Chapter 103: Blue’s Secret Project

**

[Blue's POV]

With my master busy in the real world teaching his students, I on the other hand have been secretly building a base for my beloved master with my bare hand.

[Day 1]

A few weeks back, I requested a specific favor from the Shinto Gods. 

With the help of Okuninushi-no-Kami's guidance, I hoped to start building a base of operation for my master so that he could one day rule over these lands.

Utilizing the usage of the messaging function created by yours truly. 

I took the liberty to private message Okuninushi-sama to invite him to the island so that I could have a good basis for where to start and how to proceed on.

[Day 3]

The problem is that I have to find a way to create a portal to God's domain so that he can pass through and take a look at the scene himself. So before sending him the message, I drowned myself in research on portal analysis and gateway travel between both places. The result was clear that the normal conventional method of using Mana to generate a portal would never work. As gods were omnipotent after all. So there should be another way to do it.

But because there wasn't any way I could think of at that time, all I could do was give Okuninushi-sama a brief detail of the land:

Things such as what's around the forest? 

Is there an open patch for building and construction? 

Are any wildlife animals here?

Is there a water source nearby?

Naturally grown food?

What is the weather condition like?

Questions like these help give him a better picture and idea of how the world looks like.

[Day 5]

After replying to the details and writing down notes on more tips and advice, I cracked my head for days to weeks, thinking about how do I bring a deity safely to this world when it hit me. 

This land belongs to another world. The gods have restrictions on going to Earth but they shouldn't have any issue attending to another world they are not in charge of.

Immediately, I went ahead to message Uzume-sama to have my confirmation regarding the questions.

[Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto]: So using a Mana-based portal, you want to transport a deity to your supposed world to check your land?

[Blue]: Yes Uzume-sama. Is there any way for a diety to pass through it with no issues?

[Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto]: Hm. I have never tried going to another world, to be honest. Never needed to so I wouldn't know.

[Blue]: Oh...I see...

[Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto]: Why not you try exporting me into the world first? I'll supply some of my powers to make it work.

[Blue]: ?! Are you sure, Uzume-sama?

[Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto]: No worries, take it as payment that you took care of Kazue-chan for me. However, in exchange...

[Blue]: ?

[Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto]: I want some offerings.

[Day 14]

After making a deal with Uzume-sama, it was time I design my blueprint for my plans to work. This involved building a station that is used to hold the portal in place when transporting an omnipotent being over.

With this, it's time to push my slave around.

Slave #1: White

Can change her size according to her will, which does help to speed up the construction process in the area.

I ordered slave #1 to start destroying parts of the mountain to obtain rocks so that I could begin to construct the pillars. As she did that, she dragged the pillars to where I wanted them and placed them there.

[Day 17]

There were so many that even she started to have teary eyes whenever her break ended. She would even sniffle to stop working. But whenever she did that, I would just smack her head.

This process went on for a few days and at the end of it, slave #1 was exhausted and ended up sleeping in one corner. She took a small break to recharge so that later on she could continue her work.

I look at the corner where lying beside Slave #1 is the egg that Master brought back from his otherworldly adventures. Looks like I'm going to have slave #2 soon.

[Day 22]

From there it was my turn to work. Master started working in a magic academy on a spurred of luck. I don't know how is he so unlucky regularly but it is lucky for me. From there, I requested Master to borrow a book on runes to give me more knowledge in runic language and engraving runes.

He borrowed the book without any thought and just passed it to me, telling me to return it once I'm done. Sometimes, I wonder if my master is too nice or if is he gullible, or both.

[Day 23]

Skimping through the book in a matter of hours, I managed to gather the necessary data needed to build a safe and secured Portal station. The only part I need to worry about is the extra storage space to keep the divine powers from the deities.

[Day 27]

After a long tedious battle with studying. I finally did it. There were failures after failures I had to rectify that even White seemed to have given out. She would always have to make another pillar when the one I experimented on failed and exploded. She can even be considered an artisan at this stage.

The most infuriating part of the construction of runes was determining the output of Mana I had to put to even the magic to launch the portal. 

Normal portal works in a way where the portal will remain open as long as the caster has mana.

My portal on the other hand is a self-sustaining mana station that will generate mana by drawing it from the surroundings and opening it with a press of a button. That way, even a person born without any mana can use this gate without needing to use mana. 

[Day 30]

I needed Uzume-sama's help to bless the portal station because, with her blessing, the portal would count as a divine item. Which in terms wouldn't affect any being with a divinity status on them as technically they are passing through God's property. And I created the landmark with just enough space to store her divinity powers.

Long story short. It works. 

I can now pass things through the portal to God's domain. This also meant that I have to give her offering through this gate as well.

With all the preparations finally down. I sent Okuninushi-sama a message to say that it is safe for him to come along, along with a key. Only those with that key would be allowed to step foot into this world.

Now, we're making a huge step forward, making a deal with beings of all statuses. MUAHAHAHA!!!

[Ryong's POV]

As much as I would have liked to turn a blind eye. It is hard to even ignore it when that runt absorbs such a huge amount of mana from me.

Though it is interesting to see this.

Never have I thought my creation would want Red to be a king hehe.

Well pray to tell, we can only see what's going on later.

It's really fun to be by your side Red.
