Chapter 12: Announcement

Hi, so, um, this is awkward. No chapter today. I’m sorry. 

 

You may have noticed. But I finally got us a cover! A very special thanks to Yuuizu, who made this wonderful illustration. It was fun working with them as they could make this come true! And, of course, yours truly. Me, the Author, designed the cover itself. I hope this is what Alum and Ame looked like when you imagined them! Because it certainly does for me! Also if you happen to see this on Royalroad, the cover got a bit squished so this IS the original. Jeez, they are so strict with proportions.... 

As for why there isn’t a chapter today, it is because I didn’t want it to be in parts. Writing in parts can be a good way to build up since it gives the writer more time to think between the chapters or excite the reader for what’s to come next. And I thought about it. But I wanted this chapter to be a little special. Hence I will try to finish it until Wednesday. 

Another reason why I wanted to make this one extra lengthy because, well, ahaha. I wanna catch up on books I’ve yet to read. So maybe a week's break or two. Until then, see you hopefully on Wednesday!
