After an unknown amount of time had passed, I looked up to the barely visible sky and noticed dusk had already started to settle in. I was pried up against a rock. A fire crackled in front of me in an almost rhythmic way. I turned to my right as rustling was emanating from a string of nearby bushes. Before I could process the sound, a figure popped out, or should I say a girl. She was roughly five and a half feet tall, with exquisite dark brown hair that stretched halfway down her torso, and had a soft, gentle expression with leafy green eyes. She appeared to be cosplaying as a kitsune with two tails and ears. In her left hand; were two rabbits of different hues of brown dangling by the ears. As she got closer, I noticed that both her tails were swinging irregularly, each at a different rate.
That was when she broke the silence, "So you're finally awake." She said in a soft, soothing tone.
After a moment of silence, I managed to stutter out, "Who, are you?!"
"Who am I, well I am the one and only Arya." She enthusiastically said in an excited tone.
"Are you gonna- hurt me?" I stammered.
Casually with a sheepish murk on her face, she responded, "Me, no. But that Vineetaur would have."
After taking a minute to process what happened before I got here, I remembered a vine squeezing me. "Was that thing holding me a Vineetaur?"
Then she said something, "You guessed right!" She announced as if I had won the lottery.
"Why do you sound like this is all fun and game I probably could have died!" I said in a stern tone.
A few seconds later, I heard, "Pffttttt! You are so silly, I wasn't talking about that, after I defeated it by kicking its head, you got slammed into a tree, causing you to fall onto the ground unconscious."
"That's also not funny!"
She laughed again, "That's also not the funny thing after I carried you to a clearing where you awoke, and buried your head in my lap then you woke up banging your head falling unconscious."
After I realized what she said meant, I subconsciously got on all fours and repeatedly said sorry, afraid that if I didn't I wouldn't see the light of day again.
In the middle of my frantic apology for how it happened, she interrupted me and said, "Don't worry about it it's all in the past, plus it was funny."
"It may be funny to you, but for me it was embarrassing." I said in a depressed voice.
