The territories of the gods were spread throughout Greece for example

Poseidon who control a great part of the sea palace was situated deep in the sea

The titans were between sea and land

Demeter controls the forests

The territory previous control by Hera fused with Olympus when she marry Zeus making it the biggest, and since this is also the place where their leaders reside all the gods consider it their capital, all of them were situated in different dimensions than the once where lived the mortals this is why even if a human were to climb mount Olympus he would be unable to get in, but the gods where if they had permission or if they were strong enough would be able to just walk from their dimension to the human world, and they did it quite often for pleasure, but since the attack who took place it was impossible, the frontiers had been closed.

And it was exactly what Maeron wanted, while the gods retired inside their territory to heal their wounds and prepare themselves for the incoming way he just opened multiple gates throughout Greece allowing monsters to roam freely in the world of men, and as you would expect it, a carnage follows.

For the monsters who were trapped in purgatory for who knows how long the human realm was like a paradise with delicious prey everywhere and a good environment to live in.

Of course, the gods didn't stay inactive, even with their borders closed they still had their multiples sanctuaries in the different kingdoms that they used to send warriors to lead their multiples apostles to exterminate those monsters, they also erected barriers around those kingdoms, but it was still very lacking.

The number of gods already low couldn't take care of all one thousand kingdoms effectively

Misunderstanding, the fact that they held Zeus responsible for everything that happened due to the belief that this invasion was the revenge of Typhoon.

The fact that Hades still hold captive Athena and Apollo and many other things made they couldn't focus on the humans that they ruled.

It's nearly at the same time that a rumor began to spread throughout all the thousand kingdoms that there existed a way to obtain power equal to those of the gods, of course, nobody believed it in the beginning, but when some ordinary human began who were nor apostles nor half gods began to appears it shook the foundation of everything particularly when the new that King Argus having power spread.

Using the chaotic situation to grow his influence in the dark circle Marion began to sell weapons imbue with Maeron power to steal the power of half gods, accompanied by a list of all half- gods throughout the world at an equally high price.

Ignoring the papers she closed her eyes and rolled on his chest “No thanks I read enough rapports for today, summarize them for me”

At the door of the healers of Olympus, Zeus was standing there without moving deep in thought before saying “I’m coming a little too often here lately, that’s unpleasant,” 

Pushing the door he enters the white room t find his mistress the previous Queen of Argos Myrcela in a bed with his son by her side 

“How are they?” he asked one of the healers who came to him 

“The woman is fine, just a few bruises, she will be fine… for your son however it’s another story,” 

Tracing with her fingers a scar on the child's stomach she said “It’s like something using a sharp object to absorb his divine power, I don’t know what they used, but he only has residue of divinity left in his body, and it the speed at which those residues are leaving his body in a few more days he will be nothing more than a simple mortal without anything special.” 

Hearing that a Dark and terrifying expression appears on the face of Zeus, the ground began to crack and the sound of thunder resounds outside the building alerting everyone of the state of mind of their leaders

“Calm yourself, my king, those two will not survive your anger,” 

Realizing that the healer was right he took a deep breath and calm himself 

“Do you know a way to reverse the situation?” he asked 

“I don’t even know what happened to that boy…” the healer to this point seemed unfazed by Zeus' state and didn’t end his sentence feeling that in his state of mind the anger of his king could befall him if was careful 

“If I knew what or who did that I will be able to do something but…” 

“Argus..” the weak voice of Myrcela fell into their ears, 

Seeing Myrcela awake the healer walked toward her “You need more sleep…” 

Ignoring him she continues to speak to Zeus “it was Argus, he used a strange weapon to steal our child's power and transfer them to himself, you need to do something!!”

“I will, I promise!” 

After she was put back to sleep Zeus walked outside he talked to his son who was leaning on the wall near him

“Ares, prepare the men we are leaving for Argo's kingdom”

“Understood!” 

“Argus, insignificant vermin you will suffer!”
