Chapter 1: Prologue: Expected beggining?

There was a seemingly young man lying flat on the dirty ground. He seemed to be sleeping when he suddenly woke up.

His name was Alan.

Alan was not your ordinary engineer, he was one of the most brilliant engineers of his generation; there were even some rumors that his contributions to aeronautic transport might have awarded him the Wright Brothers Medal, one of the most prestigious space engineering awards. Even though he was still studying at that moment.

But he didn't stop at the aeronautic science and design field; Alan was an all-rounder, fascinated by the products of the millions of years of human effort and knew a bunch of things in every existing area in engineering and overall science.

...Wait, where am I?, Who am I?

No, I know who am I: I am Alan, a 21-year-old recently graduated engineer...

So where am I?

If I am not wrong, I was working on one of the latest designs of particle accelerators when I felt sleepy...

"Man, when I was a kid, I read a bunch of books where the main character was transported into another world, but at least he met God before going..."

That old man would tell him the adventures he was going to face and the dangers he will be going through... But still, this is real life huh? No way that is happening.

"Still, I am a bit worried about my big sister, I hope she does alright while I am gone, she is pretty clumsy and dependant although she is two years older than me."

"Well, to begin with, let's evaluate the actual situation."

• No potable water anywhere nearby
• No food anywhere nearby
• No way to know how far away I am from any populated city
• And I don't even remember how I got here

Okay, I get it, it's not looking very good for me.
