Far beyond the reach of humanity, and high into the expansive tree of Yggdrasil was an realm unreachable for all. Known for being the world of the True God herself. And this true god was named Everland. She sat upon a chair and was surrounded by other gods as well, as they had a meeting with one another, discussing the situation on Midgard.

"Greetings everyone, I am very happy that you all could meet with me today. We have an devastating situation going on inside of Midgard that must quickly be dealt with." (Everland)

"Yes Lady Everland, we have been keeping an eye out in Midgard and we noticed the situation. A man by the name of Nokitera has claimed to take power from Orcus, the dream Devourer." (Atropos)

The Goddess of fate, Atropos, sat at the table of the gods as well, known for her control and creation of fate itself.

"His presence is unbalancing Yggdrasil itself my lady, and it's no telling how far it'll go." (Odin)

Odin in his deep voice spoke as he crossed his arms.

"Yes, I can see that. First he will destroy Midgard, then the 9 realms of Yggdrasil, and even the branches of Order." (Everland)

Midgard was known as the lowest point of the world tree, Yggdrasil. It was at the bottom with the rest of the realms which hosted other races such as fairies, giants, elves, and much more. Midgard was the centerpiece of Yggdrasil inside an massive orb which was shaped like a globe. The other realms around Midgard was the same way, but smaller than Midgard. They were essentially orbs, floating around Yggdrasil.

Beyond even that, If one was to climb higher up Yggdrasil, they would be in the realm of the gods. Transcending the world of lower life forms, also known as mortals, is the realm of gods, composing of divine entities which rule over Midgard and the other realms. They are known as the ones who controls all of reality. Their laws and concepts are what makes up most of Midgard and the other realms, as it exists beyond the dimension of space and time. Asgard is also an floating orb which orbits around Yggdrasil, like the earth orbits around the sun.

Around Asgard and the lower realms is what is known as Bifrost, or space. Bifrost is space that composes both Asgard and the other lower realms below the gods themselves. Bifrost has stars, gravity, and all things that exists in normal space. However Asgard is a singularity inside of the Bifrost, as it does not follow the laws of Bifrost/Space and is in another realm of its own. Those who enter the Bifrost can travel to other realms by flight or by unknown transportation of vehicles. It's basically space travel.

All realms have no space as they're infinitely expansive orbs around Yggdrasil. Midgard is also called earth, however it expands endlessly, as do the other realms around Midgard. During the day for Midgard and the other realms is only when Asgard orbits above them in the Bifrost, however during the night is when Asgard leaves orbit and cannot produce any light, thus it becomes dark. This is the cycle of light and day for every realm.

"How will we deal with him Lady Everland? Is there a plan for taking out such an dangerous enemy such as he?" (Athena)

Athena known as the goddess of battle strategy, and wisdom was also at the table.

"…This is an situation that the gods must be involved with. We will have to eliminate him together, unless the mortals can do it for us. I see no other way." (Everland)

"Yes My Lady, I understand. If that's the case then shall I prepare the Valkyries of Valhalla?" (Athena)

"That isn't necessary. Let us wait a bit more. If things gets out of hand, then we'll deal with it. However the mortals have the upper hand as of now." (Everland)

Beyond even Asgard was somewhere greater. At the highest point of Yggdrasil was the Branches of Order, where True Gods lived and other intelligent life forms. The branches were shaped as smaller orbs compared to the other lower realms, however they were still superior.

The branches of order was the highest that one can go inside of Yggdrasil, being composed of the highest concepts, and the strongest of gods and more. The branches all had their own narratives, and transcendences. As of now the gods were the only known entities that can enter the branches of order, specifically the True God, Everlands realm.

"Will we truly have to rely on mortal kind to deal with a threat this huge? He may have been weakened by that Jean fellow, however he still possesses Orcus' power. It will still spread its madness!" (Odin)

Odin balled his fists before slamming it upon the table in anger.

"I cannot let this happen! I won't let some mortal who's obtained the power of an higher being to kill us! My pride just won't allow it!" (Odin)

"Odin, sit quietly please. If you outrage like that again, I will strip you of your title and power as the God of War and the Dead." (Everland)

"…Tsk… I apologize lady Everland." (Odin)

Odin bowed his head and proceeded to walk off.

"I'm sorry but I must think things through. The situation going on is something we've never dealt with since the Age of Legends." (Odin)

Odin stopped by the exit of the door.

"Mortals standing up to the gods, and even defeating a god. Such as King Arthur who defeated Thor, my son. I believe that they're getting out of hand, and that we gods must put them back in their place once again. However that is just my opinion." (Odin)

Odin opened the door and walked out of the meeting room of the gods.

"I will take my carriage through the Bifrost and return back to Asgard. I apologize for being a nuisance in this meeting Lady Everland." (Odin)

Odin closed the door and finally left.

"That fool, he won't know forgiveness even if it slapped him in the face. Odin has always kept his pride to be superior over mortals, but that pride can end up as a dangerous thing one day." (Everland)

The Gods around the table all closed their eyes.

"Maybe one day he will understand that Mortals with freedom is better than slavery. We have heroes, which are mortals born from Yggdrasil itself, and they could very well kill a god if they wanted too. Take Arthur and Thor as an example." (Atropos)

"Yes, precisely. If we enslave mortals then we will have another King Arthur and Thor situation on our hands. After all, King Arthur wanted to do an Ouroboros duel to stop the gods and their tampering with humanity, treating them like trash." (Athena)

"King Arthur was a strong man. But there's someone who's just as strong, or even stronger than him." (Baldr)

Speaking was an beautiful man with long, and brown silky hair. Anyone would kill for a beauty such as his. There was even a light glow around his body, showing his elegancy among the other gods. Baldr was the God of Light and Radiance.

"Do you mean the young man by the name of Siegfried? Ah yes. I heard that he has an weapon that's comparable to Excalibur itself, how truly terrifying." (Everland)

"None of us have really seen his weapon in action. Us gods cannot intervene with heroes. Even being omniscient, doesn't matter, as the heroes exist outside of divine intervention, and even divine order." (Athena)

"Perhaps if the other mortals fail to defeat Nokitera, then maybe we can rely on Siegfried to finish the rest." (Everland)

"I think that will be unlikely Lady Everland. Siegfried as we speak, marches towards the Kingdom of Dragons, and plans to kill Jörmungandr in order to get rid of the Ouroboros duels." (Atropos)

"How do you know such a thing? Can you see what that hero is doing?" (Baldr)

"Uhhhhh no I cannot? It's more like… watching the other soldiers that marches alongside him. By doing that I can hear what they say and understand the situation with Siegfried. Pretty easy huh?" (Atropos)

Baldr and the other gods widened their eyes.

"I've never thought of that…" (Baldr)

"There's a way to bypass anything, you just need to think harder not smarter. Or however the saying goes." (Atropos)

Athena sighed.

"You may be the goddess of fate Atropos… but your intelligence is below average." (Athena)

"Hey! That is not true, say that again and I'll make your favorite soldier die from some unknown set of events!" (Atropos)

"You wouldn't dare…" (Athena)

"Who's gonna stop me? After all I'm the goddess of fate, remember?" (Atropos)

"I'll have your head Atropos! Kill that man and you'll be dead next to him!" (Athena)

"Ohhh? What's this? Is Athena having a crush on a mortal? Why're you getting so upset goddess of battle? You must want him to battle you in bed or something." (Atropos)

Athena blushed severely, standing up from her seat, and unsheathing her great sword behind her.

"FACE ME ATROPOS!" (Athena)

"That's enough!" (Everland)

They both stopped their bickering all the sudden, feeling an terrifying aura emit from Everland.

"…Hmph…" (Athena)

Athena sat back down and sheathed her weapon once more.

"We have more important matters at hand. Let us watch the battle between the heroes and Nokitera. It should be nearing its end." (Everland)
