"Ashu!" shouted Vidhi. "Is that how to talk to your elders?" Ashma felt guilty. She felt like a hypocrite. Just a few minutes ago she scolded a 20-years-old about treating the elders and now she treated an elder rudely. She had no right to lecture people when she herself was not abiding by her words.

She lowered her head, ignored her mothers' words and moved to her room. Now the pain in her legs increased. The stinging pain was too much for her. The area around the blood was slowly turning blue. Her whole leg started throbbing with pain. Her hands too started tingling because she broke the phone with her bare hands. The minor cuts were troubling her. She started limping. Seeing her walking funny, all noticed her leg. Her pants were torn, her red blood was clotted.

"What happened? Why are you bleeding?" asked Eun-Kyung with worry. She stood from the couch and moved towards Ashma.

"Ashu! Stop!" yelled Vidhi.

Full of guilt, she didn't listen to any of it and kept moving towards her room. Suddenly, Eun-Kyung grabbed her hands and stopped her.

Before Eun-Kyung could say something to her, without looking at anyone, Ashma said, "I am fine, Mumma, please. Let me go."

Vidhi was shocked. She kept yelling at Ashma, but she never even looked or spoke to her but one touch from Eun-Kyung and she talked to her. Vidhi felt jealous. Her own daughter didn't reply to her, but she replied to Eun-Kyung. Although she was not looking at anyone. She knew she got angry but was feeling guilty about what she did.

Anyhow, she gulped her pride and said, "listen to her Ashma, did you fight with someone?"

"I am in no mood, please," snapped Vidhi. She again felt bad as Ashma talked softly with Eun-Kyung but snapped at her. She was her mother, but Eun-Kyung was more important than her. She didn't listen to her words or respond to them, but she always listened to Eun-Kyung and respond to her as well. She was never angry at Eun-Kyung whereas she was always angry with her, especially after she knew the secret. It was as if she was punishing her. It was as if the secret wounded Ashma and she was taking revenge by wounding her mother instead.

"Let us at least look at your wound," said Vidhi.

"I will take care of it on my own," snapped Ashma, again.

Hae-Won kept hearing the to and fro of the ladies and started getting fed up with that. So, she grabbed Ashma's hand and pulled her into her room. "Eunkyungie! bring the first aid inside," ordered Hae-Won and took Ashma inside. Vidhi and Eun-Kyung eyes widened. They couldn't believe their eyes. The person Ashma scolded was ready to help her.

Hae-Won pushed Ashma inside and shouted, "Take off your pants."

"Excuse me!" exclaimed Ashma.

"Just take it off, or I will cut it off. Anger is not only your property. I too can get angry," said Hae-Won.

Ashma kept blinking continuously with surprise. Hae-Won gestured her to take off her pants. Slowly she unbuttoned her pants, pull down the side zip and took off her pants. The blood clotted over her dress so taking off the pants caused more pain. She inhaled sharply while taking her pants off and closed her eyes to take in all the pain.

Hae-Won kept staring at her face. She felt bad for her as she was trying hard to hide her pain but the biting of her lips, closing of her eyes, the sharp inhale and exhale were giving the loud and clear signal that she was in pain.

"Sit down," ordered Hae-Won. Ashma sat on her bed. Hae-won put a blanket over her thighs to hide them.

She knelt down and looked at her wound, "you think I am an influencer, so I don't know anything else. That's why you look down on me."

"What?" Ashma was surprised at her analysis.

"That's why you shouted at me. Right? That's why you never shout at Eun-Kyung."

Ashma puffed her cheeks and exhaled loudly multiple times to calm herself and said, "You all must think, I am rude, arrogant, mean, cruel and all other negative adjectives you can think of. But I never looked down upon any of you. I have a long term relationship with Mumma that's why I don't get angry at her. I have some personal issues going on and you guys keep triggering me. I don't want to burst on any one of but it's just involuntary. I don't even know how to start apologising."

She stood up and let her blanket fall on the ground. She knew kneeling and apologising meant a lot in Korean culture. She knelt down on her injured knees and said sorry. "I know apologising after saying harsh words mean little, but I hope you can forgive me." Her kneeling down made her clotted skin to rupture, and she started bleeding again.

Suddenly, they heard a loud voice from outside.

"What is happening?" asked Young-Jae.

"Shiahbuhji! You are here at this time. Is everything all right?"

"Yes, just was not feeling like myself, so I thought I should come home," replied Young-Jae. He stared at Vidhi who bowed down to her, but he didn't reply to her back.

"Are you really, okay?" inquired Eun-Kyung with concern.

"I am okay but what happened to you? Why do you look troubled?"

"Ashma went somewhere early morning and came back hurt. She is bleeding," informed Eun-Kyung.

"Oh. I will be in my room," he said and went upstairs.

Meanwhile, inside the room, Hae-Won could not believe her eyes. The girl who scolded her was apologising to her by kneeling down. Instantly Hae-Won's eyes fell on her bleeding knees, and she shouted, "get up, get up, you are bleeding. Eunkyungie! hurry up.

Eun-Kyung and Vidhi both ran towards the room. Eun-Kyung had the first aid in her hand.

"How did this happen?" asked Hae-Won. Eun-Kyung handed her the first aid box. She opened it and took out some cotton and antiseptic liquid.

"I fell. I was in a hurry, and I fell," lied Ashma.

"Why were you in a hurry?" asked Vidhi hoping her daughter would reply to her now.

"I had to protect my spring festival," replied Ashma. While Ashma was talking to the other two ladies, Hae-Won kept working on her wound. She cleaned the wound, applied antiseptic cream, and started working on a bandage.

"What do you mean?" inquired Eun-Kyung.

"Rishabh?" Vidhi understood what would have happened.

Ashma nodded, "Rishabh! He sent my latest creation to a K-pop idol to wear."

"What?" all the ladies shouted in unison. Hae-Won's hand stopped while wrapping the bandage.

"Yes, the creation no one ever saw, he sent to a Korea without anyone's permission," explained Ashma.

"What did you do with him?" asked Vidhi.

"I fired him."

"What?" All were surprised again.

"Yes, it was his fifth mistake, and this mistake was a grave one," justified Ashma and she was right. While all the talking, Hae-Won was finished with her bandage.

"Show me your hands," said Hae-Won.

Ashma showed Hae-Won her palms. There were minor cuts and bruises over it due to the phone's glass. "I am sorry," Ashma uttered again. Hae-Won applied antiseptic liquid and cream over her palm.

"Hmm," said Hae-Won and smirked at Ashma. "Let's go, ladies, she needs rest." They left Ashma alone and went into the kitchen to prepare lunch and start the preparation for dinner.

Ashma put on loose pyjamas, rolled the fabric of one leg above her knees to avoid contact with the bandage and kept pondering over her anger issue. She needed to control her anger. Her bursting over everyone was not good.

The seconds changed into minutes, the minutes changed into hours, no one came back inside. The women left her alone. After thinking for a long time, she knew what she had to do. How she could get rid of her anger problem.

She was standing near the closet when there was a knock at the door.

"Come in," she said.

To her surprise, Young-Jae walked in. He looked around the room and then looked at Ashma.

"Are you okay? I heard you were bleeding." His eyes fell on her bandage.

"So concerned about my safety?" asked Ashma.

"No, I am concerned about whether you can fly in your condition."

"People fly with broken legs, mine is just a bruise," said Ashma.

"Look, no matter how much I love my granddaughter and even though I promised her you will stay till you want to stay, I want you out of this house," he said what he wanted to say, without hesitation.

Ashma heard his words and stared smiling from ear to ear. She could help but smirk at him.

He couldn't understand her expression. He was asking her to leave, and she was smiling. "Tell her, it was your decision to leave," he suggested.

Ashma shook her head in disbelief, still grinning from ear to ear. "Ohh… you are so unlucky, old man," said Ashma. She moved her hand behind her back and opened the closet. There was a suitcase sitting inside, completely packed. Only half the closet had clothes that belonged to Vidhi. She folded her arms over her chest and gave a stern look to him. She said, "I was about to leave in a few hours. I had a flight at night for India."

"Had?" Young-Jae raised an eyebrow with surprise.

"Yes, had; you know I have taken this vow to never let you be happy in your life. You want me gone and that would have made you happy but how can I let you be happy. So, I am going nowhere," said Ashma with poise.

"I will throw you out of this house one day," Young-Jae gritted his teeth.

"Try your best, old man."

He fumed, his nose flared, again he walked away without replying to Ashma.. Before he could exit the room Ashma shouted, "Good luck."
