"Maybe it'll work if you try it on my stand instead?" I suggested, while I quickly summoned my stand, The Hand once again.
However, once it was fully manifested and standing in front of me, I realized that its appearance had changed drastically.
The core fundamental parts of its design were still the same, like its outfit and color scheme, for example, but just like me, it had also undergone a genderswap.
Originally, it had a very masculine appearance with broad shoulders and a macho, muscle bound body. But now, it had two large breasts, a sexy, curvy body, and a pair of long, beautifully proportioned, legs.
Additionally, Its body now had noticeably less muscle than it did previously.
Well, Maybe I'm overstating it. It's not like she had no more muscle now that she was a girl, she still looked athletic. She just didn't look as tanky as she did when she was a man.
That wasn't the only change however, on the sides of its face The Hand originally had two blinders that partially narrowed its field of vision and gave it a somewhat robotic appearance. But now it had short hair hanging down on both sides of its head. Giving it a more organic, humanoid appearance, and increasing its field of view.
"Something's not right here. She's a woman too!" I exclaimed in shock.
Meanwhile, Josuke's Crazy Diamond quickly approached and made contact with it. He tried to activate its restoration ability on her as well, but just like before, nothing happened.
"Listen, Your body is different, but it's still perfectly intact. My stand can't repair you. If I try to force it, I might end up doing irreparable damage. You could die!" he explained.
"Does that mean I'm stuck like this?" I asked, hoping he'd deny it, but to my dismay, Josuke weakly nodded his head.
At this I could only facepalm in disappointment. It wasn’t like being a woman, was all that bad. In theory, I probably wouldn’t have minded if this was only temporary. But for it to be permanent, to be stuck in a body I could no longer recognize as my own for the rest of my life? Well, that was a terrifying prospect.
‘No, I have to stay positive! I Can’t let it get to me! This is my second chance at life! This isn’t enough to stop me from living it.’
“Ok let me think.” I said to him, feeling overwhelmed.
I sighed and then, In an effort to avoid getting depressed, I distracted myself by going back over how I got here. ‘His restoration ability is actually really busted. He can repair people, animals, clothes, machines and objects. He can fuse people into objects and vice versa. He can break things down to their base components and he can also combine and transmute random objects and their base components together to create new tools or weapons. Of course it's limited by his own knowledge, but if he knows how something is structured, he can easily recreate it with the base elements that make it up. This applies to both living and nonliving things. In short, it isn't just healing and repairing, it's basically matter manipulation.’
When Josuke was first introduced in the manga, he was shown to have unconsciously misused his restoration ability to mess up a bully's nose, after he broke it. The bully then remained like that, presumably until his death, as Josuke was never shown to have gone back to fix it.
‘Actually, now that I think about it, it isn't too much of a stretch for him to be able to change someone's sex. But I don't think he can just do so all willy nilly, he has to be extremely familiar with the human body, in order to modify it without killing his victim, or damaging their health.’
The only times he has actually transmuted a living person with his ability, were times when he was angered enough to WANT to kill his targets.

‘The fact that my body is intact and in working condition, even as a woman, is already an unlikely miracle. But that's only the case if it was he, who caused me to become a woman to begin with.’
‘According to him, he doesn't even know how it happened. And I'm inclined to believe him, since he knows his own stand the best.’
As I was contemplating this, I walked around my stand and inspected it from top to bottom looking for any other changes, aside from the obvious ones. After a few seconds, I noticed something strange on its palms.
Originally, on its right palm It had two large bumps. From them, a spider web like design spread out and covered the entire right palm. But now, I found that neither of my hands had any bumps. Instead, both hands had spiral patterns drawn onto each palm. These spiral designs almost looked 3 dimensional at an angle, almost like they could suck me into them. The strange part was that it was on both hands, not just the right one.
This disparity brought about a certain suspicion in me.
First, I swiped both The Hands arms, not enough to actually pull anything in, just enough to test their ability.
After a few test swipes, I noticed that both my Stand's palms were responding in a similar way.
Immediately I swiped my left hand for real, and a pocket of space was launched out, sending everyone in the room flying, except for me.
""""Uhrk""" they all groaned as they landed on the floor a few meters away from me.
Then I swiped my right hand, erasing the space between myself and them. Bringing them all back in front of me in the blink of an eye.
'This means…’
"I HAVE A NEW ABILITY!" I shouted excitedly.
"""What the hell!!?""" they all groaned in unison.
Now that I think about it, Isn't this exactly what happened to the final villain near the end of the original manga? He was also struck twice by the arrow, and just like me, his stand gained a new ability.
In 'Jojo's', the stand arrows have been shown to have a second, hidden ability. One that is only rarely seen throughout the series. The ability to evolve/upgrade a stand. However, In order for a stand to evolve through the arrow, either the user or the stand must be pierced a second time.
Of course, it's not as simple as just allowing yourself to be pierced again by the arrow. The user's stand will only change if the arrow deems them worthy of it. (Yes, this means the stand arrows have a will of their own, but I'll leave that discussion for later.)
Anyway, in the original story, once the final villain's stand evolved, his physical appearance also changed. But unlike me, he didn't change genders. Only his hair changed in color. (Going from plain black, to black and white vertical stripes)
Be that as it may, it's reasonable for me to assume that a similar thing might have happened here to me here. I was also pierced twice by the arrow. Once, when I first awakened my stand, and again when I tried to save Keicho. I also gained a new ability, the only weird part is, the sudden change in gender, both in my physical body and in my stand.
