Chapter 12: Chapter 12

JACK'S POV 

why are they all looking at me as though im some sort of idiot, do they not believe me!. i take a small glance towards Ash direction hoping he would at least have a worried look on his face. i take a step back in fear, i just can't seem to look at him the same way i used to. all those memories of when Ash looked down at me while sending me at the most deepest pit of fear come flooding back. the look that he had that time overlaps his current look preventing me from staying calm. sweat begins to leave my body like as though i ran ten miles nonstop. my human instincts are telling me to run, run as far away as possible from this monster known as Ash, but before i fall even deeper in the pit of hell a slap prevents me from going any further.

my savior slapped me across my face, making it as though i am looking at another direction. the fear i was feeling went away as fast as it came. the thoughts I've been having of running away made my blood boil in rage and hatred. hatred towards Ashborn for even making me feel this way, but once again my savior interrupts my thoughts by moving my whole body in a kneeling position in front of the three knights, two other adults and most of all Ashborn. it turns out that my savior was non other then my own father, the same father who forcefully made me kneel infront of Ashborn.

once again the rage that has been increasing inside me went up another level, my body began to shake, but not because of fear but from rage. my parents who are supposed to be on my side no matter what are making me kneel and apologize for my "rudeness." "RELAX AND THINK CALMLY, THEY CLEARLY DON'T BELIEVE YOU. SO THE BEST THING TO DO HERE IS TO CALM DOWN" the voice inside my head tells me. calm down!? you want me to calm down when i am being forcefully lowered infront of Ashborn!. "THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO AFTER ALL IF YOU ATTACK THE ONLY ONE LOOSING HERE WOULD BE YOU." 

after calming down and thinking it clearly i was able to tell why i would loose. the three knights are here wich even one of them can beat me with their eyes closed and with both of their arms behind their backs, but lets not forget the other two who clearly look strong as well. mabye even stronger than the knights. i stay calm waiting for what the knights will say next.

ASH'S POV 

what a fool, he comes yelling like a maniac saying stuff like i was the cause. well i did do it's just that the knights would find it very hard to believe it was actually me. the knights would, no they will think he's crazy. "boy has the dragon's massive killing intent make you go insane" said the knight leader proving my thoughts. just like i imagined, they don't believe him. the female knight looks down at me in what i assume would be a curious gaze. i look up at her with a look that says 'you don't really believe this idiot now do you'. her cheeks turn a bit red then she turns her head around in a fast motion. i simply chuckle to her reaction than look back at the show.

the knight leader is currently about two feet away from Jack looking down at him with a serious gaze. it seems that Jack increasing rage has lowered down to a thinking level. thats strange, someone like him who can't control his emotions effectively was able to lower it down especially rage wich is one of the hardest emotions to control. Jack continued to stay lowered in the kneeling position without so much as moving a muscle. Jack's father with the same kneeling position as his son decides to speak instead. "sir knight my idiot of a son is clearly not well over the consecutively events that have been accruing, if you would please give us permission to leave we would be sure to educate him properly. " 

the knight leader glances his way with a clearly irritated look on his face. Jack's father had no way of knowing this since he had his face down. "boy don't make me repeat myself" was said by the knight leader. "please forgive me sir knight, it seems that i have had a nightmare in wich the boy next to you known as Ashborn was the cause" said Jack with a surprisingly calm tone. again Jack is acting strange, i may have underestimated his knowledge. i swear the Jack i know of doesn't apologize even if it were a noble, well that is at least what I've felt. 

him apologizing is the last thing I'll see him do, infact it even looks like he doesn't listen to his parents. "very well, you may leave" said the knight leader while turning around to face us. Jack's father basically drags Jack forcefully away while his mother follows from behind. "let us continue were we left of" said the knight leader with a calmer look than before. the knights continued on looking for about one more hour while i my father and Sack's father look on at the side. after seeing enough the knights come closer towards us with worried looks on their faces. 

"the dragon that went by does indeed seem to be very powerful" was said by the knight leader. the other knights simply nod to his uttering. "we will be heading back to report our findings to the Duke. later on one of you will have to head to the Duke's mansion to tell him your part of the story" the knight leader says while walking in the direction of the entrance of this village.
