Chapter 55: Chapter 54. Leaving The City

After spending almost 4 hours visiting every casino on the ship and then trying all kinds of dishes and desserts, Alex headed back to the castle to have some dinner.

His luck was quite good as he won double the amount that he had used in those casinos. Though in the end, It didn't matter as he returned the money since the entire ship belonged to him.

On the dining table, Alex sat on an empty chair and beside him was sitting Carina who was ordering maids to bring the dinner for them.

"Tell me, Carina. Do you wanna roam the world with this ship or should I make it fly so it will keep flying together with my other territories?" Alex asked with a curious expression, glancing at her from the corner of his eyes.

Carina thought about it for some time and then answered him. "I don't want to roam the world, Alex so you can make it fly." She just wanted to enjoy her life here.

"Hmmm." Alex nodded and then turned to look at the maids who brought food for them. "Tomorrow I'll leave this ship so you would need to take full control of it."

"I understand." She nodded before taking a bite of the meat that was just served.

"If you face any problem, you have Baccarat and the other two guys to help you. If it's a big problem then you can call me." Alex spoke with a small smile on his face and then began to eat the food.

The duo then silently ate their dinner, enjoying red wine with it. They occasionally made small talk however most of the time, they focused more on the delicious food.

After the dinner ended, Carina took Alex to a big luxurious room where he was going to spend his night. The moment they entered the room, she closed the door and then made him sit on the bed.

"Since you'll be leaving the ship tomorrow, I have decided to hold a private concert all for you, Alex," Carina spoke with a small smile and then she began to move her body elegantly while singing in a very sweet tone.

"I'll be more than happy to see your amazing performance all alone, Carina….." Alex replied with an amused chuckle. He didn't even need to read her mind to know about her current thoughts. 

She just wanted to give him a good reason why he should let her have this position on the ship so he wouldn't replace her in the future. And the good reason was of course the fact that she could perform for him privately and do a lot more things only for him.

The next day, Alex opened his eyes and glanced around the room. He then turned to look at the woman who was sleeping peacefully on his chest with a small smile.

Last night was quite wild for them as after the performance ended, Alex immediately carried her to bed and began to kiss her soft lips. She didn't shy away from kissing him passionately as this was what she was aiming for, to begin with.

"You know, you are quite wild on the bed, Carina…." Alex lightly chuckled while caressing her naked back. "Though I won't deny that I  enjoyed your wild nature last night."

"Mmmm, I'm glad to hear that….." She spoke with a small smile while yawning. "But you are a beast, Alex. You didn't show any mercy to me and continued to thrust it inside me even though I told you to slow down." She spoke with an angry pout, remembering the pain that she felt last night. "Don't you know that you need to be gentle with girls if they are doing it for the first time?"

Hearing those words which were filled with a lot of anger, Alex simply chuckled in amusement. "Who told you to keep moaning so loudly? I thought you were enjoying it so I didn't bother much especially since you kept telling me to go faster and harder. As for being gentle, with the way you were moving your hips, I thought you were an experienced woman……"

"Meanie…." She pouted and buried her face in his chest with an embarrassed expression causing Alex to chuckle once again however he didn't say anything this time.

After some time, both of them stood up from the bed, to be more precise, Alex carried her to the bathroom as she couldn't walk properly. They both took quick showers and then he placed her on the bed once again, telling her to rest for some more time.

He headed outside of the room to look for Baccarat. Since he was leaving the ship now, he decided to give her a good devil fruit. He soon found her eating breakfast in her room.

"Baccarat!" He called her out while taking out the devil fruit from the system storage. "How are you doing?" He went straight to the bed and sat beside her.

"I'm good." She calmly nodded and then handed him a glass which contained orange juice. "You are leaving now?" She curiously asked, taking another bite of biscuit.

"Yeah." He picked up the glass and took a small sip of the juice before putting it down. "Just like I promised you, I brought a good devil fruit for you." Saying that he put the devil's fruit in front of her.

She curiously looked at it before picking it up and taking a small bite of it. "Ewwww…" She tried to spit it out much to his amusement. "Which devil fruit was it?"

"It's called Yuki-Yuki no mi, a Logia devil fruit that will allow you to turn into snow." He replied with a small smile and then took another sip of the juice. "What do you think about it? Is it good?"

She didn't pay much attention to his words after he told her about the devil fruit type, instead, she began to cut her hand using the fork with an excited smile. "It's such a good and powerful devil fruit. Thank you very much for it, Alex." She said with a happy smile and then began to create snow out of her hand.

Alex simply smiled at her enthusiasm and then he began to talk to her about miscellaneous things. After some time, he bid his farewell and walked out of the room, heading to the entertainment city.

He commanded everyone who wasn't part of the ship to leave the ship and then he began to use his power to make the entire ship fly in the sky. He then created a large spatial door through which the entire ship passed through, reaching the same level as the other flying islands that were under his command.

He then flew to the Amazon Lily to have some breakfast in the palace.

After he was done eating breakfast, he began to think about the next place that he needed to visit. It took him some time to decide his next destination however when he was sure of going there, he created a spatial door and walked inside it.

When he came to the other side of the spatial door, a large island appeared in front of his eyes which were entirely covered in snow.

This was Karakuri Island, the place where the number 1 genius of this world, Vegapunk was born and lived until he was captured by the Marines due to his involvement with the other three members of MADS.

Alex went into stealth mode and then flew toward the top of the giant mountain where the laboratory of Vegapunk was located. He came here to get the blueprints of those unfinished projects on which Vegapunk was working in his youth.

There was still some time before he could go and abduct Vegapunk.
