Vlad’s eyes gleamed as he read the description of his new skill.

Just as he expected, swallowing the blood seed of a practitioner with the stealth bloodline gave him an ability related to stealth.

His lips curved up, and his eyes shone in excitement.

The man’s face was ugly. He looked around him trying to locate Vlad, but he could only see darkness.

“Is that your bloodline? Does it allow you to copy the bloodlines of the people you kill?” The man spoke out his guess.

Vlad chuckled.

“Close, but wrong.”

“Is that why you are helping Adora to kill the boss? Are you after his bloodline?”

“Guess.”

The man’s eyes sharpened.

“I think it’s better if I make you spit out the answer!”

All of sudden, he charged towards his left.

Nobody knew his brother’s bloodline better than he did. Even if Vlad tried to make it sounds as if his voice was coming from all around, he could still find him through the fluctuations of mana.

Just now, he felt a small fluctuation of mana from his left. It was very small, almost unnoticeable, but for him, it was enough to determine Vlad’s location.

Filling his sword with mana, he attacked the seemingly empty space without hesitating.

At that instant, he felt a hurried fluctuation of mana from the empty space.

‘Gotcha!’ He exclaimed in his mind.

But all of sudden, he was hit by a premonition of death.

His sword was swung down, cutting nothing but empty space. At the same time, Vlad’s sword appeared behind him, piercing his heart unhurriedly.

The man coughed a mouthful of blood and collapsed on his knees.

“You fell for it more easily than I thought,” Vlad replied indifferently and pulled his sword out. “Rest in peace.”

Then, he extracted his blood seed as the man’s consciousness was plunged into darkness.

Once he was done, Vlad’s eyes fell on Crow who was still battling Adora.

Then, his figure blended with the darkness.
