“Y-yes, your majesty.” She answered me nervously. “You don’t have to look so nervous. I won’t bite you.” I showed my fangs and the catkin started to look more nervous. “W-we were just wondering, how this is going to work. We have our doubts about taking down the capital of this kingdom.” I stared at her fixedly causing her to stammer her next words. “I-it is-isn’t l-like we don’t know you are powerful, but how do we even take down the kingdom.”

“If my queen says she will do something, it will be done!” Ilya was currently glaring at the catkin for questioning me. The catkin cowered under her glare. It was quite admirable of her to speak out. If it was someone else they would have just listened to me because of who I am, or they would try and attack me. The beaskin had done neither. “It is okay Ilya. I am sure the beastkin will have questions. To answer your question we will need to prevent as many casualties from our side as possible,  so we will go with a sneaky approach.” She gave me a questioning look. “I know what you are thinking. This leviathan isn’t exactly hidden, but that is where you would be wrong.”

I summoned a more normal staff from my inventory. In the game this staff could control my summoned monsters more accurately. I could also input commands. The staff was obsidian black like the fortress, but instead it had a crimson gleam. I tapped the staff on the ground, and felt my power enter the staff. As it did, a wave of my magic washed over the entire leviathan. The leviathan started emanating a shadow all around, and I started to hear a ruckus outside before a beastkin burst through the door. “What was that!? Why is it darker here!?”

“I simply made the leviathan into a vessel capable of stealth. Tell the others outside so there are no more interruptions like this one.” He stumbled back out of the door, and I didn’t need my enhanced hearing to know that he was yelling that everything was alright. “Now they will never see us coming. Do you have any more questions?” I looked over the 3 beastkin. “Actually, I have a question.” The wolfkin answered, and I nodded towards him. “How are we going to procure weapons?”

“That is not a problem.” I started to summon weapons one by one from my shadow inventory. All of them were useless low level weapons to me, but the swords, spears, and bows I began summoning caused the beastkin to beam. “Now Ilya, do you have a way to get all of them to the ground?” She smiled happily when I addressed her. “There is a way.” She let out a whirl of wind magic in front of her.

—-----------

We were floating above the capital of Somber on the tongue of my shadow cloaked leviathan. I looked around at all of the beaskin gathered. They had new armor and weapons. They were all ready for this charade. “Ilya, will you do the honors of starting our welcoming party?” She put her hands on her chest and smiled brightly.

“It would be my honor, my queen!” She summoned massive fireballs with wind magic enhancing them. Then the meteor shower began in the silent city below us. As soon as the fire magic landed on the capital explosions resounded from all around the city as the magic bombs combusted. “It is now time!” I immediately took the plunge towards the city with the beastkin troops following behind me.

I leapt towards the large castle followed by all of the beastkin, and as we were descending we started to hear shouts from the guards. “It is an attack! Man your stations!”

They quickly manned the walls trying to shoot us out of the sky, but they didn’t get to do much. I bit my finger letting the blood flow out, and then an array of blood lances appeared in front of me. They were all launched at supersonic speed destroying the heads of the people mounting the walls. Their attempted magic was pathetic. All of their bombardments got stopped by a barrier Rela had made.

I quickly descended through the ceiling of the throne room. “AAAGGHH! WH-WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?” The king of this nation was cowering in his throne. In front of him were several people wearing blue robes. There were also some people dressed up like paladins. Immediately the king started to run, but I was faster. I warped in behind him, summoning my sword spear as I did running it through his back. As his blood trickled onto the spear and he started to cough up blood. The serpents started hissing. ‘Yes! Destroy everything!’

I would not give into the words of a lowly dragon. We had a goal. I summoned Lucien as the guards and paladins descended upon me. His claws ripped through them without my order, and he began his rampage. He ripped through all of the paladins, guards, and even the mages whose spells were useless against him. More explosions resounded throughout the city as Ilya continued to assault the city with fire and wind magic.

I saw a beastkin maid running up towards our group from the hallway behind the throne room. As Lucien was about to rip even her apart I yelled out. “That is enough!” The beastkin looked happy. She looked like she had just witnessed her life long goal. She had the most content smile plastered on her face as she ran over to me. “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I hated that bastard so much!” I was expecting her to say something else, but she surprised me. I looked all around at the corpses with a content smile. I could guess that this would be the beginning of a world full of chaos. The sadistic part of me loved this idea, and as I looked over to my subordinates who were covered in blood I let out a content sigh.
