"Sensei, where did you go? Why did you leave us, and….. Why didn't you come back?"
Everyone in the crowd looked at Izumi before glancing at Elizabeth who was standing on the steps, balling her fist in anger. The anger residing inside her body was being built up each passing second, as if she was having flood of memories pouring inside of her mind by seeing her sensei in front of her, alive and well.
"I've had so many nightmares about you… every day, ever since I was eleven. I always thought you died… and that you'll never come back to me again."
"Is that Elizabeth? Is she the one halting the Arena battles?"
Kyto said whilst looking down at both Pippy and Elizabeth next to each other. The Cyrodel was confused, not understanding the gist of the situation; Fhiron seemed just as confused, but Grimhild's expression remained unchanged.
"Elizabeth, I did return. I came back to the dojo… I came back to see… my students massacred, and I believed you all to be dead, thus I hunted for the man behind the murder of my disciples, all my life. That is why I am participating in this arena battle, because the man that ordered destruction upon you all, is within this Skyland as we speak."
Elizabeth had her lip quiver, her eyes watering to hear her sensei speak, and to hear the truth. The painful truth struck her heart harder than an arrow through the chest, tears eventually streamed down her pale cheeks.
"Elizabeth…?"
Pippy seen her cry in front of him, having the fairy feel an intense emotion of sadness emanating from his friend. Pippy slowly hugged Elizabeth's cheek, his arms barely able to reach across the side of her face.
"Don't cry Elizabeth… Pippy will make you feel better."
The Fairy would close its eyes and fall into a deep unconsciousness. Suddenly he linked himself with Elizabeth, digging deep into her mind, reading her memories, and overall thoughts. Pippy himself was transported into her memories as his own Mana force, experiencing what Elizabeth had kept hidden inside her heart.
"…Th-This place… it's so depressing…"
Pippy in his point of view watched Liz's friends die in front of her, he seen a man brutally beaten, his name was Gatka? Senior Gakta? She was once a student of the Ryuu Dojo, a place where all skilled martial artist around the world participates in and train with the Hero of Yggdrasil, Izumi Ryuu.
"…All of this is so horrible… Elizabeth has been hiding these feelings from us?"
Pippy began to cry with his Mana force invading Liz's very own consciousness. The fairy quickly departed himself from her and had his mana force come back into his body, and all the sudden he began crying once he came back.
"That's so horrible… I'm sorry you had to deal with that Elizabeth… Pippy is very much sorry!"
The fairy bowed his head, crying as his voice cracked when trying to speak. The fairy felt every single emotion Elizabeth had felt during that day, and his body almost fell into shock from such a set of events.
"Anyone would be traumatized from that… it's horrible…"
Elizabeth glanced at Pippy who was standing on her shoulder, and hugging her cheek.
"Pippy…? You looked into my mind? Did you see everything?"
The fairy wiped his face onto her cheek, hiding his crying. He sniffled and tried to recuperate himself.
"*Sniffles* Pippy isn't one to cry. Pippy is sorry Elizabeth had to deal with that, it was horrible to watch."
Elizabeth eyes widened, shocked to see her friend sympathizing for her, but it did cheer her up a bit.
"Pippy…"
She smiled, her stream of tears slowly vanishing, and now turning her glance back at Izumi.
"Sensei, this Arena battle, win it, please."
Everyone in the crowd gasped at Elizabeth's words.
"Make him pay sensei! Avenge the students of Ryuu dojo and make that bastard pay for what he did!"
One of the fairies started whispering to the other.
"Who is she talking about?"
"I don't know… but a hero was her teacher so she must mean someone powerful."
The fairies confused at her speech, began to spread rumors and theories of who she was talking about.
"DEFEAT THAT BASTARD KUMDO, MASTER IZUMI! THE ONE WHO KILLED YOUR DISCIPLES, AND MY FRIENDS!"
The crowd of fairies all were aghast, Elizabeth managed to rile them all up.
"DEFEAT KUMDO? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE KID?! KUMDO IS THE GREATEST FIGHTER TO EVER LIVE!"
One of the fairies shouted before standing up in their seats, throwing cans at the Rozenheart.
"KUMDO HAS BEATEN EVERY SINGLE MARTIAL ARTIST FROM ALL AROUND YGGDRASIL, I'M SURE EVEN A GOD OF MARTIAL ARTS CANNOT COMPETE! SO WHAT'S SOME HERO?"
Another fairy yelled as they also stood up, throwing their bucket of leaves at the girl.
"Leaves…?"
Despite them throwing things at Elizabeth, she didn't question any of it or was angered by it, however the leaves in a bucket confused her.
"I guess leaves are a thing fairies eat like popcorn?"
She giggled to herself.
"Elizabeth, your words have touched me greatly."
Izumi from the arena had smiled at his disciple.
"You have grown to be a fine young woman. You have made great friends as well, you truly are a singularity in this world. You are the most special student to me."
Izumi would bow his head.
"As your teacher I shall not disappoint."
The Giant Estrilda still on the ground had finally tapped her hand in submission.
"I can't stand this any longer! The atmosphere is no longer that of an battle but love, and happiness! Such emotions being felt inside an arena of death should be forbidden!"

The giant slowly risen up from the ground and dusted itself off, proceeding to pick up its axe.
"IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE AN WINNER BY GIVING UP! IZUMI RYUU WINS THIS MATCH OF THE ARENA BATTLE!!!"
The crowd of fairies still angered by Elizabeth didn't even realize who won the match. They all were still throwing things at the young girl, tempting to anger her and attempting to force her out.
"GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THE ARENA!!!"
One of the fairies were heard up the stairs, forming a magical circle, and threatening Elizabeth with it. The magical circle seemed to be quite large, as it was casted specifically with a wand.
"This is your last chance human! I'm not letting some foreigner that's not even a fairy ruin this arena battle! We've waited so long to see these fighters and you're screwing it up!"
Elizabeth turned to face the fairy up the stairs, standing still with a look of anger upon her face.
"Do you fairies have no feelings about others? All of you are selfish, I was simply reuniting with my master that I thought had died. Can't you all understand what that feels like?"
They all muttered to each other, the loud commotion settling down.
"I thought so."
Elizabeth smugly said, however this had set off the fairy upstairs, causing them to prepare an spell from the magical circle—
"THAT DOES IT! I'LL ERASE YOUR BODY FROM EXISTENCE! YOU WONT EVER SEE VALHALLA, NOR WILL YOU EVER EXIST! YOUR MANA FORCE WILL BE ERADICATED ALONG WITH YOUR FRIEND THERE ON YOUR SHOULDER!"
The fairy had its magical circle protrude a spear from the center, it glowing and lighting up the area in light-blue.
"TAKE THIS! SPEAR OF CATASTROPHE!"
The spear had launched from the magical circle, surprising everyone. They all watched as it closed distance between Elizabeth and itself, even threatening Pippy.
"The spear transcends the concept of distance. In your point of view it should be instantaneously! BAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
The fairy laughed hysterically as the spear fired off, however to his surprise, someone had stopped it?
"I won't let you hurt Elizabeth…"
Pippy was in front of the large spear, stopping it from harming his friend. His small palm rested upon the head of the spear, now incinerating it whole.
"What just happened…? Everything went by so fast… I didn't even see the attack."
Elizabeth cluelessly looked at Pippy who was in front of her.
"Did you see that Kyto…?"
Fhiron asked the cyrodel.
"I didn't. That spear was able to blitz our reaction speed, I doubt anyone could see it.
Fhiron looked at Pippy who was hovering in front of the spear, incinerating it into ash.
"Pippy…? WAIT THAT LITTLE BASTARD CAUGHT THE ATTACK, AND WIPED IT?"
Fhiron shouted in disbelief, looking like a child by sitting in his seat whilst on his knees.
"How did you catch a Catastrophe spell? There's only a few fairies here who could use such magic… yet you've caught it?"
The fairy who launched the spear asked, while proceeding to lower his wand.
"HAAAAAHHH!!!"
However soon as his arm was lowered, Pippy vanished from everyone sight, appearing in front of the fairy before slamming his fist right into their gut.
"GUOH—!"
"Pippy doesn't lie when he says that he is the strongest!"
Elizabeth would widen her eyes, as did everyone else, however Grimhild seemed to chuckle.
"Hmph."
The witch closed her eyes, slowly rising from her seat and approaching the stairs.
"So it is as I expected."
Both Kyto and Fhiron glanced at Grimhild, confused.
"You expected what Grimhild?"
The Cyrodel asked.
"Pippy's power comes from the stories of others around him, and in those stories he will always become the main character."
Elizabeth turned around to look at Grimhild who exposed Pippy's power.
"I'm confused… what do you mean by that?"
Grimhild was staring at Pippy who looked down at the fairy he knocked unconscious.
"To put it simpler; whoever Pippy creates a bond with, he will be part of their story, and become the main character of their story, allowing him to defeat opponents that we cannot defeat as part of his ability. For you Elizabeth, Pippy recently grew attached to you and formed a bond. Soon as you were attacked by the Spear, I could see him evolve, standing in front of the spear and punching it out of the story. Like an author erasing their own words of from their book."
Fhiron stood up, the look upon his face was intimidating.
"…Grimhild… are you telling me…"
The Golden mage turned around with a smug look upon her face.
"Yes, I am telling you that Pippy has the Chronicles; an ability that was lost in old age, and never seen again. The chronicles had chosen Pippy it seems, and that is why… Pippy is truly the strongest."
