Chapter 4: Ch3: The scared Adventurers

"They are only shoes, why are you so scared of loosing them?" Lala was holding some cooked bird while eating it. It didn't taste bad but to her it was a new land. She never had anything to eat which didn't help her body.

Ghel gazed at her dumbfounded. Didn't she get it? "Should I spell it for you? I don't trust this skill one bit! What If i get a pile of poop in exchange?!"

Lala gazed at Ghel with dead eyes. What kind of skill did he think he had?

"If you have shoes or a pile of..whatever.. it doesn't help you so just do it!" Trying never hurt!

Ghel embraced his pair of leather shoes and looked at Lala angry. "You are only envious of them! Why don't I exchange you?!?"

Lala let go of her bird which dropped on the ground. "Do it then! If I think about having to follow you for the rest of my life I get headache! We only know us one day but I already feel my IQ and EQ dropping!"

Ghel didn't wait one second and said out loud.

"Exchange Ice Fae!"

"It didn't work, right?" Lala was downcasted.

Ghel knew that she was right but still.. these shoes were the only thing he could wear after 102 days of being naked! He would even say that he had a bond with them.

"Yes..you are right. Goodbye my lovely pair of clothing. Exchange Leather Shoes!"

It didn't take a second before the shoes in his hands vanished with a tear from his eyes and something new appeared in his hands.

When both of them saw what it was were they dumbfounded. Ghel was even shaking a a bit.

"I told you I don't trust this skill. A skill which makes you having to be seen naked? How could that be a good one!"

Lala didn't know what to say at first before she had a good pun. "Well, at least you can play like you are back in town?"

Ghel wanted to throw the thing in his hands at Lala but held back at the last moment and opend the status too see what Exchange said now.
