Chapter 243: Long story //cut// short

It is with great disappointment and sadness that I bring you this announcement, dear readers.

The end of The Silver Path has arrived.

It's not the ending I wished for and certainly not the ending you readers wished for - or deserved - but this is just how it has to be. I can't continue this novel. I'm sincerely sorry. Readers, I can only hope your journey till now was enjoyable enough to warrant the precious time you spent on my novel.

As for my reasons for dropping the novel, I'd rather not say. My days as an author are done. I can't say it was fun, but I also can't say I regret having walked this path.

A big thanks to everyone who supported and followed The Silver Path till this point. The comments, the answering of polls, the ratings, the reviews; all of it. Meant a lot to me. I'm deeply ashamed of not being able to see my work through to a good ending. Still, even so, I must disappoint.

All that said, sorry again.
