If Han Yanyan were to look back at the worlds she had experienced, she would find far too many shortcomings. The first and most fatal of those was true emotion, investing your feelings in those around you.
Thankfully, by the second round of the mecha world she had mostly overcome this weaknesses. There was just a little left. But feelings made a person human, so she allowed herself that little remnant in her heart.
These changing worlds were like being reincarnated over and over again. Without any support at all she might really go crazy.
She enjoyed the final confrontation between Yao Chen and schoolgirl Han Yanyan, and when the immersive experience ended, only a moment had passed in the real world.
"The higher the velocity, the greater the amount of information injected into the brain per unit of time, and the heavier the load on the brain." Leo's voice rang through the comms, complaining, "The aide insists on monitoring the whole of his master's treatment process. To protect his brain, Duke Kline's worlds have been running in slow this whole time. It's been dragging on for two weeks now."
The aide had invaded his territory and currently held Leo's life in his hands. It annoyed him to death.
"Leo, did you... restore this technology all by yourself?" Han Yanyan asked through the comm.
Separated by the operating cabin and the network cable, without the necessity of being face to face, Leo felt pretty cool.
"Han Yanyan," he said smugly, "Do you have the right idea about who I am now?"
"Leo..." Han Yanyan praised, letting out a long breath, "You're a genius."
Leo shuddered, almost climaxing again. He gritted his teeth, pushing it down, and opened the hatch.
When Han Yanyan didn't open the hatch, he figured out what was going on and went to help her open it. Sure enough, inside, her face was pale. Once the power had been turned off and her brain was out of its activated state, she had immediately felt the power of what Leo had called the 'load'.
Climbing out, Han Yanyan held tightly onto the bulkhead, her head buzzing.
"You're already doing better than the aide did. You're capable of being an architect, after all, so your brain's pretty active already." Leo scoffed. "That fella vomited his first time, it was so gross."
Before he could finish, Han Yanyan, who was bending over massaging her head, grabbed his arm with one hand and forced herself upright.
Leo stiffened. Not wanting her to find out, he did his best not to move.
Fortunately, she let him go once she had stood, saying, "Ugh, how uncomfortable! Aren't you feeling ill too?"
"I-I'm used to it," Leo said. "A-and my brain is much better than yours."
"The last world I ran, I did at a super high velocity. How did you endure that, too?"
Leo composed himself and replied, "I didn't watch the last world." So long as the architect knew what they were doing, they could handle worlds by themselves. Even if they couldn't, or they messed up, he could restart it. So in fact, Leo was often too lazy to monitor such worlds. If he had that kind of time, he might as well use it on his experiments.
All of this was thanks to the attendant.
Han Yanyan let out a faint "oh" and turned, rubbing her temples. "I have to go back to my room and lie down for a while."
"But it's lunchtime," Leo protested from behind.
"System, please send a meal to my room. A light one, I feel a little nauseous." She walked out.
"Hey! Wait!" Leo looked at her eagerly, "Aren't you going to cook?"
"..." Han Yanyan left without even looking back, "Can you please have some humanity? Can't you see how dizzy and nauseous I am?"
Head drooping, Leo went to the dining hall alone and ate the food a machine made, the flavour of which would always taste the same.
She had decorated the dining hall so beautifully, yet there was no one there to talk to. It made it feel even more desolate.
This was precisely what the saying 'frugality to luxury is easy, but the other way around is difficult' meant.

"Did she eat?" he asked.
"Han Yanyan has eaten. However, her cerebral cortex remains slightly underactive. She likely has not yet recovered from dizziness and nausea," the system reported, "She seems to be planning to take a nap to relieve the negative effects."
"Geez, she's still not feeling well?" Leo's hands froze on his cutlery.
Han Yanyan ate the light lunch the system had sent her via robot and had intended on taking an afternoon nap when the hatch opened.
"The administrator has ordered me to renovate your bathroom," the system explained.
No one asked the owner of the room what she wanted. After the system made its announcement, robots filed in, and banging and clattering was soon heard from the bathroom.
Han Yanyan: "..." There went her nap.
The robots were fast. In under half an hour, they were done and filing back out again.
Feeling a little run-down, Han Yanyan walked in with her arms folded to take a look.
"He took apart my bathtub?" she frowned. "Does he have a grudge against me or something?"
"The administrator installed an anti-gravity oxygen-rich water bathing device for you," the system said. "It is conducive to stress relief."
"..." Han Yanyan raised an eyebrow, "How do I use it?"
When the device was turned on, water did not flow downward. Instead, it condensed into a ball floating over the anti-gravity base.
Han Yanyan stripped and stepped onto the pedestal as the system instructed. There was no gravity on it, so she floated easily into the water ball. A string of bubbles floated from her open mouth, the oxygen-rich water entering her lungs directly to provide her with oxygen.
She closed her eyes and floated.
"The water will always remain at this temperature, along with the oxygen concentration," informed the system. "There is no need to worry about drowning. You may even take a nap inside."
Han Yanyan had already decided to nap in the water.
Closing her eyes, she said, "Thank him for me."
"I will convey your appreciation."
"Hmph." Leo halted the calculations he was doing. He looked up and complained, "Doesn't she know how to say thank you in person? Why is she so rude?"
The system was silent.
"Why have you been so quiet recently?" he groused.
"In general my replies come when you speak," the system countered. "However, in recent days you have spoken to me forty percent less than before. Therefore, my replies have decreased as well, giving the illusion that I speak less."
Choked, Leo went back to his calculations, annoyed and no longer paying attention.
When he pulled himself back out of the wonderful world of science, he casually asked, "How is she?", massaging his neck.
"Warning. Han Yanyan is currently in possession of a lethal weapon," replied the system in a familiar warning. "Warning. Han Yanyan is currently in possession of a lethal weapon."
Leo's eyes lit up.
