Chapter 4: Chapter 4- Ready for the training!

My things were delivered as Minami-san said along with a dozen of the same mind of attire that now hangs inside my cupboard.

Seriously, seeing my worn-out jackets and other things hanging beside those expensive suits makes it sore to the eyes but those were the only things I can call my own.

I have spent my most difficult nights in those sweaters and passed some blazing heat in those sleeveless shirts. I think they are the ones who have seen me go through all the difficulties.

I was thinking of taking a look at the bathroom and resting for the day since it was already eight in the evening when suddenly the door swung open without any warning.

"Good that you keep this unlocked. Make it a habit."

Muttering something important related to my job, Minami-san walked up to the study table before settling on the chair beside it.

I walked and stood in front wordlessly.

"This sheet contains your training module. Let me brief you."

Taking the sheet which had things written with timing and days, I didn't pay much attention to it for now and focused on Minami-san.

"You will have three major classes. First would be your butler course. You will be taught to be a top-notch servant and how to act in private and public. It's the most crucial one that's why you are going to attend this even after this crash course of one week. Got it?"

I heard her words and registered them accordingly. Well, it was natural for me to be taught how to serve someone since before today I was only a normal high schooler with some cooking skills.

Nodding, I heard Minami-san continuing.

"Your second course would focus on your language. Since Ojou-sama has various guests she entertains and has the work to handle for her father, she might need assistance. Being multilingual who can speak seven different languages, Young Lady would require a servant who could at least be a little useful for her, right?"

I gulped hard upon hearing how talented Akira was to help her father despite being only seventeen just like me.

Her speaking seven languages were not much of a shock since I know what kind of monstrously brilliant she is.

"You will be taught English and French for the time being. And also some tests for traditional Japanese. Is it clear?"

"Yes, ma'am."

I replied even though I was nervous to hear the word test and anxious about whether I can really learn French in so less time?

But again, when they are paying so much, this is something to be expected. I can only do my best to not fail.

"And lastly your physical training."

Again I sensed an ominous vibe fermenting from Minami-san as with a smirk she leaned back on the chair and crossed her hands beneath her bosom.

Her trademark bomb-dropping pose.

"Since you would be spending the most time with Ojou-sama, her security naturally becomes your responsibility. And to ensure you don't fall short in front of any kind of offense, I will personally train you to be the best butler. Any complaints?"

*Gulp*

Even though I do have something against such clear malice intent hidden behind her words, I couldn't say it, can I?

"No, and I appreciate your help Minami-san."

I was asked whether I would like to have dinner now or after the training session. I didn't want to vomit on mats so I chose the latter option.

While eating the half sandwich I had in my inner pocket, I inspected the room and also changed my clothes to casual ones for the time being.

I arranged my second-year books and other stuff on the study table and bookshelf. Since I was told that I would no longer be going to my old school, I thought of throwing the old notebooks after some time.

Thanks to the fact that they would be providing me with living expenses even if they fire me, that allowed me to think of throwing something away after so long a time. Well not for a lifetime but for one year they will provide me half of my salary, that is 250k Yen.

'Hmm, let's see… "

I took the sheet and studied the content. It all was printed so mannerly that I didn't find anything difficult to understand.

As she said, I would be taught by several teachers except for the physical training course which Minami-san would only handle.

I had long classes to attend. Almost four hours daily on language and literature. Six hours for Butler's tutelage and two sessions with Minami-san. Three hours in the morning and two hours at night.

In between the main classes, I have some small courses like tea brewing, sewing, bathing, ironing, washing, cleaning, and more.

Well, I will pretend to skim over the bathing part which would focus on who knows what kind of thing.

All in all, before five in the morning and after midnight I would get time to relax. Fortunately, this was only for a week since I don't find anything different between this and the work which the Government forces on their clerks.

It was almost ten and I have rested plenty enough to bring a decent performance tonight.

I was planning to wear the tracksuit I have when a package got delivered by one of the maids.

She was really pretty.

The thing she gave me was a bodysuit with a zipper on the back to lock the person inside. And also a pair of weird-looking yet comfortable shoes along with it. I got the message and wore them.

It was strangely comfortable and fitting to my size. It was a mystery how they got to know my body measurements but I will put that curiosity for later and would report to Minami-san first.

The pretty maid was waiting outside the door to guide me. I didn't let her wait and after closing the door, asked her to lead the way.

Wearing new clothes gave me another level of confidence but little did I know…

Minami-san not only would break my confidence but various other things tonight…
