Transcendent powers are those organizations with at least a single Primeval Class Being with a Disaster Ranking of Cataclysm, whilst also possessing at least ten Divine Constructs.
Above them were Hegemonic powers and Apex powers, with Extinction Rank individuals and and Imperial Rank individuals respectively.
Of course alongside the Realm progression the number of Divine Constructs increased by a factor of ten.
Below Trabscendent Powers were; Superpowers, Super-first rate powers, First Rate Powers, Second Rate Powers, Third Rate Powers, and Unrated Powers.
The Rouge Order was a Transcendent Grade Guild composed entirely of Professional Assassins and was merely a step away from becoming a Hegemonic Power.
Like other Guilds, it accepted requests from third parties and allowed its members to accept them at their own discretion in return for both a fee from those placing the requests and a small portion of the rewards offered if the request is successfully completed.
But unlike other Guilds, all requests submitted to and posted by The Rouge Order involved assassination, and as such all information surrounding them was kept extremely limited.
"And?" Aleksandr asked in response to his uncle's previous statement, his tone portraying a certain degree of boredom.
He was not at all surprised by such a development as such a request had been posted for him and his friends numerous times over the years since their return from Avalon.
In fact, such a request was even placed on several occasions before their initial departure for Avalon.
Every single attempt that took place in the past had failed.
And in his eyes, so would any attempts arising from the current requests.
"I figured you would be unconcerned with such a development. Which is why I initially didn't plan to deliver the news to you." His uncle stated upon taking in Aleksandr's demeanor whilst running a hand through his untamed head of mid-length, jet-black hair.
"But?" Alek asked. Instantly coming to the conclusion that the original situation had changed based on his uncle's previous statements.
Such a conclusion served to pique within him some modicum of interest in the topic at hand.
"There have been new developments." His uncle replied.
"Obviously," Alek responded with a certain degree of vexation before continuing on to ask, "What's the nature of these developments?"
His uncle gave a small smirk before continuing on, "They relate to the source of the requests, the rewards offered for the requests, the information provided to anyone who accepts the requests, as well as the fact that several of the requests have already been accepted by some particularly noteworthy individuals."
"Considering the level of control The Rouge Order exercises over the flow of any information regarding its operations; it couldn't have been easy to make yourself informed of such developments," Aleksandr observed.
"It wasn't." Was the only response his uncle offered before continuing on as he briefly occupied himself with filtering through the information displayed to him by his own HALO, "But regardless of that, it has been accomplished and the relevant details are being transmitted to your HALO alongside information pertaining to our response."
Ding!
Alek's HALO released a notification alert in the following instant, signaling the arrival of the information Alaric had just sent him.
Aleksandr pulled up the files and took a moment to look through them, descending into silence as he did so.
He soon read the files in their entirety and meet his uncle Alaric's gaze.
"Are things starting to get eventful enough for you yet?" Alaric posed the question to his nephew with a knowing look in his eye.
"They're starting to look promising," Aleksandr responded, a devilish smirk spreading across his immaculate features.
"Good," Alaric nodded before disconnecting the call.
After the call between him and Alaric was disconnected Aleksandr continued to contemplate the information he'd just received from the latter as he made his way to the briefing room.
According to said information, the source of the requests was a Hegonomic power known as the Babylonian Empire.
That in itself wouldn't have been difficult to surmise considering both the fact that The Dark Luminance Empire was a key ally for The Clear Sky Empire, the Babylonians' biggest foe, as well as the grudges he held with the Babylonians on a personal level.
What was unexpected was the fact that their allies, the Pandorian and Incan Empires, had reportedly been taking actions that allude to them preparing to launch an incursion upon The Dark Luminance Empire which was located across the Baltic Sea and to their Southwest and Northwest respectively.
In conjunction with this, the Babylonians appeared to be readying themselves to launch another wave of attacks on the Clear Sky Empire directly.
Taking all of these factors into account it wouldn't be unreasonable to come to the conclusion that the Babylonians and their allies were intending on isolating the inhabitants of the Baltic Isles from their pillars of support before completely wiping the Dark Luminance Empire from the map.
What solidified this conclusion was the list of objects one could receive in exchange for the heads of individuals belonging to The Divine Order.

The list consisted entirety of treasures and materials known to either belong to the Dark Luminance Empire or be relatively easy to find in its lands respectively.
In response to this, the Empire had made and begun enacting plans to both consolidate their defenses and construct a [Gate], which they could ultimately use to depart Sumeria if the need arose during the upcoming war.
Ding!
Aleksandr's HALO released another alert just as he was about to cross the threshold of the briefing room.
He looked down and saw that it was a message from Alaric saying the following; Feel free to do as you see fit so long as you and the others arrive back in the capital before the gate opens.
Understood. Aleksandr responded before stepping into the briefing room.
The room was occupied by eleven individuals arranged around a single conference table.
The individuals consisted of; the two Lt. Commanders Felix and Asher (Asna's twin brother), the two Captains Kai and Aiden, and seven of the 17 Hashiras who served as Alek's personal guard; Asna, Alice, Byleth, Erin, McKenna, Liam, and Knox, with Kit, Thomas, Ra, Aruna, Allaria, Sigmund, Arthur, Morgana, Augustus and Alek's cousin Anastasia being absent.
Felix and Asher were discussing the day-to-day operations of the order.
Aiden was engaged in small talk with Liam, and Knox.
Asna, Alice, Erin, and Mckenna were discussing something in hushed tones, (though that really served no purpose seeing as every individual in the room could hear a pin drop from miles away) while throwing the occasional fleeting glance in the direction of Aiden's group of three.
Byleth and Kai were acting similarly to one another with the former absentmindedly running her hands through the fur of a snow-white fox sitting on her lap, and the latter manipulating something akin to a rubrics cube as they watched the others engage in conversation.
After Aleksandr entered and took his seat at the conference table the snow-white fox lounging in Byleth's lap lazily opened her eyes and stretched her limbs before jumping onto the table, running across its surface, and leaping onto Aleksandr's shoulder and climbing onto his head of untamed hair, which was a spectrum of gray with black roots and white ends, in a blink of the eye.
After climbing onto his head the fox settled between the two horns that slightly poked up from his thick hair and laid down, once more closing her eyes to rest.
The other occupants of the room had taken note of Aleksandr's entrance into the room at the same time as the fox had and turned their attention towards him out of curiosity for what information he had gathered them to relay, having been informed by Asna that he was running slightly late due to the reception of a call from his uncle.
"What's the rub?" Asher asked after Aleksandr was settled in his chair.
"This," Aleksandr responded as sent the files he had just received from his uncle to every individual in the room.
He then silently observed them as they quickly read through the information presented to them via either their HALO or Smart panel (Sp).
Like him and Asna, the others possessed immaculate features.
Asher had hair and eyes identical in color to his sister's, (though his hair was much shorter), he possessed an athletic build, and like his sister, he had fair skin with a healthy glow.
Felix had a similar build to Asher, hair that was a spectrum of purple and blue, silvery-white eyes, and fair skin which was slightly darker than Asher's.
Kai had dark brown, almost black, hair, a pair of penetrating dark-green eyes, swarthy skin, and a more muscular build than Asher and Felix.
Aiden's build is similar to that of Kai, his hair jet-black, his eyes crimson-red, and his skin tone being roughly the same as that of his twin brother Kai.
Knox's build was similar to that of Asher and Felix, his eyes sapphire blue, his skin was fair with a healthy blush, and his hair was golden-blonde,
Liam's build was similar to that of Kai and Aiden, his skin somewhat darker than Kai's, his hair dark gray, and his eyes the same silvery-white as those of Felix.
Alice possessed golden-brown eyes, pale blonde hair, and a fair skin tone.
Byleth's skin tone was just a slight bit paler than that of Alice, and her hair and eyes were a very dark blue that bordered on being black, with the former being longer than Alice's.
Erin had black eyes, a skin tone slightly less swarthy than that of Kai, and dark brown hair.
And finally, there was McKenna. She had long, jet-black hair, ice-blue eyes, and ivory skin, which was paler than that of any other individual in the room.
All of the females possessed similar builds with some being only slightly taller or more curvaceous than some of the others amongst them.
After they finished looking over the information Aleksandr had shared with them, they shared silent looks amongst themselves before turning back to look at him; looks of expectation coloring their features.
"What's the plan?" They asked in unison.
Aleksandr gave a small smile before he said, "To cause havoc."
