The Devil in Cyber Times

In the year 2082, America has become the leading country in cybernetics and cyber developments, a task that many have thought was never possible. Medicine, technology, and businesses expanded alike- along with the increase in mortality rates. Crimes have never been more apparent, terrorism more common, and violence has become none other than a natural instinct. Thus, the 16-year-old student Alastair and the devil Xogrunath share one common goal: to gain control over this tainted world.

Xogrunath, the devil who had come from a world elsewhere, became bored with her daily life. Thus, she arrived in Scorpion City- the city of Cyber. Upon meeting Alastair by fate, she proposed a contract: "Anybody you touch will fall under your absolute command for exactly one minute. That is the ability that I will grant you. In return, you will listen to one request that I'll be giving you each day."

The term, "Justice for all" has faded. Through the eyes of Alastair, "Control for all" is far more befitting.
