Chapter 24: Ch24: It was foolishness!

Grandmaster Leo was watching Ryan fight with the manikins. No, he was watching both of them. but Max was not fighting with the manikin, he hardly could walk. Only Ryan was fighting with the manikin. Max was still struggling to move from one place to another.

Max could still not balance his power throughout his body, so he could not walk properly. Grandmaster Leo sent the manikin back and asked Max to try to run without falling down. His eyes were on Ryan. Ryan was not fighting but he was just punching at a punching bag. The Manikin was not able to hit him even once.

Grandmaster Leo did something with his power. The next second, Ryan was thrown away from the punch by the manikin. It had just gotten faster than before. Ryan got up and went to punch the manikin again. but he was unable to. the manikin was faster and stronger than before.

Ryan took a step and kept dodging the attacks in a jiffy. It was a close call. if He delates by a second, he was going to have a tight punch from the manikin.

"Now give me your ears and listen carefully I will only say this once" Grandmaster Leo ordered.

Ryan got distracted by the grandmaster's words and quickly got his focus back to dodge the hit. But he couldn't and was thrown away. He spat a mouthful of blood. He looked at the grandmaster and thought to continue the fight after listening to the grandmaster.

He looked at grandmaster Leo, the grandmaster was quiet and waited for him to back to fight the manikin again. He understood that he needed to fight and hear the explanation. Ryan ran and started dodging the attacks from the manikin.

"You should be enjoying the benefits of the righteous constitution and have no idea of the disadvantages of the righteous constitution. Whenever you fight for righteousness, you will get stronger. There were even righteous martial warriors who were able to defeat fouled martial masters. The righteous constitutions will give limitless power as long as you are on the path of righteousness. You are almost invincible with this power. But there are some downsides to it"

"If you tried to hurt the innocent or fight with other beings for their territory. You will lose your power. That's the very reason why I don't go and fight outside Cape city. Martial warriors are led to kill the weaker beings around Cape city so that the powerhouses don't come near in search of food.

This is protecting the human race in a normal human's words but for the righteous constitution holder, it was destroyed habitat according to the righteous constitution. you lose power whenever you try to do it."

"Whenever you will go and fight with other beings to capture their territory, you face the same restriction in your body or ever worst" The Grandmaster explained to them.

Ryan got distracted again and got a punch on his forehead. Max smiled looking at him. Max was doing nothing, he was trying to get his balance of the body. The newborn babies do that stuff. Ryan got distracted because he was a little worried about the grandmaster's words. He knew if wanted to get stronger and use his thief constitution to the fullest.

He needed to steal from the beings and races. He believed that was the very reason why Leone had transmigrated him. Moreover, Ryan knew Righteous was a trait in his personality and not his complete personality. He needed to find a way to get out of this limitation. Righteousness gives him the power to follow righteousness. What does foolishness give? The power to be foolish than the rest of the humans and still manage to win?

Ryan understood why he got the foolish constitution because he had taken the most foolish decision on the planet in his previous life and now he can afford to be a fool and still get stronger. But what power did Thief give him? Does he use to steal even without the constitution then what did the thief's constitution give him? Ryan was in deep thought, he didn't have that answer.

"Ryan" Max called him and gestured for him to get back to fight the manikin as the grandmaster had caused his explanation and was going to continue when Ryan starts fighting again.

Ryan still was breathing heavily, the manikin was matching his speed. He needed to come up with something to defeat the manikin. He had something in his mind. He walked towards the manikin, this time with a smile on his face. 'Let's see to what extent  I can use the foolish constitution ' Ryan said to himself.

As Ryan went closer to the manikin, the grandmaster started to lecture again.

"As I told you, you will face restriction and power losses while fighting with other beings. This limit can not be removed but can be reduced…"

There was a sudden pause in the grandmaster's speech. Max was listening with his full attention. Max looked up toward the grandmaster. Max wondered what happened this time?

Ryan was fighting with the manikin he got tell from the sound of the hits. He looked at the grandmaster, the grandmaster was looking at Ryan with his eyes and mouth open, just a bit. Max turned towards Ryan. Ryan wasn't dodging the hits, he was facing them by keeping his leg one step behind. He was getting hit in the front and wasn't thrown away like this as he kept one leg behind for support.

The sound that he heard was from the Manikin's punches. Even Max was looking at Ryan. There was a cause in the hall. The sounds of the punches were heard. they both were looking at Ryan. Ryan shouted, "Go on master, I can bear the manikin"

It was foolishness!

"The restrictions and powerless in a disadvantageous fight can be minimized by communicating with your constitutions"

"Now stop! Both of you"
