Chapter 254 - How is he going to live? (2)
Owing to the school matters and matters with the Jiang family, Tong Xuelu was in no mood to study. As such, her reviewing to get back into junior high had been in hiatus.
Now that everything had been taken care of, she pulled her textbooks back out again.
After dinner that day, the siblings returned to their study to work on their homework and studying.
Little bun Tong Mianmian, too, joined them. All over the desk, her chubby little hand held onto the pencil and wrote a lot of crooked 1s in the notebook.
“Big Sister, haven’t you graduated already? Why do you still need to study?”
Every time he needed to work on his homework, Tong Jiaxin would fidget like he had hemorrhoid.
Tong Xuelu looked up at his notebook. It was blank earlier, it was still blank now. “Why can’t I study after I have graduated? And, have you finished your homework yet?”
Tong Jiaxin scratched his head, “Almost.”
Tong Xuelu rolled her eyes to herself. Putting her pen down, she said, “Come to think about it, mid-term was over recently, right? How did it go? Show me your grades.”
Tong Jiaming nonchalantly pulled his examinations out from his book bag upon hearing that.
Tong Jiaxin, however, changed color. He fished around inside his book bag for a long while before he said, “I can’t find my examinations. I had no idea where they went!”
Tong Xuelu raised her brows, “Were they really lost or you had misplaced them? You better look some more. If I am to find them later on, you will have no meat for an entire month.”
Tong Jiaxin shuddered when he heard that. “I had yet to look carefully. Let me look some more. I’ll look some more.”
Tong Xuelu pushed her lips out a little. Right. He dared to pull these little stunts in front of her?
Tong Jiaxin broke out in cold sweat being looked at by Tong Xuelu like that. He finally pulled his examinations out of his book bag with shaking hands.
Oh boy, oh boy.
She would never guessed that those were his test papers!
All of them had been rolled into balls, looking like pickled vegetables. They were not in any kind of presentable states at all!
Tong Jiaxin’s eyes darted all over the place and he handed his test papers over with a tingling sensation on his scalp.
Tong Xuelu was so angry that she almost busted out laughing when she saw that.

The two subject combined was less than 10 points!
Tong Xuelu looked up at him. “Exactly how did you score these? One could score higher even their eyes closed!”
Tong Jiaxin scratched his head and his nose. He stammered, “I, I don’t know. I looked at the problems and none of them make any sense to me. You know……”
I know your @$$!
Tong Xuelu, “Did you not pay any attention in class normally?”
This time Tong Jiaxin responded quickly, “Yes. I listened very carefully!”
Tong Xuelu didn’t believe a word of his. “Okay, if that is the case, show me the notes that you took in class.”
Tong Jiaxin’s eyes started darting around again. He looked at the ceiling. He looked at the ground. He looked anywhere other than meeting Tong Xuelu’s eyes.
Finally, dragging his feet, he pulled his notebooks out. The notebooks were filled alright. Except not with notes, but a lot of drawings.
There were drawings of Ma Mei being denounced; Jiang Ming being kicked onto the ground. They were very live-like but had nothing to do with schoolwork.
Tong Xuelu developed a headache.
Tong Jiaxin would become a designer in the future and he had demonstrated his amazing drawing ability at a very young age. Nevertheless, his grades were too embarrassing.
She gave Tong Jiaxin a look and said not a word.
Tong Jiaxin instantly felt pressure coming his way. He felt more nervous than being scolded by a teacher at school. He scratched his butt nervously.
Tong Mianmian called out right away, “Third Brother, don’t pick your butt. Big Sister said you should not do that in front of people!”
Tong Jiaxin, “……”
He wasn’t picking his butt; he was scratching it!
The two were very different, okay?
Tong Xuelu almost busted out laughing. She felt that as Tong Mianmian hung out more and more with Wei Zhuzhu, she was now blurting out more and more random things.
