At 2.30 am, in a high-rise room at the Boolean Hotel, a handsome young man sat on a seat beside the window, leisurely gazing at the nightscape.

His tall, lean body was casually draped in a bathrobe with the collar open, his white skin stained with red marks as if telling everyone that the room had just been the scene of an exciting sport.

He lit a cigarette and exhaled a slow puff of smoke that dissipated into the large room as the scene before him became clear.

He entered sage time and began to ponder three questions –

    Who am I?

    Where am I?

Who is this man lying on the bed?

The first question was easy to answer.

Ying Tongchen, male, twenty-seven years old, with divorced parents. He currently works at a private, aristocratic international school and is an average high school English teacher.    Until tonight, a virgin male.

Right now, he was in a five-star hotel in the center of the city.

Had it not been for tonight’s exceptional circumstances, he would never have come to such an expensive hotel to splurge his money when school was about to start.

And the third problem was even more profound.

On the two-meter bed, a strange man was lying, snoring gently, with a few scratches on his back, the masterpiece of his own hands.

The man was lying on his side, revealing the side of his face with features that resembled an engraved jade. Each and every step was just perfect, as if it was the work of the gods, finally emerging as a perfect piece of art.

To be honest, if it weren’t for his face, he wouldn’t have made the mistake of asking this man out, let alone sitting here while doubting his life.

When he thought of this, he felt a vague pain in a certain area again and was so angry that he went to the bed and kicked the man. Who knew that the man was a dead pig. Instead of waking up, he turned over and slept more peacefully.

He kicked him twice more before lying back down again. After all, it was a thousand dollars for a night, and it had to be worth the money.

He couldn’t really blame anyone for what had happened tonight.

Actually, it was his birthday yesterday. He went home, ate the cake the old man had prepared, then rushed back to school for a meeting, where the director brought out a cake at the end. In the evening, his best friend asked him out for dinner, and out of nowhere, he conjured up a cupcake…

    “……”

After that, his best friend, Meng Gong, took him to a familiar gay bar, where the two sat in the very center, neither looking bad, but no one came to talk to him after a while.

It wasn’t until he went to the bathroom and parted ways with Meng Gong that someone immediately came to hook up.

“Is that your boyfriend you were just with?” A slugger asked as he walked up next to him and opened his zipper to relieve himself.

He didn’t really want to chat at a time like this. In fact, his mind was still mulling over the contents of today’s meeting. The group of monkeys he’d led since graduation had graduated this year, and the director had assigned him an upper class.

“I’ll take that as a no if you don’t say anything.” The slugger shivered and gave him a smug look, gesturing for him to look down. “How do I look to you?”

“Not great.” He looked up at the sky and sighed, “Too young, ugh.”

As cute as being young was, the pressure of responsibility to get all these seedlings of the motherland up and running was too great.

“What do you mean?!” The slugger was furious and snorted as he zipped up, “Don’t know any better. I don’t believe you’ll ever find one older than me.”

Only after the fierce man left in a huff did Ying Tongchen come back to his senses as an afterthought.

Had he just, had he missed out on another marriage?

***

Meng Gong was a real muscle man, with more than enough muscle bulk to make the blood of those little 0s1 that were floating all over the place, to boil.

He had no intention of interrupting this happy event, but this marriage candidate, for some reason, mentioned to him, “Is that your boyfriend sitting across from you just now? Dressing so decently and acting all proper in this kind of place. I wouldn’t be able to act so pretentiously like him.”

    Ying Tongchen: “……”

The next moment, the man saw the heartthrob he was talking about coming towards him. An inexplicable strong pressure came over him, and he couldn’t help but hold his breath.

Ying Tongchen was only a step away from him, narrowing his eyes slightly and tugging at his tie impatiently, his eyes cold. The corners of his mouth pursed into a line, “A scheme?”

Before, the man had not looked at his face carefully, but now, he was dumbfounded.

Ying Tongchen lazily lifted his eyelids, his gold-rimmed glasses hid his expression for a few moments, and the corners of his mouth curled up in a subtle curve, quite a bit like an intellectual scum.

Ying Tongchen, as a people’s teacher, habitually wanted to criticize his torn trousers

and tattoos. As soon as he opened his mouth, he saw the man blush.

Good, just like the girls in his class, knowing to blush when they made a mistake and having shame meant there was salvation.

“I can ask you out…” The man smiled shyly and was halfway through his sentence when Meng Gong interrupted.

“You’re finally back.” Meng Gong, as if pardoned, wiped the imaginary sweat from his forehead and twisted his head to reply to the man, “Sorry, I’m also a zero.”

The man immediately looked at him with an expression as if he was insane, and then turned his expectant eyes towards Ying Tongchen.

Meng Gong had long been used to such looks and explained, “Well, he’s a zero too.”

“What the hell! You guys are actually playing 00 love2.” A young boy’s heart was thinly broken. He stomped his feet and left with his arms crossed.

    Ying Tongchen: “……”

Meng Gong: “Haha, how many times have we been misunderstood here?”

    Ying Tongchen was also helpless.

Meng Gong ‘cried’,  “A pity laozi 3looks like a tough guy, but I’m still a virgin. I won’t be able to bring a little daisy4 to die with me.”

“Who wouldn’t?” Ying Tongchen raised his glass, “Come on, this year’s birthday wish is for both of us to get laid.”

“That feels so hard.” Meng Gong was not hopeful at all. Even in this place where all ‘gay’ love was given for free, they couldn’t get a one-night-stand, but the odds were definitely lower elsewhere.

“Then let’s first make a move and say goodbye to our virginity.” Ying Tongchen teasingly said.

“I feel like this is easier.” Meng Gong hemmed and hawed and looked at his serious outfit again.

An uncluttered shirt and western trousers, the shirt buttoned up to the collar, neat and tidy, the western trousers without a single crease. His features were exquisite, his eyes narrow and long, his pupils deep. And with a pair of gold-rimmed glasses, his formal attire was a little ascetic.

Meng Gong sighed: “Talking about you, with a wardrobe of iron5, mostly containing collared shirts6, how many flowery clothes7 do you have?”

“Poor.” Ying Tongchen blocked him back with a word.

Everywhere he went, he was an attention seeker, but this also hindered his peach blossom path. Most of the people who came up to him were small zeroes who were deceived by his appearance and temperament, and there was no sexual future for them.

The two of them were in the middle of a conversation when they suddenly heard a sobbing sound next to them. When they looked over, they saw a beautiful, well-dressed man at the next table wiping his tears with his head down.

“No way. Didn’t I just say poor? Did I poke at h?” Ying Tongchen was incredulous.

    “So tragic.” Meng Gong echoed.

Hearing their conversation, the man shook his head, looked up, and said, “None of your business.”

Ying Tongchen took two pieces of tissue and handed them over, “Wipe it off. Your mascara is getting smudged.”

“Thanks.” The man looked down again and wiped for a while, getting angrier and angrier as he wiped. Eventually, throwing the tissue away in a fit of pique.

Meng Gong was a warm-hearted person. Seeing this situation, he could not help but ask, “Brother, what’s wrong?”

The man deflated his mouth, not knowing where to start before finally choosing the simplest question, “Do you know me? I’m in the entertainment industry.”

Meng Gong took a closer look, “No, I’m in the rich woman’s circle.” He was a senior personal trainer at a private gym.

Ying Tongchen added insult to injury, “No, I’m in the rich kids’ circle.” The students’ family backgrounds were thicker than his skin.

The man froze for half a minute. “Still, you guys have a lot of money.” After saying that, he was sad again. “I am an actor with very low popularity. My surname is Zhen. I’m called Zhen Mingxin.”

Not only was he doing poorly, but he was also being pimped out by his agent.

When he heard that a boss wanted to do him, the agent sent him straight to the hotel floor, which he escaped and slipped into the nearest bar with a twist of his feet.

He had heard that many wealthy businessmen had special fetishes when he entered the circle, but he never thought he would have experienced this today. He was only a fourth-year university student this year, and he was going to be a canary in a cage?

Besides, what kind of good person would it be to keep a little lover? Most of them are fat people who can’t find a date.

“You’re still a student?” Ying Tongchen saw that he still had a pendant hanging from his backpack, bearing the emblem of a nearby university.

    “Mhmm.”

Ying Tongchen looked at the time. University doors were usually closed at around eleven o’clock. His forehead wrinkled, “If you need to find someone to talk to, you can talk to us. If you don’t want to, just go back to your dorm directly.”

Zhen Mingxin sized up the two men. One was muscular and solid and looked secure. One was slim and aloof, with slightly cold eyes, and inexplicably had a sense of being the headteacher.

He pondered for a moment and coded his dilemma, “I met a man who insisted that I go out with him, but I didn’t want to.”

Isn’t that a good thing? Meng Gong, who was frantically trying to get a partner, was puzzled, “Why don’t you want to?”

    Zhen Mingxin sniffled, “Because I’m a 18. ying ying.9. “

    Meng Gong: “!!!”

    Ying Tongchen: “…………”

“This guy isn’t that muscular?” Meng Gong ridiculed.

Zhen Mingxin nodded. “Everyone around me is telling me to stay with this man. Otherwise, I might lose my job, my popularity will decline and I’ll be boycotted, falling from the 108th line to the sacrificial altar and become a complete background character. Ying.”

    Ying Tongchen: “……”

“This is going too far!” Meng Gong slapped the table and rose.

Seeing that he was a warm-hearted person, Zhen Mingxin sat straight over, drinking as he wailed and cried, causing Meng Gong to be endlessly distressed, “You don’t need to go alone. Tonight, your brother10 will send you home and guarantee that no one will touch you.” After saying that, he flexed his muscles, “I have a lot of power.”

Zhen Mingxin shed tears of envy, “I also want to have the same ‘power’ as you, that would be great.”

Ying Tongchen: No. You don’t want to. With ‘power’, it is very hard to find a more pow的er11partner.

Meng Gong was true to his word and decided to safely escort Zhen Mingxin home.

The three of them had just walked out of the bar when Zhen Mingxin’s phone rang, and it was from his manager.

He was too scared to answer it. “It’s over, it’s over, I’m definitely going to get scolded. If I don’t go, what if that person turns around and retaliates against me?”

Ying Tongchen lit a cigarette and rolled up his shirt sleeves, revealing his white and slim wrists, “Where is that person?”

Zhen Mingxin looked at his long and slender figure, then at Meng Gong’s figure with full of sense of security, and swallowed, “Brother, you don’t plan to go and beat him up, do you?”

“We’re civilized people.” Ying Tongchen said, “It can be done in a civilized way.”

    “What way?”

    “Calling the police.”

Zhen Mingxin: “……” Yes ah! But he didn’t dare!

“Lao Meng,12you send him back, I’ll call the police.”

“Good, you can do it.” Meng Gong was confident in him.

But Zhen Mingxin felt that his arm could not be twisted13 and was worried about the consequences. “What if, what if, what if…”

Ying Tongchen looked at him with a cold expression.

Zhen Mingxin: “Boolean Hotel, room 2808!”

Ying Tongchen watched them leave before turning around and walking to the nearby hotel.

    Room 2808.

He stood at the door, fished out his mobile phone, and pressed 110, having already formed a plan in his mind.

First, he would tell the other party that Zhen Mingxin had a health condition, such as haemorrhoids, anal fissures, intermittent schizophrenia, sudden onset of AIDS, etc. And after that, he would have to see the other party to decide on the exact condition.

If the other party still wants to force it, then pretend to be the wrong person, and then leave and report to the police that this room called for a male prostitute.

Of course, the first step was usually enough to solve the problem. He did not believe that anyone would be willing to take the risk of contracting HIV just to have a one-night stand.

    He rang the doorbell.

The sound of steady footsteps inside the room grew closer.

Various responses instantly popped into his head until the door opened.

A tall man stood inside, wearing a bathrobe, his hair still dripping with water, slipping down his neck and following the lines of his muscles as they indistinctly entered into a place that couldn’t be seen.

“Coming?” The man’s voice was low, magnetic, and seductive, his features even more so.

As Ying Tongchen surveyed him, the man likewise swept him over carefully with his eyes, raising his eyebrows gently, his face unreadable, but his toes suddenly nudged twice on the ground.

The sound of his toes colliding with the ground was clearly audible.

Ying Tongchen raised his eyes and murmured, “Mmm, I came.”

“Come in.” The man slid away, calm and collected, making way for his toes.
