Special Power Index- Hidden Archives:Tyer Mason, Super-Hyper villain, class 1-rank B~S:

(Power's danger to government: class 1, Strenght rank: B~S depending on the situation, power type Supernatural and Hypernatural)

"The First, also known as Tyer Mason, is a handsome, middle-aged, dark-skinned male with hazel eyes and a crimson dragon tattoo on his left shoulder said to have been born in the early 10 B.E.

Self-identifying as the first person whose powers have emerged and the origin of monsters, The First would be known as the oldest super ever recorded had he not deleted all records of his existence on public databases.

Born in an unknown Tribal village, he shows many traits typical of those raised in a nomadic society, yet, at the same time, demonstrates a surprising understanding of cultures outside his own, probably related to his age and experience.

He has demonstrated numerous times to be a capable and charming leader with a very high understanding of human psychology.

...

We suspect him to have the power of immortality or someone capable of granting immortality by his side.

We are confident, however, that he has the power to create lifeforms from emotions that he can extract from those around him. This process can be partially resisted but will leave side effects if not stopped quickly.

Whenever those emotions get removed permanently or temporarily is unknown due to the victim's tendency to run away in search of him. We are still deliberating whether this is an effect of his power or from one of his follower's powers.

We believe that he used this power while creating the Hummingbird monster in the city of Belse in October 1810 and making all monsters in the world go into a berserk-like state, starting the age of Disaster.

While this tragedy made it so, Humanity decided to unite under one flag in the creation of the Hummings University for heroes, also known as H.U.H. It also brought about the death of more than half of the human population, mainly those whose power ranking was lower than C.

Luckily for Humanity, the Hummings University Alumni would kill The Hummingbird and manage to wound Tyer Mason on 16 May 1993 at the famous Monte Salva city battle and become the beacon that brought about the modern age of heroes.

While The First's beliefs are unknown, and so is the reason why he has waited more than 1800 years to act on them. We know, for a fact, that he and his followers, the Perfected Ones, believe themselves to be heroes and the creation of monsters to be a necessary sacrifice for the completion of their "righteous" cause."

"How many people have you seen die because of fear?
How many have killed another out of greed or suffered out of love?
Don't be mistaken, though! I'm not saying these emotions are useless or purely evil. I, too, have them, just diluted to a certain level.
Greed makes us move forward, fear keeps us safe, and love strengthens us.
