A wooden floor? So far all of the floors in the dungeon have been made of stone. You grab an arrow from the floor and throw it into the room point first. Instead of falling on the wooden floorboards, it pierces paper that has been cunningly painted to look like wood. You throw a few more arrows until the paper floor has been mostly torn away, revealing a dark, deep pit.

A morbid curiosity takes hold of you, and you decide to see what would have awaited you if you hadn't noticed the false floor in time. Throwing a torch into the pit, you see that it’s full of sharp spikes.

Shuddering, you turn away and go back the way you came.
