Third person Pov:

The monster looked like a disgusting humanoid blob of melted flesh and hair. Its face was horrifically disfigured, covered in boils, and a disgusting dirty liquid oozed out of its misshapen maw. Around its neck was a thick Iron chain that led somewhere deeper inside the room.

Judging by the amount of dust in the room, it looked like it hadn't left the room in quite some time. As soon as it spotted them however, It slowly approached them with its flabby arms stretched out in front of it. A low growl could be heard from its stomach as it approached.

 "Gruuuuuuuuuuuuuhh" it growled.

At first Josuke froze up, apparently too disgusted by the beast’s appearance to make a move. But once he realized it was getting closer, he quickly summoned his stand Crazy Diamond, and prepared for a fight. He didn't want to make any physical contact with it, So he took as much distance as he could, whilst still remaining in the stand's range.

He yelled "Dora!" As his stand shot a fist at the approaching enemy. His attack was fast and precise. On contact, a dull thud echoed throughout the room. But the monster barely seemed to react.

Immediately One of the monster's outstretched arms fell off. It took a step backwards and looked down at the stump where one of its arms was, in what appeared to be, utter confusion.

However, After finally realizing it had been attacked, the monster growled once again. Only this time, it did not come any closer. It simply bent over and grabbed its fallen arm. Then it stuffed it whole into its gaping mouth.

*chomp*shlick*"rrrr" *schew* moist chewing noises could be heard throughout the room.

The creature actually ate its own fallen arm, under the shocked gazes of both the boys.

Suddenly, a loud squelching noise could be heard throughout the room. Where the stump once was, a new arm sprouted, like a twisted and macabre flower. After a few seconds, the monster's body was whole once again.

After leaving that disgusting display for the boys, the creature made no further hostile actions.

It simply turned around, with its old arm still stuck between its crooked yellow teeth, and shambled back into a dark corner of the room from whence it came from.

Moments later, A strange clacking noise could be heard in the background. As if someone were digging through a desk. Carelessly moving around books and pens.

The boys soon realized that despite its gruesome appearance, the creature didn't mean them any harm.

They just stood there frozen in both fear and disgust. It looked like Koichi was really starting to regret his decision. He probably assumed it'd be easy to wrestle away an old bow and arrow from a tired, powerless, and beat up teenager. Instead, he saw something that made him want to throw up and would haunt his dreams for the next few days at least.

But leaving now, wasn't an option anymore.

Keicho had decided to show himself once again. He pushed the door open and slowly limped out of the closet. Some of his wounds were covered in bandages, but his face still looked bruised and bloody. One of his arms was wrapped up in a bandage, apparently from having taken the brunt of an earlier explosion. In his good hand, was the bow and arrow that they'd been looking for.

They immediately tensed up and prepared for another fight. Josuke's stand Crazy Diamond had already come out, and held its arms up in a guard. Koichi also brought out his own stand, but it only uselessly rolled around on the floor.

In truth, his stand was actually the first stand of its kind ever seen in the entire series.

It was actually a stand meant to grow and change throughout the series. It would grow stronger, and even evolve the deeper Koichi's resolve got.

In other words: The stronger his mentality became, the stronger his stand would be, and eventually it would become one of the strongest stands seen throughout the series.

But for now, it took the form of an egg. It hadn't even hatched yet and therefore had no ability to fight.

Koichi finally noticed the bow in his hand, Glared, and spoke in no uncertain terms "You cannot be trusted with that weapon. Give it to us. Now!"

He knew it was capable of granting people supernatural abilities, which probably wasn't. The problem was, that it was obviously being misused.

Koichi probably realized that he and Josuke had somehow stumbled upon something bigger than either of them had initially assumed, but he knew they had to stop it.

Keicho on the other hand kept a stoic expression despite all the pain he obviously should have been in thanks to that fight. His Icy gaze remained trained on the boy with the pompadour, disregarding the other one completely.

He showed no obvious reaction to Koichi's words, but his stand, Bad company, had come out once again. His tiny soldiers' aim was divided between the both of them. With a 70>30 split in favor of Josuke.

He didn't care for the demands of outsiders. This was his answer to them.

He was about to order his soldiers to fight once again. He knew he didn't have much fight left in him, but he wouldn't go down easily. Giving up would go against everything he stood for. His pride wouldn't allow it.

However, before he could enact his final struggle, something caught his eye.

He noticed that both the boys had pale faces and Their full attention wasn't on him. They tried to hide it, but they kept taking peeks at a certain corner of the room only to recoile back in disgust.

It was over. They'd already seen him

"So you've found him. The one I've tried so hard to hide, and the reason behind everything." He said, his voice now noticeably weaker.

He pointed at the green monster. "That thing…was once my father." he spoke in a somber tone, but his facial expression didn't change.

He lowered his gaze. Back to the bow and arrow, and tightened his grip. "This was my fathers most treasured possession. I will never give it up! Not until I find someone,  who can save him!" Keicho announced.

For a moment, Josuke's expression crumbled, but he quickly brought it back under control. "Your father is…sick?" He asked.

Keicho glared and smiled sarcastically "Sick? Not at all. He's in very good health and eats a ton."

However, under their questioning gaze he continued. "But as his son, I can't let him live like this." This time his expression was serious. He could not joke about this.

"So all this time, you've been trying to cure him?" Josuke asked.

"Cure him?" Keicho smiled bitterly, "That's absurd! No, There is no cure." His smile crumpled as he grit his teeth. His eyes reddened, and lips trembled. "I'm looking for the one stand that…can Kill him.", tears trickled out of his eyes. As he spoke, his voice trembled with emotion.

The negative emotions which he'd normally hide under a stoic expression, like a cracked damn, were now brimming to the surface. "I've tried so many times. Each and every time, he regenerated!" He lamented.

"The miserable bastard won't fucking die! and yet he won't live! He lives and acts like a goddamn cretin, no better than an animal!! His mind is so far gone, he doesn't even recognize his sons! How could I let a man like that live? Shouldn't I put him down like the sick dog he is?!" He shouted.

His face no longer held any hostility towards them. Only pure unadulterated frustration, and blind anger that lashed out at the world that had caused him so much pain. "Ten years. Ten Fucking years! I've spent my entire life trying to find a way to fix him. Ten years researching everything about his condition. Running from place to place. All that whilst trying to run a household and raise another fucking kid!" He could no longer stop himself from pouring out his frustrations.

"Ten years?" Josuke whispered. The boy in front of him doesn't look much older than him. He should still be in high school. How long has he had to struggle?

"I was only a kid myself…" he muttered in response.

After hearing that, Koichi's glare cracked. His brow wrinkled and tears welled up in his eyes. He knew his life was still in danger, but he couldn't help but empathize with the boy standing in front of him.

"So you know what caused it?" Josuke asked. He seemed to have figured something out. But he wanted to know a little more about the situation.

"Do you wanna know? hm? Do you really wanna know?" Keicho glared.

He finally realized there was little point in actually talking to them. He should have been shooting at them, instead he cracked.

He hesitated for a moment. His eyes wavered, but in the end he still chose to tell them his story. He'd already gone this far anyway, Might as well get it off his chest.
