decided to accept his proposal. After all, she doesn't even know if she would stay alive after denying his proposal so accepting it was the best decision right now.

She showed him multiple places that were on the ship like casinos, concert halls, underground prisons, auction houses, fighting areas, and civilian houses.

The people gave him an odd look including the guards and the crew of Gold however, no one said anything as he was with Carina who was considered a personal secretary of Gild. Though their gazes on him soon changed when he began to use his Hypnosis skill on them to make them loyal to him. He also used it on the people who came to visit the entertainment city including the World Nobles.

After he was done checking out every place on the ship, he headed back to the throne room along with Carina where he saw the three main crew members of Gild's crew.

Alex first used his Conqueror Haki on them and then changed their loyalty from Gild to himself. He even amplified the loyalty by a large amount. After doing that, he walked straight to the throne and sat on it. "From today onwards, I'll be your captain and the owner of this entire ship. In my absence, Carina would take charge of the entire ship, does anyone have any problem with it?"

"We don't have any problem with it, captain." The three of them instantly replied simultaneously to which he nodded with a small smile.

Alex took out the Poke-Poke no mi from his pocket and then threw it at the giant human named Dice. "This would make you a pocket human which means that you can store things in your body like guns, cannons and other useful items." Saying that he motioned for them to leave the room except for the red-haired woman and Carina who was standing behind him.

He grabbed one of her hands and then pulled her onto his lap. Even though she was quite surprised by this sudden action, she didn't say anything. Instead, she gazed into his eyes, wondering what he was up to.
