After Rias had finished drawing up an official contract that guaranteed his older sisters safety, as well as the one reasonable request in the future both Sora and Rias signed it.
"I don't know why but the thought of Maia getting hurt by those fallen bastards just to get to me filled me with such dread and rage." He wondered to himself, confused by his own feelings. "It must be some overlapping feelings from the real Sora somehow mixed with my own." He hypothesized.
Rias was still making copies of the contract to be laminated and finalized while Sora was in the middle of his self-reflection.
"Well whatever the case as long her and my safety is guaranteed that's all that matters. He concluded by deciding not to worry about things outside his control.
"Now that that's finished it's time for you to keep your end of the bargain." Rias said, turning toward Sora. "Let's get to reincarnating you." She said as she selected her evil piece.
She grabbed and held up a red rook piece as she leaned against her desk.
"I think this will be the best piece for your talents." She said with a smile.
Sora walked forward ready to accept the piece. Rias placed the piece in his hand then started a spell that would turn him into her peerage member. A magic circle appeared beneath his feet, and the rook piece began to float into the air emitting red light and came toward his chest. Then the strangest thing happened: the piece pushed back and dropped to the floor, the red light ceasing.
"Huh" both Sora and Rias said at the same time as the rest of the club stood with their mouths open.
"What was that?" Asked Sora confused.
"It seems that a rook piece isn't strong enough to turn you." She said surprised. "Could it be his sacred gears too strong, in that case it might be at the longinus levels." She thought excitedly.
"So now what?" He asked. "Is the deal off?"
"No" she said "Now you'll have to accept becoming my pawn." She then took out all eight of her pawn pieces out of her desk and repeated the process.
The pieces floated in the air again and came toward Sora emitting their red light, and as they drew close to his chest there was a struggle. The pieces were trying to convert him while something was fighting against it. Lightning started to admit between the two opposing forces it seemed like the reincarnation was going to fail. Then after a moment the pieces finally entered Sora and his whole body emitted the same red energy.
Sora felt a huge surge of energy flowing through his entire body. He felt lighter, stronger, like he had evolved into something beyond human. After a moment of silence Rias finally spoke.
"Welcome to my peerage, my pawn, Sora Azuma. She said with a smile as the others gave their congratulations. "Now it's time to unveil your sacred gear."
"And how do I accomplish that exactly?" Sora asked a bit confused on what to do.
"Lift up your hands, close your eyes, and think about something you feel the strongest." She said as she walked him through it.
Sora did as she instructed and closed his hands as he held his hands out. As he did he felt a surge of energy as did the other members. Then a giant stone appeared in a flash of violet light. Suddenly floating in the air was a giant amethyst crystal. Rias and the others looked at the gem with both confusion and wonder.
"Which Sacred gear is it?" Asked Akeno curiously.
"I don't know." Rias said as she inspected it with a frown. "Its power feels like longinus level but I've never seen or heard of a crystal one before."
"So what should I do?" Asked Sora unsure of how to proceed.
"Take Hold Of Me" a voice rang out in Sora's head.
"What?" Sora asked, confused looking around. "Did you all hear that?"
"Hear what?" Asked Rias.
"That voice you didn't hear?"
"What voice, what are you talking about?" Asked Akeno.
"No-nothing must have just been my imagination." He said but was still disgruntled. "I think I need to hold it for it to work." He said as he approached the still floating gem.
"Alright but be careful." Said Rias with a bit of concern.

Sora hesitated but then took hold of the large black and purple crystal with both hands.
"YOU'VE RETURNED!!!" A voice rang out throughout the entire club room.
"Huh?" Said Rias confused.
"What was that voice?" Asked Kiba clearly confused while the others looked around the room searching for the source.
Suddenly the gem started to glow brighter, violet light blinding everyone in the room. The crystal started to twist and change shape, while purple and black like veins started running down Sora's arms.
"AAAHHH!!!" Sora started to scream in pain as the veins slowly made their way up his arms towards his chest.
Rias and the others tried to run toward Sora and help him but were blasted back across the room. All the while the lines slowly crawled up Sora's neck and then his face stopping at his eyes. He continued to scream in agony while the others were trying to get back onto their feet. Sora's white dress shirt started to disintegrate, burning away like paper. Sora then opened his eyes looking up towards the ceiling, the whites of his eyes turning black and his irises turning bright violet.
Soon Sora was standing completely bare chested still screaming in pain while holding the crystal. Cracks and snaps could be heard coming from him which the others figured out were his bones breaking then immediately healing. The other peerage members were trying to figure out how to help Sora when the light from the gem started to get brighter and brighter.
Rias and the others realized what was about to happen and both her and Akeno activated barriers to try to contain the energy. They struggled against the surging energy which immediately broke through their futile attempts at containing it.
"Everyone get down!" Shouted Rias as the rest of her peerage members ducked for cover as the whole room was consumed in violet light.
After the dust settled the club room was in disarray but everything was still standing for the most part.
"Is everyone alright?" Asked Rias as she coughed and got back to her feet.
"I'm OK." said Akeno, coughing out dust.
"Me too." Said Kiba as he dusted himself off.
"Koneko you alright ?" Rias said looking over at the silver haired girl.
"Hmm" She said, nodding her head.
Rias and the others then made their way to where Sora had been standing during the whole fiasco. They found him lying belly down unconscious on the club room floor. His shirt had been completely burned off and his body was still smoking. But what was truly strange were the physical changes he had undergone.
He was now taller, he had grown a significant amount, his frame was also much more lean and cut than before showing a more chiseled defined physique. Though the most remarkable thing was what he was now holding in his hand.
The black and purple crystal had changed into a wicked imposing sword. It had a pitch black slightly curved single edge scimitar like blade. It had a golden cross guard with a large round amethyst gem in the center. The two handed hilt was wrapped in black with a round golden pommel with another purple gem in it.
After checking to make sure Sora was both alive and stable the group started to discuss what had just occurred.
"What the hell was that?" Kiba asked, confused.
"I have no idea but it would be great if it didn't happen again." Rias sighed as she looked over the demolished club room.
"So what kind of Sacred gear is it?" Asked Akeno curious.
"No clue I've never heard of a black sword longinus before." She said looking over the menacing blade. She could feel the power coming from it.
"Just what kind of boy have I made my servant?" She thought with a smile. "Looks like things are gonna start getting interesting around here."
“Will he be alright?” Asked Koneko emotionlessly.
“He’ll be fine.” Rias said with a kind smile. “I’ll make sure of it.” She said as she gently caressed his cheek.
